Goodwood Apartments

Good location. School, park, indian grocery stores, day care… all nearby.
Almost perfect location for family.

Great location. Was sceptical due to bug/roach infestation reviews. Renovated units are good, no infestations. Small roaches do tend to sneak in but has been manageable with basic cleanliness, pest control and other measures. Superintendents are very helpful. Place has its cons but the pros outweigh it for me. Living in 102 from 2years.

Moved here spring 2019, love the location but terribly managed. Underpays and overworks their superintendents who are powerless against the mice, cockroaches, bedbugs, and mould that every tenant complains about. Apartment wall had giant hole cleverly hidden in closet when I moved in. Management hates tenants.

Only heard 106 and 108 is good.looks good as well.but not all building managers are good.some of them rude and lazy

Cockroaches, bed bugs, mice, and unresponsive management. They have it all. It truly is a shame that, even this terrible of an apartment is hard to get because rent is so hard to find. I do not recommend anyone to live move in here.

Have it's limitations, but overall if you are looking for something cheaper for a good location then I'd recommend it.

Just moved in here, and I love it! The renovated units are so lovely, and the management is just wonderful.
