Goodwill Bookstore & Donation Centre

I donated some books and decided to go in and check out their selection. I ended up leaving with 4 books (1 that I was THIS close to buying on amazon that very morning. Had it in my basket and everything. I walk in and boom first book I see was it in perfect condition for half the price. I was shocked). The setup is nice, genres labeled. Large selection. Library vibes but you get to keep the book. Staff is very friendly, informative, and ready to help with any book need you may have. They know customers names, it was cool to hear as I browsed; the togetherness. I’m now a frequent guest and highly recommend you become one too!

Considering we are giving “Goodwill “ 8 large bags of books the receiving gentleman never said thank you, didn’t help much - he only brought the wheeled cart out to the car - was quite miserable and didn’t lift anything or help in anyway. I really hesitate to go back there again - a smile and a helpful hand would certainly go a long way. Regards Ian Spencer.
