Got their name from the previous owners of our condo. We are experiencing an issue with one of our HVAC units so I called them to get a price on servicing. Left a message and sent an email - no one responded. Business must be good.

My grandmother had a new heating and cooling unit installed two years ago. The air conditioning stopped working a few months later. They refused to come out to fix it unless she paid, even though it was under the (only) one year warranty. It’s now been two years and my poor grandmother is sweltering in the heat. Do not buy from this company, they will leave you standing without a working unit, or make you pay again right after purchase.

I found online a heating and cooling unit suitable for my condo. Called the phone number provided online. I’ve explained all the details over the phone and they said “I will send you a quote by email” This is what I received in the email:
“I spoke with our project manager and unfortunately we don’t have anyone from our company that is available to come to your city (1 hour away) to quote the install or do the install”
“I have given your information to a local contractor that we do business with. They will contact you and provide you pricing for the unit/ install/ and disposal of your current unit”
Pricing by contractors was $1,000 higher

Walked in off the street and one of their people was able to help me with my issue and get me what I needed quickly without a long wait or being extravagantly overpriced.
