Thanks so much for saving my weekend guys! From Marina to the folks in the back, massive thanks for impressive job! Marina was very pleasant and went above and beyond to get my car in and out quickly.

Very good place to care for your car. They don’t up sell you and give it to you straight. Good mechanics and the owner. Alex is very personable after any of the mechanics work on your vehicle. The owner will personally test, drive the car and take it around the block with you to ensure that the work is up to par the ladies at the front desk are very helpful and good at explaining everything and finding you parts for a reasonable price you can always go premium for parts or they will even suggest aftermarket parts if you want to save some money, that are very reliable.

I took my car to the shop last year to replace all 4 brakes in my car. Paid cash for work that was half done. They changed only the 2 front brakes leaving the 2 rare tires untouched and rusty drums. I truly advise not to use Thier service as this place are not honest people and will rip you off! They are true thieves.
BAD SERVICE AND A RIP OFF!

A lot of expertise here. Good availability for appointments. Turnaround time is reasonable, and they haven't tried to upsell me on things when they might have been able to. They also helped me buy a used car which has worked out really well for me.

When you check the cars for safety please make sure you are checking for actual leaks. The transmission oil cooler has been changed to a brand new one and obviously some fluid has leaked out during the process which means it traces of fluid not the cooler leaking itself

First off I'd like to say I have no doubt in my mind that they can fix cars. If you have a problem they can fix it. These guys are not my usual mechanic but it was the weekend and they were open.

I give them a 2-star rating because I found that they were trying to scare me into getting extra repairs done. The mechanic told me that I'd lose my wheel today or tomorrow if I didnt get it fixed. I didnt lose my wheel that day or the day after. He also said I had zero engine oil and zero coolant again urging to get it done. My engine oil and coolant just needed a top-up (wasnt zero).

Again I have no doubt that they can fix your car, but the customer service was unpleasant.

They told me on the phone is 100$and when I get there they told me 120 $ plus extra tire rotation, they are cheating the customer, and just they waste my time

Asked for a quote for a couple small scratches. The receptionist barely looked and it and she quoted 1000. I was able to find much cheaper quotes at other shops

Brought in my car for a brake change for the first time. Really friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanics. Definitely recommended!

CROOKS! They would never let u pass the safety test unless u change everything and charge you $80 for nothing. Went to another place and passed easily in 20 mins. Worst place in the whole city. DONT COME!

I just moved to this area and was looking for an honest and inexpensive repair shop. I boy did i ever. 1st off the hostess is amazing very knowledgeable thanks Marina. I took my car in to get the drive belt and a coolant hose replaced i was only charged $305 WOW compare that to Canadian tire who wanted to charge me $800. This place is a hidden gem, i highly recommend them, The prices are amazing, service is great. Good Tech Auto you have made me so happy that you now have a new customer for life. Thank you so much for the great service.

This is a great mechanic shop with a amazing team. Lovely lady at the front desk very polite and informative. Shop Foreman took me for a ride in my vehicle to make sure the level of work was satisfactory for me and him. This is why this shop earned 5stars.

Awesome. Marina is something I never seen before, such a knowledge of a car! From the lady! And their guys, to me all have two right hand's. If u know what I mean. Manager Alex is the man to talk. Will take time to take care of your problem, so is his guys. Vitali, Khalid, or Denis. They found my problem in my Audi in split second! I'm glad I found this place.

I have been here many times to get my car serviced as well as for other issues and every visit is great. Alex is a very trustworthy mechanic! I always leave good tech auto feeling good about the safety of my car. Especially as I drove a lot for business.

We went to buy a car from Mark Apostol also know as Marvin. He had an add up on Facebook Market place. He works with another man named Gabriel. It was a complete disaster and thank god we didn’t buy the car…. It was a a horrible experience for my son and I…?

Unbelievably unprofessional. Would pick ANY mechanic over this place. All about money and nothing else.

Nice place and kind people the people here they fixed my car and they are the ones who can be trusted about the car so don't think twice sure and guaranteed.

I’ve been going to Good Tech Auto since fall 2019. Alex helped me with vehicle inspections when I was seeking a used car purchase and they’ve done all my repairs since. They’re thorough, I never had to go back for any repair work fixes. The whole team is great and I’ll keep driving across the city for them to maintain my Subaru because it’s worth the drive.

I got yelled TWICE! TWICE! The lady at the front desk was unreasonably rude and kinda ruined my day!

Went there because of its rating and as I expected they are really professional and get work done very fast. Especially thanks to Mariana the front service advisor!

I am very happy with the service I got at Good Tech Auto Centre. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and professional. They do whatever work my car needs done and they don't try to upsell me needlessly. They are also good at spotting problems before they arise. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. I am very thankful.

I came here to have a safety inspection done for Service Ontario; I came because of the high star rating and I was not disappointed! The service was very quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable.

The lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly. She ran out to find me when I accidentally left behind my paperwork. She gave me a lot of helpful information and made my experience a great one.

Went here because of the good reviews and it most definitely kept up to the reviews. Got my issues addressed and serviced all in one sitting. I appreciate the transparency. I was let known of the problem in detail. Good customer service and for sure doesn't rip you off like certain other mechs. Overall it was a good first experience. The prices were also reasonable. I don't think I'll have to look for another place in the future for my car. If you want a good mechanic in North York, 10/10 would recommend this place.

I have been around and I have seen many shops good and bad, this place is unique in a sense of maintaining very personal attention to the customer. You feel special from first interactions to the end, Alex is all around an amazing knowledgeable mechanic who is very honest and very detail oriented, he drives the vehicle in the beginning and upon completion of work, I went there to get my brakes rotors done and was told by Honda that calliper was faulty and needed to be replaced, as I suspected turns out it just needed a good service rust clean lubricants and all works very well now, I am very impressed and will be coming back. I work for my car not my car works for me, unfortunately due to mechanics missing the problems that arise in the vehicle while doing routine maintenance. Do it right or do it twice - if you stand by this then customer beware!

Problem with transmission forced me go to repair shop. Brought the vehicle to Good Tech Auto and get convinced again: Reception is very careful, Mechanics are highly professional, Management is great. Transmission had electrical problem. Guys pin-pointed and fixed it in shortest time possible. For the time of repair I was provided a rented vehicle, so I didn't feel the problem with commute. It's so nice feeling to be on the road backed by Good Tech Auto!

In this industry, honesty is hard to come by, but this team is the best! Honest and great value!

Crooks! I had a sound coming from the front wheel of the car. After checking, their mechanic said that all 4 rotors and break pads were in bad condition and had to be replaced, although I had changed rear break pads 4 months earlier. Their calculation of costs was $800 for a small car, which costed $7000 at that moment. I sad it was too expensive and I didn't believe that all 4 rotors and break pads need replacement. 5 minutes later they said they could get a discount and the price became $500 now, which still was way too expensive for the service that I did not need. I refused of any service and left for another repair shop. Finally I did the repair in another shop for $120. Only front wheels break pads needed replacement and I also serviced all calipers. The conclusion: they wanted to charge $800 for the work of $120.
I do not recommend anybody to use their service.

Alex and his staff are very professional and helpful in repairing my car. I've had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics just trying to take your money without caring or paying much attention to your problem. This was definitely not my experience with Good Tech Auto. They tried to save me money wherever possible and were very helpful while my car was being serviced. Definitely do recommend paying them a visit if you need repairs.

Wow! So happy to have found the best mechanic shop that knows what they are doing and stand up behind their work. They did all kinds of repairs on 3 of my cars with excellent workmanship and very reasonable prices. Alex the owner takes the time to test each car that was serviced and makes sure all is good before you get back. Great staff and fast service. I have compared services and prices from car dealers and there is no comparison. All dealers want is to over charge you and you can feel the ripoff in your wallet. Keep up the good work. Beware: crooks!
First service (just an oil change) was ok, although I am pretty sure that a healthy scratch on the right front fender of the car appeared from that visit (not 100% sure, mind you, so this review does not reflect that service). Subsequent visit was horrible: they did not fix the brake or lights issues on the first visit, nor second (even though they claimed then did). On the third visit, they added a bunch of other charges, claiming that those items were not apparent until they tried the first replacements (I felt I deserved those original items' replacement charges to be reversed in that case, but they refused). Brake issues returned after 3 weeks, at which point, I just went to Canadian Tire just around the corner. They said that whoever did the brakes did not know what they were doing (they originally asked me if I did the repairs on my own!). When I told them the issue with the lights, they looked around, and said that none of the (claimed) parts were replaced, and that the original issue was probably just a loose wire or a loose fuse or possibly the battery (they tested the battery to be sure, but there was nothing wrong with it). Summary: Good Tech are crooks (or possibly incompetent + crooks). Avoid!

Had great experience with this shop in several occasions. I like to know different possibility when replacing parts and always had good conversation with Alex. Work always done with good quality, in time and with competitive price.

Have had a great experience with Good Tech for the 3 years. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable stuff. Always a pleasure to fix my car here and have a nice talk with the management and mechanics.

Never look elsewhere for people who will give you good service, good prices, and real hospitality to their clients.

The BEST auto centre by far. Went in to change one of my winter tires today. Place was informative and helped me with my issues that other mechanics weren’t willing to work on. Not to mention that the customer service was spectacular and the employees were so friendly. Good Tech Auto Centre has just won a customer for life!

They changed two brake pads changed my oil changed all my tires to all seasons for a great price and then they also gave me a discount on top of that. Great place great work.

I have been coming here for a while and always feel well taken care of. Marina is great, very profesional, knows what she is talking about, honest and straight to the point. (Owner Alex?) is very friendly and genuine, always takes his time to offer advice or answer questions. I have brought my sister and brother-in-law over to service their vehicles and they have had also been satisfied with their experiences. Would definitely continue recomending.

Just picked up the truck from this awesome shop! The service is professional, knowledgeable, and fast:) Love how friendly all the staff are and how willing to go out of their way to help. Finished installing tires on my car in less then an hour while I had a coffee. Definitely would recommend for any type of service or general repairs! They also have a full body/paint shop in the same building. Thank-you.
