Goodwill Community Store & Donation Centre

The store is neat and tidy but the prices are way over the top. Please rethink your pricing. Given the fact that everything is donated to the business. Be fair to those families that are having a hard time making ends meet. 75 dollars for an artificial Christmas tree …. WHY!

I personally swear by thrift stores for certain items to purchase second hand (used items although sometimes brand new are also available from time to time), this place has plenty of parking, no restrooms for public unfortunately i think due to covid-19 ~ i believe.
They always have new items being put out for sale on a daily basis there prices are fair and competitive to other thrift stores in my opinion of course, " i personally like this goodwill thrift store ".
I shop here often very helpful staff I've experienced as well.

This goodwill is so expensive and always very crowded. Stuff you’re absolutely wonderful however the pricing is sometimes 10 to 15% higher than retail and these are all used items.

You're most likely to come across something that is valuable to you. And most importantly, it's all community drive. And because of that putting down these stores is like putting down everyone around you!

The prices at this store are ridiculous. I use to go a few times a week but I am done. Been to many Goodwill locations Tillsonburg, London, Hamilton and this stores prices are almost double!
Staff now is not particularly friendly. You need to get it together and stop ripping people off when you get everything for free!

They charge way too much for complete garbage. Who does the pricing in the back? !? ! Do they have any idea what they are doing? How bout you make sure that everything is in the box before you send it to the floor and charge 15 dollars for something. Ridiculous.

This store is so expensive alot time its better to buy new at walmart or giant tiger is cheaper especially for mens clothing. Ive seen shirrs most of them are berween 8 and 12 dollars

Very expensive, if you compare with different Goodwills- in London or Tillsonburg. Lot of damage China still priced high. Staff not friendly at all. Something wrong in this store. Why in other stores people are nice. Last evening I saw ceramic Christmas tree for $ 85.00. In Tillsonburg in antique mall it is for $ 55.00. Why, who is tallying them to price so high. Vintage, broken ceiling light $100.00. Amazing that head office is not paying attention to things like this.

Prices are generally higher then other Goodwill Stores. I have been to Goodwill stores in London, Tillsonburg, Woodstock and Stratford and their prices are all consistent. For some reason St Thomas prices are much higher on many items.

UPDATE: Decided to give the store another try after my review of a few months ago.
Dropped the rating from 3 down to 2.

I would give no star if it was the option. I loved shopping here before but now during this crazy plandemic you have to be tested for your temperature to come look at all their filthy junk.

My mom and I visited your store today and had an amazing experience with an associate in the electronic dept. I don't know his name but he was great
We had questions that he answer professionally and courteously. He sold us 3 items We were there at 4.30pm wed Sept 23, please thank him for us.

They have a wide variety of clothing, knick knacks, books etc but are overpriced. Can buy the same clothes brand new at giant tiger or Walmart for the same price.

Great store, friendly staff, amazing deals on everything u can not go wrong checking this place out for low cost effective shopping like clothing, foot ware, art, jewelry and lots more.

Way over priced. You guys get everything for free. Why are you charging $60 for a used and mangled Christmas tree? Pathetic.you can get a brand new tree for that price.

Alright place but their prices are kinda high for a donation center, I wish they would make it a bit more affordable
