It's very cheap to buy second hand stuff just to donate to the homeless people in the city to stay warm this difficult time

A good store with a varied and wide selection of clothing, household items, books, and children's games and toys all at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Especially a certain little lady

We tried to refund/or just change the item instead because the pants that we bought doesn’t fit and that time their fitting room is already closed. So we tried the pants at home and we went there they said we cannot refund because we went there closing time, we did not know that and they don’t even told us that its final sale

I got some great stainless steel dishes for a good price. Pyrex storage glass was also reasonably priced. We all like to save a few dollars!

Thank you to the staff and manager working last week while I desperately picked up some clothing items for a friend suffering from homelessness. The manager honoured $30 off our total - this was huge. God bless you!

Used to love shopping here.whatever manager closed today (August 15th, 2022) must’ve been having a bad day.he kept reminding me they closed in 10 minutes and proceeded to close the till before they even closed.i work retail and i’d never act or be as rude as he was.this guy need some training or to find a new job, cause clearly customer service isn’t for him.

Typically a good selection of items. My only frustration with this place is that more often than not they have items without tags in the store. Their policy is that if there is not tag they can’t sell it to you. They won’t send it to the back to get prices in the moment either at best they will tell you to come back in a few hours or the next day and hopefully the item will be there.

We have collected the entire collection of Paw Patrol here.half of them are brand new.the whole set cost us $ 20.it's a great price.in a store it would have cost a lot more.the child is very happy.a very large selection of toys.there are other categories too.good quality new goods.not all used here

I was very disappointed today in this Goodwill. I regularly donate and shop at many Goodwills for many years and today makes me think different of this Goodwill. I was at the back of the store around 1: 40 and a cart came out to be put on the shelves. A man went to touch it and the worker said you can’t touch it until it is off the card and on the shelf. There was something on the cart that he and I were looking at but it never made it to the shelf. Ok it made it to a shelf behind the cashier. I noticed it while I was leaving the store and looked back. I did notice when the cart came out that one of the staff was very interested in it that’s why I assume it was behind the cashier. I called to ask if there was policy not to touch the carts but Cindy who answered the phone never said yes or no. I told her the story and she said that it must not have been cleaned and was going back to be cleaned. I said that’s not true it was priced to be put in the shelf but was put behind the front counter. She said maybe the tag need to change colour. I said no your looking for excuses. It’s disappointing to see staff have first choice and sad to hear that man being told do not touch what’s on the cart because the staff wanted it too.

Love this Goodwill! One of my favourites in all of London.always found great things at cheap prices!

Visited this store today at around 6: 30. Had $50 worth of items because I went through all the items and did the math before we even got to the till. 1 item, a small metal plant stand (part of a 4 set plant arrangement) is missing it's tag. Man at the register says it's against policy to sell the item so he needs to take it or i need to find the tag on the floor, I ask if he can get a manager and he claimed they were to short staffed. So I leave the line crawling on the floor under clothing racks collecting all the tags I can find holding the whole line up. I come back and give him every tag I could find and he still says no. So I told him that there is a set I'm buying so we need to go through the bags because there is no point buying items like plant pots when I can't get the stand. He says we will just put it all back. At this point a lady who has been standing behind him a while watching me struggle says he can't price the item because he's not a manager and that she should know because she's a manager. So I ask her if she can price it and she quickly put it through as a metal item. IT TOOK 1 MIN! Why was I told to crawl around on the dirty disgusting floors looking for a tag because they were understaffed when this lady could have stepped in at any point in time and saved so much time, effort and had a happy customer instead of embarassing me and making everyone wait. If your policy needs to be changed or your workers need to be trained. If it's a small item clearly under $5-$10 why are you embarassing your Customers and putting your own staff through that.

A great place to find some great deals and unique items. The new makeover and expansion is awesome!

You no things have gone arey when you get better pricing at flea markets and antique and collectable markets! I will never donate another item to Goodwill!

New store! Oxford street east. They are awesome. New building with better space and lits of options

Unorganized and prices double in comparison to Goodwill at North West location. Disappointing especially considering they get their stuff for free.

Went to the opening ceremony. Very nice and clean. Definitely lacking in plus sizes. Only carried up to a XL. Changing rooms were spacious and safe. Even though it was a big event, some of the sizes were still mixed up.

OUTRAGEOUS prices welcome to the new value village. Hardly worth a visit!

Actually you pay tax on new stuff that you may find with their tags. Sometimes they sell brand new stuff that have been donated by stores especially in big occasions like Christmas, Halloween, st valentine.
I always find interesting things at a rediculious price.

Excellent choice for clothes. Im very impressed with the decor and cleanliness. One of the best thrift stores for quality and service. They really prove their mission statement.

Always had great luck at the older location, friendly staff, prices were great, they have updated the shop and its a lot bigger, still finding a lot of great stuff here, prices have gone up a bit. Worth a look!
