Very disappointed in the care received by the physician that communicated with the nurse here. The nurse did the best he could considering the circumstances. My husband is in severe pain caused by likely bursitis of the shoulder. Enough so that his BP is very elevated 180/103… he was not even prescribed something as simple as Celebrex or Naproxen for the pain, while he waits until next week for an ultrasound and the x-ray the following week! As a RN, I am very concerned about the care provided by this physician! No wonder our ER departments are swamped! That is the only place you can go in our area!
I was disappointed that we had to wait 45 minutes to find out our appointment has been moved to a different time without being informed. If you plan to come here you have to make appointment and confirm about the time before you come. The worst communication I have ever seen. We left without even seeing the doctor after waiting for almost an hour.
Rafael was absolutely amazing, took my son in right away to get checked. And we had a prescription, puffer and a requisition for an x-ray within an hour!
Worst experience ever. That black gujrati guy has no respect for their customers. They make me to wait there for 2 hours and after that said we don’t do the walk in. Worst clinic.
Worst experience! It’s a walk in clinic, but than told me I needed an appointment, and that I needed to go else where to seek medical attention, cause he was all booked. His tone was rude, and obnoxious. I wouldn’t be trying to see a doctor if I didn’t feel like I needed too, plus the waiting room was empty.
Booked a phone appointment to get antibiotics for my child who is sick and NEVER received a phone call. My appointment was for 11: 30 am and 8pm came and went. SUPER upset at this service. Quite disgusting actually.
This message is to the person who called me ignorant. Some people should drop their privilege or better saying the entitlement they think they have above others. Gooddoctors see its clients using OHIP, but it's a private business. I work with a fair amount of cases from Monday to Friday. There's usually a pre-set schedule and whenever is POSSIBLE I always see the walk-ins, but emergency cases. In your case Miss, you had a possible sprain/fracture and you were a walk-in in between two complex cases. Gooddoctors is not a ER room. Mostly with your bad attitude screaming loud telling that the business should close. Do you really think I have to put up with your bad attitude? It's a no. There are legal consequences for harassment in this country. Keep that in mind.
Have never had an issue when I've done in person visits. But MAN do they Suck at their over the phone service. It has happened 4 times now that I book an appointment for a phone call, and don't actually get a call until 4 hours after the appointment time. They are always very short, dismissive, and rude over the phone. I've had it happen 2 times now that I never even get a call from the doctor.
Do yourself a favor, if you aren't just getting your perscription refilled, go in person and not over the phone.
I had a wonderful experience with Good Doctor! I had sent pictures of my issue to the email address after I received the appointment confirmation. When the doctor called me she was prepared with my script and all the information I required! Love this service, big thank you the all the Good Doctors!
Thank you Good Doctors Belleville! My mother in law not having family doctor and they have been life saver for us. The young man Raphael who took all information was friendly, polite and well knowledged and he explained everything professionally. Also pharmacy is right there and the staff at the pharmacy absolutely wonderful! Very easy to book an appointment. Great clinic! Good quality care! Highly recommended. Thanks! Kazimiera & Ziggy
Thank you so much! With having no Family doctor, I was in a tight bind to get my medical done. Thankfully after booking an appointment I was able to get in fast and efficiently. They were extremely knowledgeable, and helped guide me with any questions I had regarding my medical issues. By far one of the most pleasurable experiences I’ve had a doctors office. Once again, thank you so much!
The staff at the PHARMACY are absolutely wonderful and well KNOWLEDGED. HOWEVER, the DOCTOR on staff today was demeaning to the assistant, myself and a gentleman. The assistant was only trying to help the gent book an appointment. A pointing finger was raised to us all. Hopefully if you have an appointment, a different doctor will be there to assist
I am very pleased with the care I received at Good Doctors. The young man who took my information was very friendly, polite, thorough and explained everything to me. No problem booking an appt and very little wait time in socially distanced reception room. As our doctor retired I will definitely be returning.
We have no family doctor and they have been a lifesaver for our large family. Would recommended to anyone without a family doctor! We have been using the Good Doctors and Quinte IDA Pharmacy since we moved here 3 years ago and have never had a complaint! You meet with a nurse in person, and a doctor online. The staff both with good doctors and pharmacy remember who you are, and they will even do their best to ensure you’re seeing the same doc for consistency. If you need any prescriptions you can conveniently have them filled right there! We have used for anything from prescription renewals, strep throat, requests for blood work or specialists. If it’s something they can’t do there they will gladly help you with the referral to someone who can! The nurse on-site is amazing and each and every doctor we have met with online has helped us with exactly what we need! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
The nurses are extremely friendly. You get in and out fast. It's fast and convenient. The pharmacy is right there with the Drs office so you don't have to travel anywhere else. I would Definitely recommend it. I don't have a family dr and I go there for everything!
Currently sitting in the waiting room. Been here since 230 and I was forced to make an appointment.my appointment was for 240. And its not 4pm. This place is ridiculous. And when the doctor comes out to get the next person he just says next. No name no appointment time. Anyone could get on and walk in regardless of their appointment time. What a joke.
Went in one week, the staff didn't even know the doctor went home. Went following week 2 hours before closing, was told the doctor had enough people until the end of the day. With only 3 people waiting.
This place is only good for something like a sore throat (as long as it might not be something serious with your throat) Take the part in brackets as a warning. There are now a few of these places in town. This is what our healthcare has come to?
It's a business.an assembly line.they don't actually care about anyone or getting to the root of health issues. But I guess if you have a cough, you can go to them and they'll give you antibiotics etc.
