Employees here are so friendly and helpful. I always enjoy chatting with them when I shop here. Prices are also great compared to many other second hand stores in London!

Everything you expect from a used-goods thrift store, and nothing more. Employs community members, and largely serves nearby low-income neighbourhoods. Important part of the local community.

Got some decent deals the other day on some books, kitchen stuff & whatnot, staff seemed kind & helpful, some customers a lil bit rude & grabby though:/

Extremely professional team of people. I understand that Goodwill hires employees with barriers. No barriers with me! Staff were helpful, progressive and knowledgeable. It is my new "GoTo" spot for hard to find items.

You get treated like not people here! The customer service is really poor. Disrespects the customers and treating them like something less. Just because we are thrifting doesn’t mean we don’t have self esteem. I am not saying customer is king just treat them as human without your
Prejudice and the female blonde who was treating me like non- human should realize that it is a non- profit store and need to respect the customers.

I travelled an hour by bus to reach here and I am never going back again. Kindly Try not to hire mean people who is destructive for customers mental health in the future.

All I did was ask an employee if it was cash only today because of the Rogers crash, and he reacted so incredibly rude - genuinely shocked at this interaction, and I don’t think I’ll have the confidence to return to this location again to shop here.

Today my boyfriend and I went to goodwill and found a dehumidifier as soon as we walked in. Since it was very heavy and we had just gotten there, I asked a man at the counter to keep it at the front for us until we finished shopping. He was going to let us, until this very rude female employee with short blonde hair stopped us and said “unfortunately we cannot do holds” and was not at all accommodating. She told us we had to remove the product from the store and then return to finish shopping. We just bought the humidifier and left. Probably not coming back to this location for a long time because after she spoke to us in such a rude tone, I heard her harassing another customer in the store. When I looked, she was just giving me a death stare. Very unfortunate that the employee’s openly treat their valued customers in this fashion. I used to love going to goodwill, but not anymore. This staff member ruined my experience with the company.

Extremely rude stuff. They are not happy at all. They also treat their customers very bad. When I complained about their behaviour and threatened to report it they just laughed in my face. I ended up speaking with a Manager about this and she was very reluctant to do anything about it. I suggested that she have a word with the employees and she really didn't take to that idea at all. We do like supporting Goodwill but it seems like the staff really don't appreciate us in any way. You buy a piece of furniture and they want you to load it yourself. They don't offer to help you at all. Other Goodwill store do offer to help, just not this particular location. For example the Salvation Army thirft store has very friendly staff who always lend a hand. Goodwill location on Oxford St. E is also very nice to shop at, but this location isn't any of that at all. My hope is that this review will be passed along to HQ for further review. And that the employees at Sherwood Forest Mall Goodwill will be reprimanded accordingly.

I had a terrible experience here. Very rude staff and the Management is very relaxed about reprimanding badly behaved staff members.
