Staff is Amazing, All the Girls are very sweet. Specially Parveen Abida, she is really helpful and welcome you. I truly feel they are really humble and serving our community at a great manners!

Highly disappointed & Very unprofessional, i drove 50 minutes because initially they said the report will be ready in 1-2 days. Upon arrival after 2 days they said system was down so the report is delayed. I end up wasting $50 with Dr because their report wasn't ready & the dr. Still charged for the visit.

Horrible service. The receptionist at the front that wears the hijab lacks professionalism and is unable to do her job properly. My appointment was cancelled twice after I had already arrived. First appointment was cancelled because the receptionist failed to provide me with with clear instructions for my ultrasound (drink water 1 hour before the appt) and rescheduled my appointment. When I arrived for the second appt appointment, she said due to technical issues they need to cancel my appointment. She lacked professionalism when speaking to me. This should’ve been communicated to prior to me arriving to my appointment so instead of wasting my time I could’ve gone elsewhere. Minutes after I left the clinic, I tried to call the clinic several times (8-10 attempts) and she does not pick up. I’ve never had such a difficult experience booking a basic appointment. Dr Aamir, the owner really needs to reconsider her employment because as a receptionist, she can’t perform simple duties and does not know how to speak with people.

I went there for x-ray and found out this place is unhygienic because they were using used gowns for new patients.

I was go there for ultrasound and X-ray my experience with front desk is very good.front desk lady Mubarrah and kavita they both are very kind and good friendly.

I went there for xray and ultrasound. Everything was quick and smooth. Kavita Rana on the front desk was quite friendly and co-operative.

Dr. Amir was very professional, and followed up with my mother-in-law to make sure she was alright. Would recommend.

This place pretend to be more strict then some court houses in canada.i was only 5 mins late for my appointment and the lady @front desk made this a big deal and want all the explanation.so be ready if you are late even couple minutes make sure to have good explanation.because from your story they will decide if they will take you in or not but I think they are forgetting they are not the only diagnose place in canada.

No one picks up the phone and when anyone does they put you on hold for long time. Very disappointed

I have read their reviews now and its same what we faced. People working inside have no manners of talking to a patient. Our doctor sent us hear. Will never b back. They are very very rude

The ultrasound tech Qudsia was super nice and made me felt at ease while getting it done, best experience I’ve had so far.

I went there for x ray 2-3 days before. For x ray I had bad experience that lady who suppose to do my x ray she was on phone for 15 to 20 minutes she saw me and one other patient waiting but she ignored.she attended her two phone while we both were waiting. Receptionist was gud.

Excellent front office staff and excellent doctors, profession and nature wise.iam finished with my x Ray in few minutes and ultrasound also within 30 mins.very quick service.very efficient services.all the best!

Great experience sa far. We always went by the appointment and never had to wait too long. Ultrasound technician Khadija has been really patient enough to answer all our questions and she took her time to do the ultrasound and explained us through every single step. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

The worst experience ever! How are you running a practice and your nurses are rude impatient and have the worst attitude! As soon my mom Walked into the room you could tell from her demeanour that she was not trying to help my mom. She was extremely rude when she was giving my mother instructions, and it made my mom feel very uncomfortable! If you were done taking patients mentally and didn’t want to work anymore literally don’t take anyone and go home. Don’t work if you’re not ready to work it doesn’t make sense! Never again will I take anyone back here. HORRIBLE.also when I brought it to her attention she clapped back with more attitude and didn’t even apologize until after I told her it made my mom uncomfortable.

No matter what’s going on with her life you shouldn’t let it affect the way you act at work especially in this field. Also if she’s like this with my mom how many other people does this nurse make feel uncomfortable.

This clinic is great, quick appointments, very little waiting time. The ultrasound technician Khadija was amazing, was very patient and friendly. I’ll definitely be using this clinic for any future ultrasounds or other needs.

Decent staff but very slow with getting back results. There is no prioritization of urgent cases so if you need results ASAP for the assurance of you or your infants safety, go to another clinic that will take those things into immediate consideration. If you are not in a rush for results, then go for it

Going for an ultrasound is hard for an expiring mother. They tech tells you what she sees on the screen and all the questions and pictures that the mother asks for is done. All my techs were wonderful, I was greatful for their communication so it’s not a long awkward silence in the room. Thank you.

We were in and out within 30 minutes. The staff is well-prepared & the whole process is made fairly easy.

We had to go to gore diagnostic imaging for ultrasound.the lady doctor who does ultrasound is very disrespectful to patients.she was so rude and pushed the machine so hard on the stomach that it started to hurt. No other doctor did it like that.it was such a bad experience.that lady doctors license should be canceled.don't go there for ultrasound or xray.

Worst place to go for ultrasound. Lady doctor who does the ultrasound is seriously dumb she dont know how to deal with the patient. She pushed my pregnant wives stomach so hard that it started to hurt.not even that she disclosed the gender of our first baby without asking.we decised to keep surprise but she ruined it in a second.what an unprofessional behaviour. I would give zero star to that lady who did ultrasound. Reception and other staff is good but rest experience was worst.
