Goodwill Store

This goodwill location does backroom deals with certain customers. Have seen it multiple times now where they are offering specific pieces to individuals which haven't been put on the floor for the rest of the public.

Also they've made rude remarks about things I'm purchasing in the past.

Manager there is the worst…She kinda old, tall and a bit skinny …. She came to the counter and yelled at the customer without explanation to customer in a nice way. She was very rude……. So unpleasant and bad experience to shop at this location. I hope the owner checks with their employees one in awhile to see how they treat their customers. No surprise why that store seem to be quiet not to many people shop there unlike other thrift store. RUDE RUDE manager.

A large selection of household items and clothing etc. We often get things like paintings, furnishings, decorations and music records from here. You can also donate things you do not need over here. Monday is seniors day.

Spacious store, clean and tidy. Lots of selection of clothing and good name brands. Good location with lots of parking and change room available.

If you don't want drinks in the store, put up a sign. Do force your employees to be a$$s to potential customers. Or train them to do it in a respectful manner. Or here is another one, most people who shop here don't always drive. Don't want bikes inside, install a bike rack then.

Had an issue here with their staff and ended up calling head office. I went back and I had a much better experience this time around and was very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you for taking your customer service seriously and addressing the issue. I look forward to returning here again:).

Bought Nespresso machine $95 from auction. Was in box When I bid.
When I picked up and go home Was all wet and we’ll used and missing led
I thought I should see what they say about it. Talked to manager assistant. She said. If was used. We put on shelf not in auction. So like (accusing me of lying).
Be carful don’t trust their inspection and evaluation.

I went there yesterday to donate some stuff, employee on shift was rude and bossy. Definitely Not friendly.

Prices are good but what's with only having two dressing rooms open? Standing there for 15 minutes waiting to try on clothes. Ridiculous. They have two of the dressing rooms full of seasonal goods. I had a pile of clothes to try on with intent to buy but ended up putting everything back. The one dress room I did go in was so dirty, hasn't been vacuumed in forever, the mirror was dirty. This store is run down and needs improvement. I'll avoid this location until they get their act together. The staff was friendly, no issues there. Can you please have someone dedicated to the dressing rooms? Ladies in there with 10 outfits taking way too long to try stuff on.

I recently went to drop of some article of clothes and a few odd pieces, the lady look at the jacket I dropped off and made me feel like I was giving her a piece of garbage. The jacket I dropped of is a very heavy material it fades and stains but can last forever, this women said the jacket is stained and done couldn't sell it. Well thank you good will for insulting me and my family, the jacket belong to an Uncle of mine who recently passed away, I had a similar jacket, it does take a t lot to ware them out, what do you people want brand new stuff, I've seen the second hand items you have, This lady clearly needs to realize what she is doing, not be rude and smarten up. I no long give or by from your store. Shame on you for insulting people when they are giving to a charity

Let me get the basics:
1. The manager and basically everyone that works there needs to be fired
2. Probably the messiest goodwill ever.
3. I walked in the one day and and the worker there told me I had to leave my bag at the front and asked what was in my bag which makes sense I guess, and then proceeded to ask what was in my bag which was none of their damn business so I left wondering how someone so nasty and rude can get a job working at a place that is so rude to their customers.
