Took me in last minute to fix a tire puncture, when no one was open because of holidays and another shop said it wasn't fixable. Shout out to the girl working reception, she stayed a little longer after closing so it could be picked up

I had a leak in one of my car tires. These fellas were ready to go home promptly at their closing time, but they managed to let me come in and have the air leak on my car repaired at the last minute. This was a one off opportunity (and I did have to sweeten the deal with a gift to get them to do it for me). All worth it as I cannot be driving my car around feeling likes its unsafe. Excellent work everyone!

Made a couple pretty frustrating mistakes - one was poorly handled - they’re working to fix and if all goes well will keep this positive review. We all make mistakes, it’s what we do to resolve them that really matters.

Do not go here! All they do is take your money and promise you 80 to 90% tread tires. The lied! I took it to a mechanic and said its no where near 80% it's about 40% when going in they started making stuff up and saying a crack tire is a Canadian weather. Come on after only 4 months driving with 80 to 90% tread. Mind you i dont drive every day nor long ways. They scam people. Definitely will never come back. They don't care about your safety at all.

Came in got stripped nut removed looked after in minutes and they were knowledgeable and I would recommend to everyone. Great job guys.

The worst experience in my life worst mechanic over charge me for the job that was not done and I waited there more than 5 hours.never back aging.

I bought a pair of tires for my truck few months back, they were all terrain so I expected they might be a little noisier than my old ones. These were really loud though, sounded like a bearing had gone, I called good to go immediately to report the problem, they told me all terrain are loud and it was normal. I took my truck in for some work to my mechanic few months later and he informed me that the treads were separated and uneven causing the noise. Unfortunately I paid cash for them to save the tax so they didn't have a record in the system, I called them back with the info my mechanic told me hoping they would at least have a look and offer some kind of resolution. They took my name and number and never heard back from them. Make sure to get a receipt and watch they don't sell you bad tires, especially if they are used.

Tony is Amazing Very professional I had both my kids with me he had my tire fixed in under 10 minutes the guys there are really nice strongly recommend Good To Go Tire!

This place is great, I was really tight for money at the time, but desperately needed tires! I was able to get in here for an incredible price. All four tires cost me less than 400 dollars with installation. I won't be going anywhere for tires, ever again. Personally met the owner as well, super friendly and helpful, along with the entire staff. Would highly recommend trying these guys out.

Advice to anyone who wants to go to this shop, don't go and take your car to them, they don't understand anything. They took money from me for nothing. It's theft, They broke down my car and it got worse.

Through my experience this is the worst place I have visited, they broke down my car, they did not fix it, and asked me to pay them a high price for nothing, the mechanic does not have any experience at all

I had a flat tire due to two punctures. Went in and they were very friendly. Took a look at my tire and said no problem we can fix it. All together it cost me $38 and took less than half an hour. They broke down the cost very clearly and even kept the two screws for me to keep after I asked. (Another place I went to told me that the tire couldn’t be fixed and not only would I need to buy a brand new tire, but I would need to buy two to keep it balanced—I left). Would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their tires and will definitely come back when I need to change to winter tires.

Went into the shop looking for a pair of used tires and the guys there were honest with my situation and told me that I only needed one. They were super fast friendly and reliable. Definitely going back for any tire needs. Would definitely recommend!

I went in to see if a leaky tire tire could be repaired. Customer service was friendly and excellent. After I got a call back saying my tire was ready, I went in to pay and was told "there was no charge". It made my day. I would recommend "Good to Go Tire" to anyone seeking tire services. They even offer detailing and mechanical services too.

Went in to have a tire balanced due to vibrating. Not only did they balance it free of charge but they also looked under my van and noticed a lose bolt which could of led to major issues for me.

These guys are always quick, friendly, and have your best interest in mind! I highly recommend Good to Go tired!

Called Frank at Good To Go Tire, for a puncture rear driver tire, in and out less than 15 minutes from choosing tire and having them installed. Professional service and fair pricing, and the customer before me was not charged for their service for a routine check. Hard to find quality and trustworthy shop, highly recommended and ask for Frank).

I was disappointed that the Burlington location has closed but the Hamilton mountain location took care of my tire needs quickly and efficiency.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for April 19th @ 2pm. I got there at 1: 55pm and waited until 2: 55pm before they even took my car in. I overheard the gentleman ahead of me in line say he had his appointment rescheduled for the same time as mine even though I had already scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior. Very disorganized and unprofessional of them to double book an appointment that caused an hour delay. Will not be going back

These guys have always been so nice and whenever I've had an issue with my vehicle, they took it in right away and they worked on my vehicle not just for my tires but for other issues as well.their pricing is better than anybody else around. They are trustworthy and very reliable. I will definitely keep using them in the future and highly recommend checking them out

Friendly service and helped me without charge! I changed my tires at dealership, heard thump, thump, and car was steering itself to side. I stopped immediately on Rymal, a plaza area, seen Good To Go Tire (never been here before) told owner what happened.without hesitation he took my car into the bay, a lovely girl swapped them around and told me to go back for torque after 50k. No charge! Tires were perfect! My situation brought me here. I will continue to go back. Thanks for helping a woman in need!

This was my first time going to Good to Go and it was an excellent experience! The staff are helpful, professional, and friendly. They provide good and quick service. I needed new rims for my snow tires and they were excellent at getting me a set ordered and switching the rims over for me.
I definitely recommend anyone to going to this place, you will not regret it!

Bought new tires there this year. The tires are good but the service was not.maybe because they are busy, but it was a few things. They had to cancel our first appointment to put our winter tires and then it snowed the next day! Then another appointment made me wait around outside for an hour and a half before saying to leave the car another 4 hours which would continue to leave me stranded there with nowhere to go (don’t live close and don’t want to take a taxi because of COVID) They later called and offered to do it for free but I wasn’t interested in risking it again.

This company is awesome! We purchased many sets from them. Staff is really friendly and honest. I had no idea I had a warranty but when I got a flat they said it was covered and sent me on my way no charge cause I purchased the warranty from them. No hassle and they volunteered the warranty.

I sent a friend to good to go tire on Rymal Road they came back upset at the service and the snow tires they had been sold are garbage! We feel that they take advantage of you. Be very careful of what they try to sell you.

If you want excellent service and reliable workmanship with great prices, this is where you go. They beat every quote in town and stand behind their work. Tires or mechanical.great experience for both.

There is TONS of competition in this city as far as tires go (new, used, replacement, service.etc) and I wouldn't trust any above that of GTG. I know well enough to provide ample time for winter tire change overs, because I am only one of MANY, MANY customers who won't go anywhere else. Needing a odd size tire good to go tire manage to find a full set of winters for my wife's car. Not only were they quick professional but couldn't beat the price for tires thay were almost brand new. Thanks guys and ill recommend you.

If you want to deal with a shop that is honest and knows their stuff, then this is the place to go. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had an issue with the lock nuts (key wouldn’t work) on my CX-5 and the Mazda dealership quoted me $284+tax and another shop quoted me $100+tax but I took my car to these guys and they did the job for free. I ended up paying $30+tax to remove the lock nuts plus get my winter tires put on. They did the work in 30mins compared to other shops that wanted me to leave the car at their shop the entire day because they didn’t know how to remove the lock nuts. This just proves how knowledgeable the staff is at this place.

Special recognition to Frank, Marcel, and Will for their honesty. They could have ripped me off like the other shops if they wanted to but charged me a fair price instead.

I would recommend anyone to visit this shop as I am pretty sure you will be satisfied with your visit, just like how I was.

Been going here for a couple years now. It's kinda out of the way, but worth it for the great service and friendly folks.

Extremely expensive. I got charged $87.50 to switch 2 snow tires. I usually pay $30 at other places. I don't recommend this place. They take advantage of seniors.

Owner and front desk worker is amazing and wonderful. Fast pace environment and everyone around is just amazing. Highly recommend this place very friendly and easy in and out service. Best place in the city.

Always a fantastic experience.
I have been going to good to go for a number of years now. I refer my friends and family because that’s what you do when you trust them.
My son, who is my world will also be referred to good to go as a new driver because I whole heartedly trust that he will taken care of. He will be safe.

If you want HONEST service good or bad trust in good to go. They are in business to ensure your vehicles are safe. They have families on the road too.

Be aware of what they sell you. Bought and paid for a winter tire, picked up an all season bc his boss told him to put it on.not safe for those thinking they have winters.
This all happened while another customer was extremely upset and was returning 4 tires. Disregard the 4.5 star rating

Sold me tires that were 8 years old that are now starting to crack. This is not just their fault. I should have been more diligent in looking them over but instead took their word for it. Not cool.

Very professional service, the gentleman working the phones was very nice & patient with me & offered me a next day service on tire install.

Great service and friendly staff.got the run around by Auto fx for 2 days.then called good to go tire and they fixed me all up in 1 hr with great rates.

This place sold me used tires that had Xs marked on them with chalk. I did not get them installed here so i cannot use the warranty that they sell with their used tires. I was unaware of the X marks and their significance but when i got them installed by my mechanic a month after purchasing them, he informed me that in the trade, the X means that the tires are no good and were supposed to be thrown out. There was also a tag which was stapled to the tire which is not normal practice for tires (unless you did not care for them as they were headed for the dump anyway). The tread on the tires was also below 40% and in their ad they had stated that all their used tires are 70% and up. I have been duped and they can keep their $170 they ripped off of me but im putting this here for future customers to be aware and not trust these people to do good business.

Good To Go has extremely friendly staff and quality tires for a very fair price.

I have owned two brand new mustangs and have them work on the vehicles regularly and they show a level of care and respect very few shops would ever show.

Trust is a big thing for people who care about their vehicles and they are always keeping the customer in mind with the work they do.

Terrible service. I was looking for a good used set of tires and when I called a coulpe days ago they said they had 2 in hamilton and 2 in Burlungton but they could have them the next day. Well the next day passed and no word from them so called on the third day at 10 am. I was told they are on the way from the Burlington store. So I show up 2 hours later and the tires are not there but.he says he just got off the phone with the driver and he is right around the corner. I waited an extra hour and a half with no service or no explanation. I was given the run around and would never recommend this place. I called another local tire shop and got way better service and was looked after quickly and professionally. What a waste of time here. Horrible experience. Will never be back.

Recommended from a friend wouldn’t go here again, really slow. First one in and no word of a lie 4 people that came in after me left before me. Took a little over an hour and a half to change my all seasons to snows. Friendly staff just not the greatest service.

Great service. Gave me what I needed. Also, the quote for the tires included the installation fee, so I didn't get a surprise when it was time to pay the bill.
