I watched a tiktok video —. GongchaKitchener about Creme brulee strawberry latte, then i came and tried it, so niceeeeeee yum I love itttt. A cashier girl was friendly and gently, she told me that she was the one who created that video. I will come back many timeslove gongcha

The first time I came GC i met a Korean girl, she was cold and had a bad attitude. I didnt know why she acted like that i just wanted to get drinks so when i felt her attitude i left immediately. Bs, but 2nd time i got drinks i met a new girl, she is Vietnamese girl, she had a nice attitude, she gave me compliments and her customer service was so great. I have decided to combe back GC Kitchener many times. Managers should train good employees like her Thanks

I love Gong Cha’s bubble teas, I recommend trying the peach flavors. I had to leave 4 stars as the place looked dirty, went to the washroom and same thing, check for the cleaning and sanitation process.

I absolutely love this bubble tea place! The drinks are always spot-on and the boba is perfectly chewy. The atmosphere is also really fun and vibrant, making it a great spot to hang out with friends. Definitely one of my go-to bubble tea places.

Nice place, first time visitinglast week. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Our drinks were great. I really like that you can customize the sweetener levels too, most bubble tea places don't do that.

Amazing place to grab boba! Highly recommend trying their amazing Creme Brûlée Croffle. Staff is great and friendly, and the atmosphere is lively and great.

Drink 1 (3J) was missing the pearls.
Drink 2 was entirely filled with ice and super sweet even though asked for less ice and light sweetness.

There are better bubble tea places in town. Will not return.

The drink that I tried was wintermelon milk tea with grass jelly but their straw keeps breaking on. They need to change their straw.

Love the Brown Sugar Oolong Milk Tea w/2j here. It’s the best. Also store looks so nice with lots of space. Store was super busy when I came but i got my drinks very quick.

Awesome bubble tea and super sweet staff. I always get 30% ice, 30% sugar and it's perfect. Can't wait to try more!

It was my mom and I first time going there, we order 3 drinks, they were terrible, the guy taking my order was impatient because I was looking at the menu board deciding for my parents. No one was in the store so I don’t know why he looked irritated. Next time I’ll just drive to Waterloo to get way better bubble tea!

Don't bite the straws! They will crack and become unusable lol.service was fine and drink was great.

We went for the first time today and we will be back for sure. All the drinks were made perfectly and the quality was wonderful. Yummy tea and generous with the toppings. This is the best bubble tea in KW hands down. The store is extremely clean and well organized. There is also a really good flow of traffic in the layout of the store. It was super busy when we came in and the line was moving super fast. The thing I was really impressed with was the staff. They were great at checking their work and they were calm and pleasant when the store was packed with people. Well done folks! See you again soon.

Very happy to have Gong Cha in Kitchener. We enjoyed our drinks! The quality is what we've come to expect from this chain.

New location! Friendly staff & good drinks,
so typical Gong Cha. They have got to get rid of those straws though… they break every single time. I also find the lids on the large drinks to leak no matter what (I’ve been here a handful of times already) but, it seems like more of a product error on the company as a whole (straws and lids).

We went in tonight and it was very busy. Which isn't a bad thing it's a sign the stuff is good. Unfortunately it was busy because it was all new staff and they were training and running around. The wait itself wasn't that bad I'd say 15 20 mins tops. Unfortunately most of the staff has broken English and when you order they don't have the correct order for you. A couple of us customers needed to return our orders to get them corrected no one made a scene or was rude we even offered to pay for the toppings they didn't add correctly. It was the male manager who took the wrong orders. After us and a couple people returned them he was acting like we had asked him to do away with his only son. Glaring at all of us no hiding it at all. There wasn't a garbage can either in thee entire place. It has such potential. I would like to maybe go again to try their waffle bubbles but he intimidated my spouse and I so much we don't want to go back in.

I tried Taro coconut milk tea with pearls? And it was good
Really flavourful. Not too much sweet as I prefer to take only 50% sugar and it’s perfect for this tea.

Best BBT you can find in the area. It’s a better craft bubble tea place that doesn’t have as many artificial flavors as other chains. Lots of seating and good place to hang out too!

Definitely this will be my new favourite spot for bubble tea in Kitchener. Drinks are so good here. Plus the staff are very nice and friendly.

Absolutely delicious milk tea!? I wanted to try this new spot as it’s more local than a lot of other popular spots. I ordered an Oolong milk tea it was amazing so tasty and the customer service was excellent! Will be back again!
