Gorgeous Brows and Lashes

Got my brows done today. The lady was very nice but unfortunately I'm not happy with the service. When i got home and got a closer look, my brows were uneven and patchy

Heta did my brow and face threading, the service was great she was quick, kind and paid close attention to detail. She made sure to show me and asked if I was happy. Overall great experience will return again

Wonderful place for getting eyebrows done. I came here for the first time after a friend recommended it, and Hetha did a great job in threading. Unlike other places in Ottawa, it's also incredibly affordable for students. Without a doubt, returning later.

First time getting a lash lift there and i loved it. The results were great and the worker was so nice throughout the whole service, making sure i was comfortable

I had my eyebrows threaded last week. Heta provided quick and efficient service. I am very pleased with the new look, and it took her no time at all. I will be going back for future needs!

I wanted to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and eyelashes lifted and tinted for my upcoming beach vacation. Heta was awesome! This was the first time I had tinting and lifting done. She kept me relaxed and focused on the final outcome. She did not disappoint. My lashes and brows have never looked better!

I have always walked by this service at Walmart but I was desperate to find someone/somewhere that could perform all of these services! And I found it online! So I finally went inside and the customer experience was already AMAZING! Its valentines day and all my usual specialist were all booked! And this company had same day or in the next 3 hour appointments! They will take you at any time! Lepyah was amazing! I was so shy because its my first time, especially for Brazilian. She made me feel so comfortable, at home, and reassured me. She even gave me aesthetic and specialist advice as well as natural, organic product recommendation about skin care! Thank you so much! I will be booking my next appointment with ONLY YOU GUYS at BOTH locations if needed! And Lepyah is now my forever specialist! And she works at both locations!:) thank you so much!

Horrible and totally unprofessional experience for eyebrow threading service! My requirement was to just take the extra eyebrow hairs, but the lady did this service, reduced my one eyebrow length from the beginning portion and make it very thinner. It was evident that it was a mistake happened due to inexperience or lack of attention. Also, it cannot be corrected in a better way. When I asked about this to her, another lady came on and gave me a lecture in a very HARSH way just to hide the mistake, as if she is going to correct the spoiled eyebrow shape. She never accepts her mistake or apologize. Finally, I need to leave from there with one spoiled eyebrow due to very bad treatment and do not want to spoil the other side eyebrow as well. I never experienced this level of pathetic service anywhere in Canada for anything. They charged 13.5 $ for this service and might be the highest in Ottawa. To run this show for longer period, better accept mistakes and give trainings for employees on how to deal with the customers. This is my first ever bad review for a service, and you can understand how worst it was! My rating is 0 for the waste of my time and money and for the bad Customer experience. I don’t know the NAME OF THE LADY WHO JUMPED IN TO THE SCENARIO, JUSTIFYING THE ONE WHO DID THE THREADING AND TRYING TO HIDE THE MISTAKE. SHE WAS TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MADE ME REALLY IRRITATING WITH HER UNETHICAL ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME. I am mentioning the location and time of the incident into your attentions. Location: Wallmart, Bank Street. Date and time: 3: 22 pm on Jan 8,2023.

The women who work here are so nice. Sometimes there is a language barrier but not enough to be able to communicate your needs. The lash technicien recommended that I get a lash perm instead and it looks amazing! She could have not suggested it and gave me the more expensive treatment (lash extensions) that I had booked for. My lashes look really nice. I also had threading done and am very happy with it. Will definitely be returning for this service next month:)

Heta at the Bank St location in Ottawa was wonderful. Having never had my brows done before she made me feel welcome and patiently answered my questions even though it was a busy day. On top of that she did a great job reshaping my brows quickly and expertly. I will return and definitely recommend to others! Thank you Heta!

I always have an incredible experience at this location! The ladies working are very professional and love to socialize as well! Definitely my number one and favourite spot to get my eyebrows done, as not only do my brows look amazing after, but I get a lot of compliments from others as well.

I absolutely love it. I got my brows waxed and my upper lip waxed. My mom also got her brow tinted. I came here to wax my brow for my birthday and Lipsa gave me a 50% discount. She did an wonderful job. I’m gonna keep coming here.

I already had great experiences with my eyebrows threading. But on Friday, I got hydro facial from Lipsa, ahhhhhhhh it was really great service and I can’t stop touching my skin. It is so soft.
I definitely recommend this place.

This evening I had maybe the 4th hydrafacial performed by Lipsa who always gives me complete and devoted attention with my facials. I have definitely noticed a huge improvement in my facial skin since I started having them by her- my face is more glowing, younger looking and there is less of the pigmented areas which I had to start with. I would highly recommend both the treatment and this lady who is very skilled.

Honestly a wonderful experience. Lipsa was so gentle and detailed. She gave proper information about both sugaring and waxing. I opted for sugaring and I feel like it is the best decision for my face. She even gave tips for after sugaring. Genuinely recommend her. Amazing experience.

It has been a good service most of the time, but sometimes there is only one person doing all services. So, if you find a clock on the counter saying the staff will be available until X time, do not expect them to be back at that time. It is possible the staff will come out and change the time of the clock on the counter again and not service you until another hour or so.

I just got my lash extensions and eyebrows tinted from Lipsa and she was wonderful! It was quick and easy and I feel incredibly beautiful. Thank you

All the staff in this place are kind and friendly. They are very patient and always answer questions. I regularly do my eyebrows in gorgeous. They are the best in eyebrow threading.

For the last few months, Lipsa has been doing my eyebrows threading, and she always makes sure that I'm satisfied with the shape of my eyebrows. She is kind and she understands what I want.

Also, I did a deep cleansing facial with Lipsa. She always recommends what’s best for my skin. Lipsa is professional, and The results were amazing. My skin becomes clean and bright.

I got a lash extension today and the hybrid looks really nice. The staff who did my lashes was very nice and patient. She explained how to keep my lashes clean:) She also thread my eyebrows for free because it's my birthday tomorrow! Thank you!

I am completely unsatisfied with my lash lift! I don’t even think the ladies are trained and certified to be doing this service, my lashes are completely curled back to my lid. I cannot even apply eyeliner. When I called to get refund they said the manager would call me but never heard back. My eyes were also burning during the process and the cleanliness of the room is disturbing. DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE!

I did the threading eyebrows no pain at all and I loved how fast she is it took 3 minutes. The result is so nice and clean.
