I had two very positive experiences here. Got some running shoes awhile back and today some lovely gold Birkenstocks for under $160 after tax. I find their shoe prices to be very reasonable in comparison to their competitors

Terrible customer service and the staff are always unfriendly and bitter faces.
I have bought a few stuff and I have alway try to shop local but seems like they aren’t not a “good neighbour”.
Last purchased I did was a Veja Shoe and I went back to exchange for a larger number and they didn’t want to do it because I didn’t bring the box with me.
I never wear it once and still sitting on my closet.

Hit or miss here. Sometimes I find the most beautiful item here but today they didn’t have any pants or shorts in my size. The staff told me the larger sizes (I’m a 31/32) go first. In any case, always worth a try ‘cuz ya never know!

This store discriminates against people of colour.
The store itself is well laid out and pretty, however the products themselves are mainly overpriced knick knacks. Nothing to write home about.
What shocked me most was having the staff follow my husband and I around the entire store. The store was full of customers, however they followed me, the only person of colour in the store, across all sections, upstairs and downstairs. It made me overwhelmingly uncomfortable and self conscious.
After looking at the numerous other reviews I can see this is not a first for the store and staff.
I wouldn’t go back to this store and would strongly recommend any person of colour to avoid visiting.

We love everything about good neighbour…they are so good they should be called “Great Neighbours”.
Unique selection for men, women and children. No age limit or style limitations. Only the best quality. Real sales. Excellent return/exchange policies and engaged staff. What more could you ask for.
