I drove the car then back to Alberta where I’m from and it was an incredibly simple process. Largely due to Naghy and his team preparing the permit and installing it for my trip home when I picked up the vehicle. This company had sold me a Honda in 2019, now I’ve been trying to trade it
In and now I can’t because the car was used as a rental before I got it. The dealerships I went to for trading the car advised me to contact this company since it’s against the law not to mention that a car was a rental before.

I have contacted this company, they said they never knew it was a rental before they sold it to me but they can help me trade it for another car but the value they are willing to take the car is very low due to the damage on the body. Also the salesman advised that many of his customers ask for a car that was a rental before (not sure why since it’s so difficult reselling now).

I bought the car for $32749.08 and now they want to take the car for 10k.

Bought my first car from Gorrud's Auto Group. Vehicles are reasonable priced and come with many perks. My purchase of a pre-owned vehicle came with comprehensive warranties, a detailed mechanical inspection, a 30-day exchange policy (if not satisfied with the vehicle within that time), and Car Proof Verification. The staff were very friendly, informative and accommodating throughout the whole process. Jason did a great job with helping me select a car that suited my individual needs and preferences. Kevin was straightforward and thorough when finalizing the sale. Both of them explained all the costs and answered my questions in a professional and cordial manner. Ilir, Jason and Kevin were also very gracious in congratulating me for the purchase, making me feel valued and respected. Overall, the experience was a positive one and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership.

EDIT: I sold my car a couple months ago because I had to move. Decided to sell it back to Gorrud's and was pleased with the whole experience. Jeff Gorman did the appraisal, explained the evaluation, and offered a fair price. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. It's come full circle now and I've had nothing but good experiences from the staff at Gorrud's. Hopefully, I find a similar level of customer service experience with my next car! Worst place to ever buy a car from. They sold me an old rental and didn't disclose that it was a rental like the law states they are suppose to.

Than they broke confidentially and realsed private info.

I wouldn't get the rust warranty from here, the body shop they use is horrendous. They did the same rust repair twice on my car and it started rusting again within 5 months. Pretty bad that they won't guarantee their own work. I also think it's pretty unprofessional that you guys called my sister and not me to discuss this, she doesn't own the vehicle I do. I seriously regret buying here, and definitely wouldn't recommend.the warranties

Don’t go there if you are looking to buy a used vehicle. They are very unprofessional. Danny booked me in for showing Honda CR-V and left before our appointment time and when we arrived there, we got to know it’s sold and they never informed us or called to cancel our appointment. Very disappointed. They don’t value their customers. I personally would never recommend anyone to go there.

Just bought a car from them, and the entire process was really hassle-free, we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, and they really seemed to go out of their way to make us happy.

Now, if the car happens to spontaneously explode in the next few days, I’ll definitely lower the rating, but for now, really pleased.

Also they’re like 3 minutes from Orange Snail Brewing, so if you’re on the fence, and are like “I shouldn’t buy this car, my car is fine, why do I need a new car? ” you can go grab some beer from them, and the decision-making process is way easier.

Bought a car from here recently and I love it so far! Dealt with Simon who was very kind and helpful. When purchasing the car though I did notice a couple of scratches and asked if they could do their best to remove them, and this was agreed upon during the sale. When I picked up the car, the scratches had not been touched, and I was told that what I was looking at was them "doing their best". That was a bit disappointing for me, if there wasn't anything that could be done about the scratches then I wish they would have been honest with me upon purchasing the car.

I've purchased three vehicles from this location; the firs two when it was known as Milton Toyota/Gorrud's Auto Group, and the third purchase to replace one of the original Toyota vehicles. After many years of driving European cars, it was time to come to my senses and enjoy the reliable and cost effective Toyota brand. Eric Hopkins was the salesman for all purchases and it was his easy going, no pressure approach that made the difference. Eric is now a Financial Service representative at Milton Toyota (same family dealership). The only negative aspect of the purchasing experience is the inefficiency of lost time spent having the deal approved by the sales manager, in a separate office, as if you're writing an exam. There has to be a more streamlined approach car dealers can employ to expedite this process. After sales service at Gorrud's is exemplary with no surprises, provided you follow their recommended maintenance schedule, they offer free car wash, customer shuttle, a points program and I'm uncertain if it's still available at present, car rental can be arranged while having your car serviced. Check with reception about this aspect. Everyone can have a poor experience with any machine and cars are no different (I thought the Corolla would have lasted more than 13 years but I drive a lot), but having switched from a Land Rover to a Toyota since 2003 is the best car decision I've made. At least the people at Gorrud's Auto Group are qualified to help make it right for you. Do your homework on car brand customer satisfaction ratings. Simple things can sometimes be better!

I have purchased 6 vehicles from Gorruds Auto Group over the years and have been completely satisfied with each one. Oil changes and car washes have been the only service required by each of the vehicles. That said, oil changes and car washes are complimentary through the points program offered by Gorruds! The vehicles sold here are clean and in excellent mechanical condition. A real win! I will be picking up my Genesis later this week and I'm extremely excited. I had a very NEGATIVE experience purchasing a vehicle from Gorrud's Auto. They were very nice while we were there to test drive the vehicle but once the deal was done it all changed. During our visit to test drive the vehicle we dealt with Harvey (sales person) and his manager, Danny Demerol. We were trading our vehicle in so Danny took a look at it and drove it and when he came back in to give us the keys back he advised our sales person to give us X dollars for our trade. My husband returned at the end of the week to pick up the new vehicle and at that time Brad Gorman was the manager on duty. He informed my husband they were reducing the trade in amount by $500 because we hadn't fixed something on our vehicle. We were not told we had to make any repairs and nothing was identified on the bill of sale. At no time were we told the amount provided for our trade was contingent on any repairs. They refused to let my husband take the new vehicle unless we paid an additional $500.00. Can you imagine dickering over $500 on a $40,000 vehicle! To add insult to injury, I spoke with the salesman and he admitted he neglected to have us sign a form and advise us that we had to make the repair! So to sum it up we are out of pocket $500 because our salesperson didn't do his job. We are now looking to purchase a another vehicle - would I go back to Gorrud's Auto - NO! Would I recommend them to my friends? NO! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

My girl friend really had her heart set on a Corolla Sport in this hard to get purple. I found the car on Autotrader at this place and was skeptical at first. Once I get here I find out they have a Toyota Dealership and Safety the vehicle to Toyota standards. Our salesman Berke was extremely patient with us and wasn't pushy at all! Moiz had all the info on financing and warranties and made us feel comfortable with the whole purchase and gave us a great payment plan.

We searched for a used SUV for my daughter for a long time. A really long time. We wanted a top notch vehicle, in great condition for a great deal on price that met all my daughters specifications and mine on quality and price. (doesn't everyone?) Gorruds was extremely patient with us and understood our needs and wants. After looking at a specific vehicle and researching it carefully, Gorruds suggested a different make and model to check out side by side with the one we were looking at that we might like even more. There was absolutely no pressure. We drove both, visited several times, drove them again, checked them out thoroughly, researched some more and asked a million questions before making a final decision. We are VERY happy with the result and definitely got the best bang for our buck. Other dealers found our difficulties with choice and indecision frustrating and we knew it. They also tried to steer us into vehicles we didn't want. Gorruds staff was so patient and understanding particularly knowing that my daughter had saved for a very long time, this was a big decision and she wasn't going to settle on any of her desired options and I wasn't going to settle on my specifications of quality and value either. We first met Berke Sengel who showed us the cars and answered our initial questions. Then we met Brad Gorman who was terrific answering many more questions and being extremely patient with us, but it was Chris Kalogianis who really understood where I was coming from and sealed the deal. I feel absolutely secure that even tho it took us a long time to find the RIGHT vehicle, that we did. We will definitely be coming back to Gorruds for all our familys needs in the future and now that Chris is working on the service end of the business, we will be bringing all our vehicles for service. I think Gorrud auto has been in Milton from long period of time and they are use to strong arming and pressuring thier customers to buy cars from them at high price point. I think the owner of the place should know that Milton community has changed and now they will not be forced to buy the vehicles at high price. Today, the manager on duty, "unprofessional guy” got upset over something he didn't understand and started yelling canceled the whole deal because he didnt have patience to answer the questions and concerns I had.
Once again that's because, I believe that in the past they have been successful in pressuring customers but not anymore.

I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic from Gorrud's with the help of Jason. I had a great experience here because my opinions and preferences were heard. Jason went out of his way to find me the exact car I wanted at a fair price. No pushy sales tactics. I've had my Sonic for a week now and am really enjoying it! I would recommend Gorrud's for buying trustworthy used cars and great service.

Pros

Cons
The only thing why I gave 3 star was that I didn’t liked the extended warranty which they added to my Vehicle that to just for 20k more and was not informed before billing. That made a huge difference in my vehicle pricing. It makes no sense in getting a extended warranty when you already have the manufacturer warranty on your car.

Extremely happy with this dealer. Jason was a great salesman and not pushy very polite, friendly and straight up about everything concerning my vehicle purchase. Never felt pressured by finance guys or salesman.

My experience with Jason at Gorrud's was amazing. He listen to what I wanted and provided cars that fit the description. In the end I picked a car that was not what I at first wanted but love after driving it a week. Jason handled with ease all the requirements and answered all my questions and I felt confident in my purchase.
Peter made sure I knew what the price with the extras added would be and handled all the business end making sure I was as confident with him as I was with Jason.
When I picked up my vehicle my car was clean, inspected and now I am waiting in confidence to bring my car into Gorrud's for service. A five star experience. A five star business. Wait to go Jason and Peter!

I purchased my 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Gorruds in January of 2018, I found the car online made an appointment for the next day. I communicated with my sales rep Mesut throughout the day I told them I was going to be late and they had no problem with that and kept the car on hold for me. Once I got there I was treated with the up most respect they really make you feel welcomed. I took the car for a test drive and bought it that day. Mesut was great! He took is time to explain everything to me. I picked up my car the following Monday. My car was making a weird sound after a week, I called Gourrds and I brought it in and fixed it no problem and at no cost to me because of their warranty. I also got the rim and tier protection warranty and it's really worth it. Today I called about a flat tire, they got me a new tier and recived a call within a few hours to let me know the tier was in and I was able to get it done today. Gorruds really go over the top for their customers. I highly recommend this place if you’re in need of a car, their prices are great and the people are great too! I will only go to them when I buy my cars and I recommend you guys do the same you won’t be disappointed.

It still looks like new & we haven't had one mechanical problem with it. I purchased a Chevy Equinox from Gorruds approximately 5 years ago. I did an in house lease to own. From the beginning of my time with Gorruds it has been an excellent experience. The salesman Steve Souza, unfortunately he is no longer with the company, was very patient with me and I test drove quite a few automobiles. I originally got a Hyundai Tuscon but after driving for a couple of days I realized it wasn't the automobile for me so took out a couple more vehicles and took the Equinox. Lucky for me they have a 30 day exchange policy Both vehicles were in excellent condition when I picked up. I had a 4 year lease and at the beginning all was well until I had a slip and fall accident and injured my knee and back and I had to go off work, I am a home health care nurse. Unfortunately it wasn't while I was working so had to go on disability which cut my monthly income by 2/3 and couldn't make the payments. I was very close to the end of my lease but also had the buyout to worry about. Andrew Gorman the President of Gorruds was extremely understanding and allowed me to make small monthly payments. It took me an extra year to pay it off. I am extremely grateful to him allowing me to do this as I was close to the end and didn't want to lose vehicle after putting so much into it. This is the forth car we have purchased from Gorrud's, and have been very pleased with each purchase! Staff is also very friendly, helpful and not pushy. They do try to upsell on the rust protection though.
