The receptionist, hygienist and dentist were all wonderful. Very friendly and efficient. They make booking a breeze too!

My recent visit to this dentist left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. It's clear that they have little interest in addressing patients' concerns and providing effective solutions.
Despite explaining my dental issue in detail, the dentist seemed disinterested and dismissive. They barely examined the problem area and didn't offer any meaningful insights. It was as if they were just going through the motions without any genuine intention of helping.
To make matters worse, the dentist didn't propose any treatment options or suggest further steps to address the problem. Their lack of initiative and disregard for my discomfort was both disappointing and concerning. I left the office feeling unheard and no closer to resolving my dental issue.
I had expected a professional to take my concerns seriously and provide expert guidance, but this experience was anything but that. This dentist's inability or unwillingness to offer any assistance is a clear reflection of their subpar patient care.
In conclusion, if you're seeking a dentist who will actively work to solve your dental problems and prioritize your well-being, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. This dentist's lack of action and indifference to patient concerns make them an unsuitable choice for anyone in need of proper dental care.

Hygienist was very polite and was nice to talk to. She answered all my questions in ways I could understand and further explained things when I was confused. Overall very good experience.

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dentist was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. I had a great experience and will be coming back regularly. One of the best!

My daughter had her first appointment with a new to her hygienist Marco, he is a funny happy smiley person and it's contagious. My kiddo hates the dental experience usually but Marco had her laughing and joking and she sat like a champ for him to clean her teeth and xray. Marco and the entire staff are amazing and friendly.

I have high sensitivity, too sensitive for the water tool, based on many previous experiences, yet Erin’s technical approach is so good that we started using it again, making cleaning faster and better.thank you Erin for your outstanding skills, the care you provide and for being able to build trust to the extend where I now « LOVE » the water tool!

Dr. Weaver is wonderful at taking time to explain things. I was apprehensive about a procedure but his demeanor has been kind and courteous each and every time making the visits better. The staff have all been wonderful and they always welcome me with a smile. As someone picky about dentists, this office has made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I’m a new patient of the clinic and must say that the two appts. I’ve had with them were great! Staff are welcoming, kind and friendly. They answered any questions or concerns I had.provided lots of information and offered to make a referral for me to get a second opinion which I appreciated. It feels like your walking into a small family run office were they take the time to connect with their patients.

This week I had a professional 2-hour whitening done by dental hygienist, Erin. She explained everything step by step, did not rush the procedure and was very careful to ensure I was comfortable with whatever she was about to do along the way. I found Erin to be very professional and knowledgeable. A great experience. Thank you!

A good experience even though it is going to the Dentist!

In full disclosure, this happened during lockdowns so it was a while ago, however I had a fairly bad experience here. I have incredibly bad anxiety disorders as well as sensitive gums and I require laughing gas in order to get through dentist appointments. One day when I arrived for a scheduled appointment, they informed me that they only have one laughing gas machine and they had booked someone else who needed laughing gas at the same time as me, despite it being known I needed it.

Long story short, although the staff asked if I could give up the laughing gas for the other person, I didn't actually have a choice as they bullied me into it. I tried to tell them that I really did need it, but they spoke over me, kept insisting I give it up, and even guilt tripped me. So I ended up having to go through the procedure (either a tooth removal or a root canal - can't remember which) without anything and of course I had a panic attack the whole time which was traumatic to say the least.

So if you need laughing gas or have any sort of anxiety that would apply to a dentist appointment, I'd personally suggest finding a dentist office that is better equipped
or that respects mental illness/the mentally ill more.

Always greeted with a smile and just love Marco. Always pleasant and I actually learn things.

Wonderful, friendly staff. In recent I have been to one Dentist in Bath, and 3 in Napanee. Dr. Weaver is the best. He actually listened and understood my concerns. Well it has been over a month now. I can't say enough; or have more gratitude for how I have been received and cared for in the office. BAILEY GRAHAM, DA 11 Treatment Co-ordinator, Dr. Weaver, and All Staff have been so Awesome! You guys go way above and beyond. Thank you for putting up with me; Listening to me, and changing my life:) If you want the best Mentors, I would try my best to get in this Office. Hey, I Got Smile:)

They do okay work when you can actually get ahold them to book an appointment. Oh and hopefully they actually tell you the right time to show up cause three time in a row they told me to show up an hour after they had actually scheduled the appointment so they could collect a 50 dollar cancelation fee. (I. E.telling me to come in at 12 but booking the appointment for 11) Honestly I wouldn't recommend unless you feel like getting scammed.

The manager at this clinic goes above and beyond for staff and her patients. The team effort today completely blew my mind.
