I ended up canceling my home and auto insurance after 10 or 12 years with Gordon Mutual my home insurance doubled I went from $62 to $125 a month other insurance companies didn't have the same type of policy so I went with another company I have no claims but I have to pay for other people where fires have burned their houses and vandalism Etc even though I have no claims

HORRIBLE! Do not get any kind of policy with this company. We submitted a claim for our business in the beginning of August 2022. We were given the run around every time we reached out for an update. We were passed along to three different representatives and none of them were able to give us a proper answer until yesterday (May 9,2023). Almost 9 months for them to tell us our case can not be covered under our policy. Absolutely ridiculous! This should have been mentioned at the beginning when we submitted the claim. They do not care about their customers.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Gore Mutual insurance company. A year ago, a truck from the City of Ottawa knocked down our power pole while clearing snow, causing us to lose power. We spent $2,000 to repair the damage and filed a claim through Gore Mutual, hoping to get reimbursed for the cost.

However, after waiting for 11 months with no response, we tried to follow up with the company, only to be met with rude customer service representatives who were unhelpful and unprofessional. They claimed that it was in their best interest to get the money back, but still refused to provide any assistance in resolving the issue.

To make matters worse, when we contacted Gore Mutual a couple of months later, they informed us that our claim had not proceeded because there was no evidence indicating that the City of Ottawa could be held responsible for the damage. This was despite the fact that we had provided pictures of the truck that caused the damage in the initial claim. It seems that these pictures were not submitted with the initial claim and were just sent later on in an attempt to reverse the resolution, which was unsuccessful.

The lack of professionalism in dealing with claims by Gore Mutual is highly disappointing. It is not clear that the claim contained all the evidence and there was no follow-up to ensure that all necessary information was provided. The company's representatives took weeks to answer emails and did not respond to calls, leaving us feeling like we were wasting our time.

Overall, my experience with Gore Mutual was completely useless, and I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. If you want reliable and professional service, look elsewhere

WORST Insurance experience of my life!

-zero communication from the adjuster
-their preffered shop (CARSTAR) has been a nightmare - had our car for 2.5 months for a simple bumper replacement
-they tried to return the car today with a 2ft crack in the windshield that wasn't a part of the orginal claim because it didnt exist when we dropped it off.
-apparently the Adjuster (Zaid) didn't even actually look at the car - just the pictures sent from CARSTAR, who tried to include the crack and another small dent in the estimate - and the adjuster removed them without actually looking at it.
- I dont dount that CARSTAR cracked the windshield; but its so large it's unsafe to drive. Literally one pothole away from completely shattering
-no one returns our calls
-Zaid never responds to emails

I will be switching companies at renewal - I don't care if I have to pay more. It's been an absolute nightmare with them and we have 3 houses, 2 cars, and various outdoor toys insured with them.

Just awful.

I was unfortunately in a weather related accident. The car was totalled. I started reading reviews of Gore and got nervous because of what many reviews said. I am happy to say my worries were completely unfounded. Gore has been absolutely great. I will say they are a little slow on communication but when they do communicate it’s helpful, pleasant and productive.
The person who I dealt with lent a kind ear as I sobbed through my retelling of the accident (it was still hard to talk about at the time) and made me feel at ease. She quickly arranged a rental and then they offered what I found to be a very fair settlement as my car couldn’t be repaired.
Honestly I can’t say enough good things. I had never dealt with insurance before so I was so nervous going into this but I rate gore 10/10.

My car got hit today, it’s Saturday. Dealt with a 3 rd party as Gore offices are closed on weekends. Useless in every way. I had to arrange for a tow, I have to call around for a body shop, rental etc….
I was told I had to pay for all of this up front and the office will deal with it on Monday. Couldn’t even guarantee me that I would be reimbursed fully.
I pay into this and they were anything but helpful. This was at 1140 am. I pay them and I pay them on time. I should not have to deal with any of this. It’s 2023. I am shocked that a big insurance company like this is closed on a Saturday or any time for that matter. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. They managed to make a terrible experience even worse.

They get 1 star as they have been polite through this nightmare.

I have been with them for 2.5-3 months. Unfortunately I was a passenger in a car accident 3 weeks after signing with Gore and did a claim for physio and income replacement through my own insurance company.

It has been a nightmare. The first adjuster rarely returned my phone calls (twice out of 10 phone calls). I literally had to talk to 2 other adjusters and a supervisor who were more helpful than her. My physio was delayed by 3 weeks because of her severe lack of communication. Then my file got transferred over to someone else. The new adjuster didn't receive the forms I had already submitted to the previous adjuster. And was waiting for me to submit them. Yet again, I left her 2 voicemails and it took her 5 days to get back to me to find out I had submitted the paperwork. Found out there was other paperwork needed to be submitted for my income replacement that the previous adjuster NEVER told me about. So I had it submitted. Now I am being told page 2 of an OCF 2 firm is missing. It was a double sided form, I found out 3 weeks ago they didn't have it from yet again another representative. I told her it was double sided. She said it was the fault of the mail room and that they didn't scan the other side. She would fix it. Guess what. It never got fixed. My current adjuster doesn't have it. Its been since January and I haven't received income replacement.

They are a nightmare to deal with. The don't return calls within 24hrs like they are supposed to and lose paperwork and stall the entire process. How many insurance adjusters does it take to process a claim? 5 or more. And none of them communicate with one another.

When my insurance is up for renewal, I am cancelling.

Not happy. Will oost more details as they continue to screw this up.

I was injured at work and had no income for 3 months. I told them my situation as I was waiting on pay from wsib. My insurance was good till 10th but they wanted all the money from 2 months by the 6th but I got it to them by 10th. Because they got it after 6th they canceled my house insurance and Because I have bad credit and cancelation on my file I now am being quoted at $1000 a month with. I've requested for it to be reviewed by underwriter and they refused. They did not return my money.

Gore Mutual Insurance you sure know how to really mess up your clients insurance policy and not take any accountability. I had to spend many hours on the phone with my broker correcting all of your errors as a result of a so called "system upgrade".

The fact that you are aware that the transfer of information from one system to another was not done properly and you still proceeded anyways tells me all i need to know about your company. Poor customer service all around and expecting your clients to run around to fix YOUR errors.

Anyone who has a policy with these guys make sure you review and ensure that no info is missing or been changed. Your lien holder information could have been changed or deleted, your primary drivers deleted or changed to secondary drivers, liability amounts reduced, accident coverage etc. You do not want to find out that your policy is incorrect when you are trying to process a claim or renew.

Have been with Gore since the late 1980's. NEVER. MADE. A. CLAIM. Not one, ever. My home insurance just went up over 30% from last year. When I called, I was told it was a "general policy increase". More than 30%! Obviously, they're no longer interested in my business. CAA will insure both my home and my vehicles more than $400.00 cheaper than Gore. I'm loyal, so it sucks to leave, but I can't afford them any more.

Very horrible experience with this company. Got rates that were doubled what I was originally quoted through the brokerage (scoop). Now I have to scramble because I cant pay the 819 dollars and find new insurance. Consumers, please write reviews to take down companies that abuse their position and take advantage of customers. I’ve never filed a claim in 40 years of driving. My door gets badly scratched because I parked too close to a cement pole, but the damage was fairly significant. I called Gore Mutual, my car insurance provider. I even went to the trouble of including my own photos. When I spoke to the claims advisor I get a solid interrogation as to the cause of the damage. I say “interrogation” because the questions were intrusive and there were passive aggressive remarks about checking me out on social media. They will be hard pressed to find anything as I don’t use any form of social media and Doyle is a very common name.
They recommended a few auto body repair shops and said they would get back to me. No phone calls came. I called them, no one answers the phone or bothers to return the calls.
Is this how other insurance companies do business? Gore Mutual may have lower rates but as they say you get what you pay for. Higher deductibles, no rental cars and fly-by-night contractors to do the work. Rest assured my Gore Mutual policy will NOT be renewed. Zero star rating…

Have had insurance with multiple providers and brokers over the years and have never had issues.

In less than 6 months, Gore Mutual:

- Denied a small personal property claim
- Cancelled/voided our policy to avoid paying the claim
- Is purposefully keeping the claim open, which is preventing us from obtaining insurance from any other provider

In one fell swoop, they turned us from clients who any insurer would love to have as a client, into pariahs of the insurance world: (

Don't EVER get insurance with this company.

My grandparents (both in their mid-seventies) are disabled, and low-income and all they had to their name was their humble car in which they did groceries, went to the doctor, and did other essential activities. They live in a small village outside of Kitchener in government housing for the elderly, so they do not have shops or any medical assistance near them, so they relied heavily on their car.

A few weeks ago, their car was hit by another driver, and then it got wrecked. They had no fault in the manner. When they went to ask for money to buy a new car or repair the old one Gore Mutual Insurance Company, which they have been with for decades, told them that the car was not fixable and offered them not even a third of the price of what the car was worth, leaving them in a peril situation, as with the amount the insurance company has offered, it will not allow them to purchase a new, safe vehicle.
My family has tried to reason with them again and again, but they refuse to help further.
This is causing my grandparents to be isolated in their small apartment, leaving them in a horrible situation because this terrible insurance company has left them in the dust.

They are heartless and they do not care about their customers. Don't even consider going with them as a company. They will do to you what they have done to my grandparents and to many others as well.

I had a tree fall on my car during a bad storm May 21st. It took several days to hear from them to start a claim. I had rental car coverage up to $1500. They chose the place to send my vehicle to be fixed. It has been over 2 months, my car has been delayed because of receiving 2 damaged roofs. My rental coverage ended on June 22nd and I have been paying out of pocket since. I have tried to contact the adjuster to ask why the rental coverage wasn’t extended because of the delays. He still hasn’t returned my email from July 11th. Also had my broker email him several times and try to call, no response. This has been a terrible experience and I would recommend using any other insurance company. The lack of a response is unacceptable.

If you're get EMILY COLE as your adjuster, request to have another adjuster look at your claim. Worst experience every dealing with a claim. I got hit by a texter and driver (minor damage) they told me I couldn't retain the salvage of the vehicle and that it had to be written off cuz of the age (1983 Datsun 280zx). They offered me 4300, then 7300 after months of fighting with them. But still wouldn't let me keep my car. So I ended up taking my car back because it's valued at $11,440 even while crashed.ended up getting the car fixed in 10 hours.

I would give a zero but I have to give them a star to make a comment. Seem fitting since this company accepts no responsibility and gets rewards they do not deserve. I will be taking this insurance company to court for malpractice. This company's Ombudsman is the watch dog of this company and does not act in a fair and objective manner. My previous landlord made a fraudulent claim against me and this company's incompetence resulted me in being a victim of insurance fraud. This company did not inspect my landlord's unit, after 9 months of attempting to gain access to the unit and my landlord refusing they gave up as that is all they could do is say please can I come over and inspect.no okay here is money then. The insurer ignored my duress, my landlord nearly hit me with their car, I had to flee in two weeks. I called Child Protective services on my previous landlord for abusing the small child living there and this leak fraud is retaliation. My insurer never called any of the service technician's. I learned that the Ontario Trades College no longer regulates trades members so there is no accountability again to ensure criminal activities of making fraudulent testimonies don't occur and proper standards are followed. The contractor admitted he made testimony based on what the landlord said happened. I have this in written documentation of this and that the leak is on the first and second floor. My insurer did not even fact check since they were not able to gain access to the landlord's unit to correspond the leak to my washer. I have emails and text messages from the landlord when obtaining renters insurance that my washer was on the fourth floor. Water did not travel between 2-3 floors and only causing damage to one. The Disaster Mitigation Service inspected my unit as I was forthcoming and co-operative with nothing to hide and found no water damage to substantiate a leak. The furnace technician, who is not a proper technician for this inspection, found that my washer did not leak at any point and did not spill out from drainage. Yes, my washer was hooked up in-properly that my landlord approved. During my living at this place my landlord had constant leaks and admitted they had damages to their washroom from their balcony prior to me even living their. My insurer only had one assessor talk to me and I told her everything and she told me that they would close the claim because the landlord was not being co-operative. The landlord also admitted to me in text that they don't want to use their insurance as it is a $10 000 deductible. The plumber was also not able to inspect the washer as my landlord would not allow me to hook it up so the plumber made a statement again based on what my landlord said. My insurer was told by my landlord that the repairs were completed after 9 months. The contractor informed me that he was not awarded the job but the repairs could have been done in 3 weeks. My landlord was allowed to commit fraud. I have tried with the MICO to adjudicate this with my insurer and was harassed and this company was no co-operative and was aggressive. I will be making a complaint with the MICO and the Human Right's office as my age, duress, and gender was discriminated against. The FSRA also just closed the file the same day it was open without listening to me saying, "this is why you have insurance". I do not have insurance to be a victim of fraud. My previous landlord is still coming after me for money and sent me an email for $9000 for this leak and whatever other lies. This company did not protect my interests or inform me how to make a claim. This company ignored my multiple emails which I will show the court stating this is fraudulent asking them to go to the police and asking how to make a claim. I can't get other insurance as the companies state that if I am going to sue them they won't close the file so I have to keep paying this company until I can sue them. I will sue and then go to the news

Tried to support a local insurance company, what a mistake. This company is stuck in the 50s in their claims processing and billing.
I cancelled a policy and without notification, they send an amount owing to collections even after prepayment of my policy was made at the beginning of the contract.

From personal experience, I would advice never to go for Gore mutual insurance, this is literally the worst insurer in Canada. Worst clam experience ever. Horrible customer service never answer your calls. In the end a clam that was not because of my doing it was a vandalism clam they did nothing for. I reported it to the police like they told me I did everything the insurance told me to do videos pics of the the car before and after. My car was keyed grill cracked. In the end after fighting and showing all the proof. They said my car was not drivable then after a month in a shop I get a call saying go pick up your car it’s done. I got to the car star and they said they never did anything the insurance says they will not cover it. They give you the run around over and over make u wait and wait in the end. They think of everything just to not fix your car. They say one thing in the end they do anther. In the car of them they say they will do everything to help. But do the total opposite. They care about the money more then the customer service. They said they think the cars drivable. I asked is it safe they said it should be.

I was on someone else’s policy when I got a false insurance claim against me 3 years ago. For some reason, even with photos of the vehicle I was driving (it was perfectly fine), Gore Mutual didn’t back me or the policy holder. The claimed damages on the other driver’s car were $1,000. Instead they claimed it was my fault and drove my insurance premium up to $430, however myself and the policy holder didn’t find out about the claim until fall of 2021. I contacted the ombudsman that is on their website and 4 days later in February 2022, the situation was resolved in my favour.

Always contact an ombudsman if you have gone through every other option of resolving your issue with any insurance company, whether it’s car, health, home, etc.

Absolutely the worst claim experience of my life. I had full video of an accident that was not my fault and they refused to look at it and found me 100% at fault until I escalated the claim and demanded an appeal. Finally they reviewed the evidence and found me at 0% fault. The whole time the service was garbage. If their rates weren't so low I would be going elsewhere. Just know that you have to fight to get what you're entitled to and will experience the worst service of your life in exchange for low rates.

I’ve been with Gore for several years now. I had gotten into a bad accident at the beginning of this year, the car is totalled. It’s been a month since the accident and we are still waiting for our settlement cheque. I’m not sure why it’s taking this long to receive a cheque. I’ve received packages in the past in 2 days. I’m beginning to think it hasn’t been sent out and we’re being lied to. I need to pay off my loan that I am currently still paying for! And purchase another vehicle. Our broker never responded to phone calls, the communication was horrible. We would often leave voicemails. I would call the main number to speak with someone to get an answer and I would get the run around. I had to return my rental. Currently, I have no vehicle and I have 2 small children. I am depending on family members to take us to appointments and they live an hr away. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. I have never missed a payment and have a good driving record and to receive such treatment is disgusting. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Not sure if it was some twisted joke when naming this company, but the name "gore" is quite accurate. Gore: 'stab with a horn or tusk. "he was gored to death by a charging bull"'

That describes them to a tee. Stay away from Gore for any and all insurance needs. You have been warned.

I've been with Gore since July 2020, I had zero convictions and no reason for my rate to be increased. Then a week after my policy was renewed this July I received a letter in the mail saying my rate was now over $250 more than what it was before. Never was I once contacted about these changes, even though their policy states that every customer has the right to be informed at least 30 days prior of any policy changes. They removed all my discounts applied before as well as my driver training. They ended up charging me $800 between the cancellation and my first month of my new policy. I'm with belairdirect now and have no issues, and an excellent rate. I hope Gore feels really good about robbing an 18 year old student for $800. This company is fraud.

After them not taking my payment for 3 months they take 4 payments at once for my auto insurance, then say I cancelled and throw my home insurance into collections after those 3 months, (I never cancelled it, called many times to see why they weren’t taking it, even docusigned the forms a second time to reverse this “cancellation) still nothing. Still have no home insurance. Then Take one vehicle off to add a new vehicle and have to pay 2 months for the old vehicle because it was “too late to take the car off”. Then say they’re pushing my payment for July to August for another total of almost $600, and changed the date of the withdrawal. To which they went ahead and tried two times to pull it out the same week in July after saying they weren’t til august. Call and there was a “miscommunication” between the brokers and the insurance company. Somehow my fault. Now I have two non payments because they took it and returned it. (Yes the $ was there both times) Then I got a letter saying what my future monthly payments will be. $227 a month. Figured everything is good. It’s what they said it’d be. I then get a second statement just today saying my insurance is now $238 MORE then what it was supposed to be 3 weeks ago when I got the update with my new vehicle. Can never get through to anyone without waiting HOURS. This place is a head ache and not helpful at all! One thing after another and I’ve only had this company since March 2021! Do not recommend!

I moved my home insurance to them, and when it started they informed that they missed a column and now need to charge me $300 more. Not only they are not careful with their documents but they just brushed it off. They tried to get me to leave the other insurance company, they will basically say anything just to get me over then add other info. Avoid them at all cost

They are very professional and courteous. A little on the higher end of quotes/payments.

My daughter was in a single vehicle accident with my vehicle, she was covered with insurance to be driving. No injuries, however the vehicle was deemed a total loss. They sent out an appraiser, gave me a high value for the vehicle and issued the payment. The only issue I have is that I was owed an amount to replace a carseat that was in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The claims rep that was handling my case had stopped answering my calls and emails, and so I got busy and didn't really think to call and inquire. Finally my insurance broker contacted them and found out the original claims rep no longer works there. I believe they should have some sort of system to notify customers/claimants if a claim rep is unavailable. Other than that, great service!

I had a no fault accident and my body shop was told that my car was been written off. Needless to say no one at Gore Mutual contacted me. I was very shocked and soon became upset the claim was for $1000 for a Lexus 2008.

My broker intervened in my behalf and my car repair was approved and I am still driving my car. However upon renewal my 2020
rates were increased by 20% with the reason that Gore Mutual found a 2018 traffic ticket in 2020
and my rates would be increased by approximately $200.00.
I cancelled ALL my policies with them even though I have to pay slightly higher premiums with a new insurer. Sometimes we have to pay for our respect.
This is the worst experience I had with an insurance company. Glad to be done with this company.

My company truck was stolen on September 7 2020 i was in another city when police notified me Gore Mutual has not yet provided me a rental vehicle as they say its under investigation. Thats a job for local law enforcement. My company has lost contract over this issue and its cost us financially as well. I have never made a claim in 35 years or had so much as a parking ticket.your insurance is only as good as the people who stand behind it.i layed my trust in my brockers hands for 35 years. Dont make the same mistake they made on my behalf.

I've been a customer for 10 years. Love their services. They helped me get the best rate back when I was a new driver. Haven't let me down since. Anita is the best.

A car came through a red light and hit me. A police officer was next to my truck when this happened and took care of my accident. The day of the accident they wanted everything removed from my vehicle so the appraiser could appraise it. They took my vehicle without advising me, they were taking it and I adivised them they can't do that without my authorization. It took 3 weeks to find out where they took it. It's sitting in an auction yard with a stock number on it. I advised them this is theft. They have been extremely rude. Still trying to deal with this and want my vehicle back in my care until this is settled, which will probably be never. I have never been so victimized. The accident was nothing.

PSA and cease and decist to Gore Mutual.
It is my understanding contrary to what Gore Mutual claims of its customers, that relatives in the household must be insured on second vehicle even if they have their own vehicles and insurance to which the customer must pay a premium on this.
As I understand, contrary to Gore Mutual "requirment (s) ", in Ontario, automotive insurance follows the vehicle and not the driver. Do not let them convince you otherwise if someone may not even drive the vehicle at all or maybe a couple times a year (maybe) that you need to have them listed on a policy. I was informed people in the household must be listed and paid a premium for this. I understand this is not correct and should not have paid this premium. Further Gore Mutual increased my rates 15-20% for changing the area even though my address is not in my area. Be informed and if something doesnt seem right go do your own research. And remember there is always the insurance Ombudsman. Take care and safe travels.

My rental property coverage was suddenly cancelled without explanation, after 2 years of continuous coverage without any claims or issues. Now I have read other people's reviews and find that I am not alone. There's clearly something very fishy going on with this company. Perhaps they have embezzled a lot of money and now they do not have enough liquidity to provide coverage, but they keep selling coverage which is against the law.
I will be contacting BBB to report Gore Mutual and I am certain that there's already lot of complaints filed against them at the BBB.

I am looking for insurance for my new business. After hearing how you treat your loyal customers of over ten years like they are the criminals. I would never ever come to Gore Mutual Insurance nor will any of the thousands of people reading about how you’re screwing over the hard working people you claim to protect! Disappointed that insurance companies that we pay into, when needed, aren’t there to help. Shame on you!

IF YOU HAVE CAR INSURANCE WITH THEM, RUN! AND CANCEL ASAP!
My car got burgled end of April while I was in Toronto visiting my boyfriend, during this pandemic I can't going back where i leave which is 3 hours drive.
They called me claimed that they got return mail and asking for my new address, I did not move or changing address. Called my roommate asked if she has returned mail, the answer is definitely NO.
Because of that, they changed my premium in the middle of the year 3 times more then before without noticing me, claiming that I changed the location of where I parked my car (so Am i not suppose driving my car? Just parking at home for decoration?)
Couldn't cancel fast enough!

Not even worth a star rating, under priced a total loss and won’t let us remove our accessories we added because vehicle would be incomplete? Doesn’t make sense. Adjuster tweeked stories and promises over the phone compared to emails

RUN! I had been a loyal customer for 32 YEARS made 2 claims in the past 10 years. Called to ask for some advise and was not given the time of day. So thinking I must have misunderstood I decided to email and be sure I was as clear as possible.still treated very poorly. No advise, no direct answer to my question, added confusion and stress to my life.couldn’t cancel fast enough

Trigon quoted me the wrong price when renewing my mother’s home insurance months later during a pandemic when I’m out of work they are harassing me for an extra $300 or they are canceling my mother’s home insurance even though I confirmed and paid in full for the year. When I was trying to clarify why I owe an extra $300 the woman on the phone told me she was canceling my disabled mother’s home insurance in a very rude stuck up tone, and hung up on me. No offer of an extension due to the current circumstances. When I called back to speak to a manager she didn’t acknowledge how her staff act, and denied it. I can’t imagine what it would be like working with this insurance company if you ever had to put in a claim.

During Covid19 week of Apr 13 2020 i called Gore directly just to speak to customer service and ask couple basic generic questions about what Gore is doing to assist the public, healthcare providers and communities impacted by Covid19, as well will Gore lower their rates during Quarantine months due to cars not being driven frequently. They refused to speak to me, and continued to route me call my broker. I asked these aren't broker type of questions, i as existing GORE customer just have basic customer service questions, but they still refused to speak to me. Anyway, i wont be renewing my policy with these globalists.

Worst ever. Wrote my truck off Not my fault accident and low balled what it’s worth. Took away my rental. Check your policy. ACV means they evaluate what’s your vehicles worth even if the market is selling for WAY MORE.

Worst insurance company ever, had 2 auto claims with them customer service was terrible in both cases, I was faulted for damage to my car done by an object that fell off a truck, which hit multiple vehicles and was even started in police report that I was not at fault. Another time a guy crossed lane smashing my car and it was written off and they left me with no car b4 even getting the 3rd party insurance info and telling me I should get it for them. Offered peanuts for a settlement and told me it was a take it or leave it basically, no matter what they treat you like you are the at fault driver and will do nothing to assist you. Please stay away from this company

Car issue at 4am on a Monday. No response until Tuesday morning. No response from the adjuster. No rental car until 4 days later. Will be changing companies as soon as my policy is due again. Terribly poor service.

CROOKS! Gore Mutual employees; Christine Acton, Sofia Bafia, Ashley Goodes and Mandy Ledain are a pack of thieves! After gouging me monthly, I phoned to cancel my policy. Both parties confirmed the cancelation of the policy effective immediately, via my signature but they still withdrew more than the usual mthly amount from my account, 2 weeks later. They refuse to refund me. They keep passing responsibility and transferring me between themselves. Terrible service, incompetent, staff. Negative star rating, if it were an option

I have been a client of Gore Mutual for @ 10 years. Have had 2 auto claims, and they were both handled quickly and professionally. Home premiums go up incrementally each year due to inflationary increases, which is the same with EVERY insurance company. I'm a broker, so I get that. I can shop around, but I don't because I am a fan. Keep up the great customer service!

Horrible experience with this company, be very wary of dealing with them. They will find any excuse to deny your claim & even invent some. Be warned.
