Love this place, some days it's a hit and others it's a miss. You can always find something useful or unique for fair prices. The more you go the more fun it is, I've gotten to recognize and interact with customers and staff to the point I feel like Norm at Cheers
Thank you to all

Some employees in the counter are rude, not showing any respect to the customers, we are coming there to shop, while your staffs treating us very bad, "like a dirt".
Shouting in front of everyone. Recently we started to see some connections between them and some customers. "Serving only when available".

Not as chaotic as other reviews might make you believe, I went early in the morning and it was already packed but I found some awesome things. My mom was told off once by a gentleman who was mostly polite and told her she had to wait for all 3 bins to be in place before looking through the new options. Definitely wear gloves and be prepared to spend at least 3 hours there. Some people seemed to set up shop for the day bringing food and drinks. Worth the drive to London but parking is limited in the front so the earlier the better to start your thrifting haul. Also don't expect to find matching shoes if there not banded togeather already and double check for stains and if zippers work on the clothes and bags. Lots of books and cds but I'm wary to buy the cds.

I drove 1hr to London cuz I've always wanted to try out the bins after seeing Tiktoks of great finds for cheap in the US. I spent 2 hrs there (arrived around noon on Sat) and didn't buy anything. It seemed like all the stuff that didn't sell at thrift stores, and the bins weren't changed out as frequently as they should've. Most of the time I was waiting around for more bins. Some people even commented that they saw the same items come back out in the new bins. My friend got 5 shirts for $5 so the value is definitely great. It could be a good stop during your thrift day, but not worth the trip IMO.

We consistantly give donations of clothing, books, shoes and electronics but they would not take an executive office chair I tried to donate because some peeling on surface area. Sold chair on Kijiji for $100.

I just found out about this place. It's not a normal place. You go in and items are in rolling tables which are switched out every now & then. Was surprised to see how much stuff I'd walked out with, and how little I spent.

Friendly staff, amazing prices.too bad you have to deal with the regulars at the bins. They're the worst.

Second time I’ve tried going to this location WITH MY 10 year old son and they wouldn’t let us in? Masks were worn entering your facility.
Please update your sign saying no children allowed, not even 10 years old, as this was again, my second time trying to go into this location. I repeatedly told the lady at the door he was 10 and she said “ okay. ”. What the heck does that mean?
Coming from an HR manager, you cannot refuse children that are 10 years old and up (as your sign CLEARLY STATES)! Just very strange.

I could have a garage sale and make some money, but instead I cleared out my house of items due to a renovation. Expensive glassware, unused household items from my wedding shower, I thought it would make someone happy to find. I went to this place and my stuff was DUMPED into a bin after telling him there is hand blown vases in there.he said it'll be okay and I heard the shatter. In the past, I gave away many clothes with tags, unused items, nothing I donate is beat up.and this is the way the stuff is treated. Next time I will have a garage sale instead of giving you anything. Total disrespect, when I pay a lot of money for things in my house that I thought someone else might enjoy!

If the BOSS of this goodwill is reading this please contact me at and I will send you my email so we can talk. I have very important information concerning some activities going on at this branch the involved a couple. They deserve to be banned from goodwill.

First time experience that I think was quite good. New to "the bins" shopping style & maybe weekday visits might be less busy then a weekend? I found it to be a worthwhile trip to London.
Buying clothing by the pound is interesting & great value! 9 lbs @ $1.95.
I spent just over $18 & picked up 16 worthwhile items of clothing.
I will be back!

This place is certainly an interesting experience. You rummage through giant bins of items they rotate every 20 minutes or so, then pay by the pound. Bring a good pair of gloves and expect to really dig around a few hours for the good stuff. Do not expect other customers to respect your personal space.

Great prices. Selection quality varies daily, but is almost always good. Staff at the cash are always super friendly, but the workers who bring the bins out are quite rude. When changing bins they just yank the bin out from underneath shoppers, even elderly folks. Other than that, definitely recommend- plant to spend a couple hours here!

Staff was very friends. But the place just stinks like dirty laundry. Nothing is organized you have to put your hands into bins that are all mixed up. Went in looked through some bins and left. Not a place for me, maybe others would enjoy it though.

I'm giving this location a rating of 4 stars because the experience alone is hilarious and fun. If you come here.read up on the rules first.cause there are a few and its unlike any other thrift location.next bring gloves.trust me, I've seen things.now for the negatives. I've watched youtubers who film their experiences in the USA in particular, and their outlets are huge in comparison to this location.this location is the only one in Ontario, so I feel it could be much larger and brighter.its too dark and dingy in there.next.kids should not be allowed since they are often too far from their parents, in the way, getting underfoot, grabbing things without gloves.its just not a safe scene.c'mon goodwill overlords.you can find a bigger.better.brighter.cleaner location. Next, glassware.there is none.where is it all? I see in the US locations they have bins with blue-boxes there with the glass in the smaller boxes so its not all mixed in with the other stuff.we want to rescue glassware too. And finally.the pushy people who seem to be making a career out of this.there should be a no touching rule.don't wrestle things out of peoples hands.don't elbow others.don't push people out of the way.or its a lifetime ban.show some self respect folks! Anyway, that's all I have to say.go.experience.enjoy.have fun.and be nice

This place is unlike any store I have ever been to. How it works is the staff comes out with bins and you line up and as soon as they put the third bin down you can look through all the bins. You have to be careful because there is some really rude disrespectful people that will fight with their life to get and item.
10 October 2019 23:26
Staff was friendly and helpful but you really need to be an avid thrift shopper to enjoy this experience.
08 October 2019 17:59
Staff is good. But its so dirty and full of the ruddest customers you will ever met! Staff needs a raise for all the stinky, rude and drug addicts they deal with on a daily.
11 August 2019 7:31
This place is awful it stinks and you literally dig through large blue bins to find what you are looking for. I was too afraid to stick my hands in the bins because there was broken glass and sharp objects in them. The employees really need to hand out thick gloves for customers safety.
10 August 2019 7:36
Great value for money if you're willing to hunt and spend some time. They have practically everything that you could think of.
30 July 2019 4:22
Surprisingly busy. A huge variety of items wanting to be saved and reused. It's hard not to find something worth giving a second or third life to. Sold by the pound. I scored a leather NBA basket ball for. 50 cents. REALLY!
14 July 2019 6:22
I think everyone should give second hand clothing a second chance. Why not were not all rich I'm not.
29 May 2019 12:44
Crazy place BUT if you have patience you will find a treasure hiding under all that LOCURA. ALLMOST FREE.
25 April 2019 2:34
So this is an interesting place to treasure hunt!
The price is by weight and make a fee books about $2 to give u an idea of how cheap it is.
I suggest gloves to protect against the occasional broken glass!

You can find good stuff at amazing prices but you have to work for it! Most thrift stores pick over all stock and sell the best online making the deals half scarce or just gone.

Not here. You can get major deals here.

But it's not for everyone. Be prepared to battle. There are many types of people there and resellers so you have to be sharp and move fast.

The bins roll out and people line up on either side. They lock the wheels and say go and it's a free for all. Elbows hands grabbing and mayhem.

In the end some people will help each other and some are jerks but it's rewarding if you stick with it and if your an avid thrift shopper I guarantee you'll be back.

The prices are stunningly low compared to other thrift almost garage sale prices.

Will you battle for the deals or chicken out before you start?

Your call?

I do like the shop. Lots of nice things, good selection, friendly staff. I really like their drop off dock. It is one level, someone to unload.just pull up to the door and your items are gone and believe me after hauling my donations down 2 flights of stairs to get t by email to the car, I really appreciate that!
27 March 2019 16:47
Busy. Quite the place to go if your bored. Time will go by fast, if you like digging through bins. Some people are very grabby, but hey that's what makes the place. Even security guards are there to keep the peace.
22 February 2019 10:22
I think people hang out all day here! Probably bring their lunch! Lol! Never been here before.different atmosphere. Interesting. If I go again I'll wear gloves!
