If you provide a service to a person who is in looking for a bathing suit with a group of friends and they can hear your judgmental comments about there "wants and expectation". A group of people walk out of your store and you have no sale! Don't insult your customer base in the change rooms and expect them to walk out happy or to buy from your business.
You as the "expert" in providing a service to your customer base should understand that some of your customers know what they want for there needs and comfort. Listen first; understand and verify there needs and provide a service that suits "there needs and wants! " Not yours!

This boutique is a true gem. It is packed with great quality stuff and most importantly very skillful ladies. From beginning to end the experience was amazing. I finally have been fitted into a proper bra, thank you Goodnight Goodmorning! Oh, and the swimwear is to die for. I will definitely be back.

A few days ago I went to three stores in the area in search of new bras and swimwear. All three were nice and neat, but one of them, Goodnight, Goodmorning absolutely won my heart. Two things stood out in particular, extremely friendly, professional service and the selection of products. I dare say that I don't remember ever being served in any boutique with such care and understanding in my life. I filled the gaps in my bezier with the highest quality products. I returned home fully satisfied with the feeling of a renewed and biological recovery. I'm sure I'll be back to Goodnight, Goodmorning pretty soon. I highly recommend this boutique to every woman.

Not LGBTQ friendly. I called them to get measured and they confirmed they do that. As soon as I mentioned I was a trans woman I was told “Absolutely not. ” and they hung up on me. Taking my business elsewhere.

It’s not often that you hear from a man, but let me tell you, These ladies know there stuff. My wife picked an entire summer leisure wear collection and I wasn’t going to question any suggestions they made.

Great shop atmosphere in a store with a tasteful design and great quality of inventory. All staff are very helpful and experienced, they were accommodating to find the right size and style and make sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchases. Excellent customer service allows me to enjoy shopping and feel comfortable and relaxed in a store. I definitely recommend shopping here.
