GoodTime Limo & Party Buses

We just enjoyed a wonderful night out, thanks to the night beginning with Gill and the limo picking our group up. Gill was so patient explaining to us how to connect our phone to the sound system before we set off, and an incredible sport for tolerating the kids (it was a birthday party!) all the passengers singing loudly and being quite excited the entire almost-hour-long drive each way! He was very professional, never displayed any discomfort, and was very kind to us. Many, many thanks! The kids want a limo for every party moving forward now! I usually get anxiety over important events that I'm hosting, but the company is great at communicating by text, booking was easy, they texted me back to reassure me closer to the date, and even texted me the drivers number the day prior. Definitely comforting, and his timing is immaculate, incredibly punctual and reliable. Your limo services made the experience a memorable one, that we would be very happy to indulge in again and I have so much trust in your services now having experienced it. Thanks for everything tonight! Highly recommend.

Stay away from this Limo company! They are unprofessional and don’t care about service they provide. The driver Gill showed up the day of my daughters wedding in regular attire instead of being dressed up in suit. Upon complaint to the owner he indicated the driver was older and did not want to get a cold. The driver was unpleasant and had a bad attitude from the start (not friendly at all) and the minute he arrived instead of introducing himself demanded money outside my house or “otherwise was not moving the limo”! We had the envelope to provide once inside the limo. Also our guests getting into the limo had to open and close the door themselves as the driver was in the front with the heat blasting! We had to tell him three times to lower the heat. When you pay for a limo service opening and closing the vehicles door is STANDARD! Ruined the morning and would not recommend this company! The owner Inder felt that since we complained two weeks after wedding our concerns were not valid and did not take the complaints seriously!

Inder was nothing but amazing. Excellent response time, gave all the information needed and helped to answer any questions. Our limo driver was great! Exactly on time and was very nice. We all had a great time!

I utilized GoodTime Limo for a company event. The bus was very clean and up to date. Our employees were very impressed. The driver Sam was very responsive and provided excellent service. Bunty was our limo driver that provided us with the best and most courteous service on our drive to and from a downtown show. Amazing service! This company is easy to communicate with, polite and the MOST important PUNCTUAL. We have ordered Party Buses in the past, however, the biggest issue was being punctual and GoodTime was punctual. Will definitely recommend and will be using them again and again.

The bride and groom were gone to take pictures for an hour and we just wanted to party for the time being, but we were forced out because the driver refused to turn the AC on while the vehicle was parked or idling.
The reason for that was because "the engine will overheat. "
Our party had over 8 diesel mechanics, the engine does not overheat if the AC is running while parked, the owner needs to re-take AC basics or come up with an excuse that actually makes sense.
Now let's wait for the owner to respond with the typical "you should have confirmed with us beforehand blah blah blah"
What a lazy excuse.
MAKE THIS COMPANY WRITE IN THE CONTRACT THAT THE AC WILL RUN AT ALL TIMES.
I will be filing a case with Consumer Protection Ontario against this company.
I hope the owner responds to this review, then we see how mechanically ILLITERATE he is.

We had a lovely trip with Paul! We rented the bus for a bachelorette party and the bus was clean, Paul was punctual and very kind to our group. I would definitely rent from them again!

Fantastic service ever experienced in a Limo. We wanted to celebrate surprise birthday of our staff member, got limo within minutes of request. I will always keep Good Time Limo as my first choice for chauffeured car services. I have used them in the past for a wedding which went very smoothly. Our itinerary was from the church to the park for photos then to the reception and they took us back home. It was very efficient and stress free. This is the second time I have used Goodtime Limo. This time We rented the big limo bus for a family wedding and their Driver Ellis was great. He was on time for the pickup at the start of the night as well as for the return pickup. I highly recommend Goodtime Limo.

We used Good Time Limo services for our birthday wine tour this past weekend, we were super impressed with the quality of limo, so much more space than expected, our driver Bobby was a gem, helpful and was everywhere you needed him to be! Extremely bad experience. We were not allowed to stand although Ontario states that party buses allow dancing but i understand it is also for safety reasons, so when we were parked we asked to get up and driver still said no! What is the point of a party bus, might as well drive in ur own car. Many utilities said on website were also not there! Hated it.
