Good Earth Coffeehouse - Kitchener

It’s very great restaurant to hangout, their coffee and a scone which i orders was amazing. You can order a coffee and work they have consistent range of wifi.

First time at good earth today and the food and coffee was amazing! We tried the ice coffee and the tuna sandwich and it was great. My new go to coffee shop!

Eileen was super friendly and welcoming.

Wow so nice place to have a snack, and work, good & friendly staff. I liked the hot chocolate they serve.

Beautiful ambience. Cute little coffee shop with sandwiches, bakery items, and lots of drinks. I enjoyed the breakfast bowl and will be back to try coffee.

Great service by all, and Anna was especially kind and friendly.

Staff is nice- There is one young man with glasses who is here all the time. He is super kind and the perfect image for the store! Rockstar kid always remembers me.

Food & drinks are exceptional. I got an old fashion and steak panini. Both were so good! Recommend both and the margarita panini.

The coffee was delicious and there was a nice variety of baked goods and sandwiches. The scone was fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered the bacon Mac and cheese and iced mocha latte through DoorDash - the bacon Mac and cheese had zero bacon and it was ice cold (while the sandwich my coworker ordered was warm) like they took it out of the fridge. Unfortunately I did not have a microwave so just didn’t eat it. As for the mocha latte, I asked for oat milk due to dairy allergy but they added whipped cream on top - did not specify if it was non dairy so I couldn’t drink it. Disappointing.

Kitchener needs more of this type of coffee shops. Their sandwich is so good and the staff are so nice.

Went for the vist time today. It was wonderful. My latte was very good. I liked that I had lots of options to add different syrups and that coconut was one of them. The staff was very nice.

Terrible! I went in and got 3 different things and it was ALL moldy on the underside! Terrible customer service!

If you are looking for a corner to refresh your mind with some freshly brewed coffee and books. Good Earth is the place right besides Indigo. Loved the ambiance Multiple options for Vegetarians and Vegans Excellent service by Skylar & Karanjeet.

Came here 2 weeks ago, I want to start by saying the manager of this location is so beyond kind and truly understands customer service. The coffee itself and atmosphere are also super lovely, such big windows making it so bright. Will be back

I loved this place on the first visit itself. Nice ambience with a bookstore inside. Tried coffee mocha n it was awesome. Highly recommended to spend an evening.

So I honestly don’t even know where to start……I was super excited to try out this new place since I had received a coupon in the mail for a free drink. So I order drink of choice as well as a few treats and I swear I’m not joking, the moment I started eating one of the pastries it tasted like mold so I looked at the bottom and it was covered it green mold! Also I noticed they still charged me for the drink even though I used the coupon. I then went back and told them about the mold and he said “they just baked it this morning” which is definitely a down right lie as it’s impossible for it to be covered in mold if it was baked in the morning. I also work in the food industry and I know just off of my experience that they are not up to code on their food safety. I would steer clear of eating here if you don’t want to get sick.

The costumer service at this place has me returning time and time again to this coffee shop. I have tried various coffee shops across the KW region to do work and this is the only place that I continuously attend because of its great service, coffee, and ambiance in which other places have lacked one or the other. Highly recommend!
