Everything is overpriced. They sell stuff. You can buy brand new at Walmart for the same price used there. Disgusting. They should be ashamed you say you help the community well. It's the community that gives you the clothing for you to sell to help the community you say you've built senior residents. One bedroom apartments $700 for a person that's on subsidized income. That's overpriced and they also have to pay electricity, gas, water their food. So really you're not helping them. I am going to figure out how to get this new CEO Karen out of there because since she has taken over in 2019 it has been nothing but corruption and chaos there. As I know a few employees they say that they can mark the prices at their discretion and there is no code that they actually go by. Karen seems to say that there is a code and when you call her out on it she gets her security guard to call you private number and say your band from the store for being belligerent. And when you ask him questions he hangs up on you like a coward rent a cop I will continue to be going to the stores why? Because you are a public place open to the public on public property and the public is the one that keeps your doors open don't be mad. Karen because I called you out and your staff on your overpriced garbage $500 for $100 couch who's discretionary pricing was that was that in the good better bad section because you can find it on marketplace for 100 bucks or less. People here suffering and you guys are trying to line your pockets. Your security guards are coward. Can't wait to see him. Face to face one day

This store for sure is not for low income. Prices are ridiculous.
Person who mark the prices should first walk around regular stores and check the prices. For example I bought at Canadian Tire storage tote for $7.99 +tax ($9.03 total) Goodwill for same one but used and dirty charge $14.99! Next example for shopping bag from Dollarama for $2 they ask $5.99!
Also not acceptable return electronic policy. If you buy some not working proper electronic they don't return your money you have only 7 days for change for another garbage.

Prices sky rocketed they ask more for used clothes than Wallmart charge for new one
Sometimes 2 same items have 2 different prices
Very messy not organize store and unfriendly rude supervisor
They refuse some donations
I will not anymore donate here

Was better when it was in Stamford center, stuff is over priced like Value Village, Just got screwed over on A Silent Auction, Bid on August 16th, then Someone bid on The 17th, as per The Rules 5 days start The Following Day of your Bid, Went in On The Monday and Gone, The Manager Thought The 17 was A 12, How do you go from the 16th to the 12th. The Manager Admitted Fault, But A Lot of Good That Does Me.

I love shopping at goodwills and thrift stores but this location has some good deal but recently whoever is pricing there donated items are asking way to much today I was in the store and I seen a pair of boots I liked and recognized them from one of the online sites shop from so I pulled it up online cause there was no price tag on them I was told goodwill was asking 25$ for them but online they are only 19.98$ brand new I brought it to there attention and they said the difference would be the cost wish shipping I personally don’t believe that to be a good reason or for used donated items that cost the same as if I were to order it from the site brand new and most sites have free shipping with min purchase I’m sorry but at very least they could have price matched but to charge more for something used and donated is not right and I will never donate to this location

Usually fair prices and decent selection for men. The clothing section can be quite unorganized at times and may be best to check all size sections for mix-ups.

Change rooms, wide selection of women and children clothing at this location. Not much for males.
Tidy. Easy access with a lot of parking including handicap. Timely donation drop off response too.

Love this store. So many amazing finds. I just wish they would have a delivery person available (for additional $ of course) for when I fall in love with a quirky piece of furniture far too big to try to walk it home. Lol.

Nice clean and open store. You can get used or new clothes. There are books, furniture and other things that you can find in these kinds of stores. Donate what you don't need and shop for the things you need and help the community at the same time. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also do silent auction on few items. You can register and do your bidding.

I always shopped their for my son's clothes and found what I needed. Last three times I went in, I walked out empty handed. Looks like they only have very used clothes now and prices ridiculous.

Apperently they don't exept crutches. I have brought a lot of stuff there since I am estate trustee. I will no longer make any donations there. Vallue Village took everything
