Great variety and excellent pricing. Well laid out and very clean. Excellent seasonal section.

It’s good for some items but 3/4 of the store is clothes I personally would not like to buy strangers clothes but there are some good quality cheap goodies

Neha was so rude. I hope she tries to be better then today. I love this store, but Neha ruined my experience today. I hope to not see her again next time.

I went here with my mum. Big store in compared to other branches. Plenty of parking and lots of donation coming in. Got lot of kids clothes (infants and of age 1-2 yrs). Great stuff with reasonable price. They also had some sale going on and got 30% off some kind of items and 10% off seniors discount as I was with my mum. Staff is very nice, polite, friendly and have kept it nice and tidy. Would like to visit again soon.

Needs more hello kitty apparel, and the selection of books also needs to be improved immediately. However, there is potential here and I believe that with the aforementioned changes this place will be almost as good as value village or the salvation Army thrift store

This goodwill has very mean stuff. Today For second time I feel so sad when I left the store. I really don’t want to come there anymore. Today manager was so rude and so mean the lady in blue shirt with white hair so so mean! What is wrong with being kind and honest and kind to clients? You are rude very rude to clients

Good option for used items. Prices have gone up over the time. Best deal is books buy 10 for $7. Sometimes, if you are lucky, you can find a good deal.

The store is always crowded but you still find many good stuffs here. The staffs are nice and helpful. The price is affordable.highly recommend

We have shopped at this store for years. From furniture to books, they have fabulous prices and a huge assortment of fancy dishes, sports equipment, bakeware at absolutely fantastic prices. They never fail to make us happy with their good service in a really clean store. Guaranteed to find something awesome here.

We received the friendliest service when dropping off items recently. The young man working at the receiving door was gracious and kind. His gratitude went a long way with us. Thank You.

I usually head to this Goodwill location to donate but I always end up browsing for myself! There are hidden gems here for sure if you take some time to look.:) It seems like they may be understaffed at times but still good service.

Not the best customer service, some of the staff behave pretty weird.

Can be summerized to judgemental and borderline discriminatory.

Definitely they need to learn how to interact with customers irrespective if their race and socioeconomic status.

Best place to get clothes, handbags, jewelry, shoes etc. The staff are superb, helpful & efficient. Keep up the good work guys!

Great spot for thrift lovers but they have stopped giving coupons for donating, which is frustrating as there is no incentive to donate here now. Especially since prices on used goods are only going up. Value Village at least gives a 20% off coupon for donating.

Love the staff at the Burlington Goodwill BUT im so unhappy that Goodwill removed there coupons this is why i dont donate there or go there anymore. Please complain to head office you get FREE merchandise SO WE WHO DONATE SHOULD GET OUR COUPONS! Complain complain complain! Also prices are going up soo much: (and as a low income 1 parent its very sad how prices have also gone up! I miss Goodwill in the early even mid 2000s.: (

I had a horrible experience dropping of donations on Saturday, May 8,2021. I arrived with my daughter and noticed there was a couple standing there. I asked if there was a line, they said no go ahead. I proceeded to put my donations in the bin when an employee came out and angrily said you have to wait for a bin and I'm going as fast as I can. I had put some of the larger heavy items next to the bin to which he got really angry and said you can't place items there! So I dragged all my heavy items back to my car and waited for a bin. When a new bin was brought out, I proceeded to put my items in it. The bin was only half full and I was carrying more to it and they took the bin away. I had to return to my vehicle again and wait for a new bin, in the rain mind you. I had a child's ride on, he yelled at me again that the item was too big and could not accept it. Perhaps there were procedures I was not aware of and I did not notice any signage explaining. Does this warrant being treated like this? Last I checked, I thought donating was a good thing: (I will never return to donate at this location!

Didn't really have too much to search through. Shoe collection is mostly dress shoes, and the clothing is not as good to Value Village or even Salvation Army

Very clean, well stocked and reasonably priced. Not as large as Value Village or Misson Thrift Store, but the collection is good.

Well managed store. Open during covid when peel is in lockdown, due to which customers from other regions came to this store and bought a lot of stuff. Not much stuff is left in stock here now.
