5 star to get a free large upgrade. Got the tiramisu milk tea and no coffee flavour. Maybe another drink is better

The milk tea at this place I went to was absolutely amazing! The flavors were on point! And the service was top-notch too! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to answer my questions and make sure I had a great experience. I can't recommend this milk tea shop enough for their fantastic drinks and awesome customer service!

I like the oolong milk tea and mango smoothie a lot. Mango coconut is good too! I don’t usually like mango but it’s so addicting from here

Worst boba tea taste! I have been to better boba and tea - I wouldn’t revisit- the ambiance is good - bit God they need to make it a bit cleaner. Had to think thrice on where to sit and guess what we did not sit. Save your money - drink at another location. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star rating.

Place might have been cute when it was new and clean. It's no longer such. Chairs look dirty, you can see the stains in the pink cushions.

Ordered a few drinks. Some were okay at best, 1 was Gotcha Milk tea because it was Monday special. Considering it's the basic/classic milk tea, there's no way to mess it up. But it was undrinkable, no tea taste, not even sweet, just heavy cream powder taste. Other locations' same tea did not have this same issue.

Came here and got a lychee tea with coconut jelly. They messed up my order but they made me a new drink. It tasted good!

Worst place and overpriced, was almost 9 dollars for a medium! I ordered the matcha latte, was so watered down with barely any matcha flavour, it got so grainy from the unmixed powder as you drink more, asked for a refund she said that this has happened before and she can’t do anything about that, got the brown sugar and tasted like left over tea from the night before, she offered to make them again and refused to refund us after asking politely.

The tea is super tasting and so many flavours. Definitely I will back to try more. Highly recommend.

I got the Monday special and it didn’t taste like anything, tasted simply like milk. The boba was nice and fresh though and the service was fine. Will not be returning because Coco is preferred over this place due to the flavour and taste of their drinks. Ambiance is pretty

Service was fast but the size for $7 is small. They dont ask whether you want tapioca in or not so you have to specifically tell them.

This place is super cute inside! And the owner was so nice. She explained unfamiliar menus, made recommendations and customized teas. Highly recommended! Prices are on the higher end compared to other tea shops.

Very good bubble tea, using pure natural tea. The taste of milk tea is the same as what I drank when I was a child. Every time I drink it, I feel at home.

Ordered 4 drinks. 3 of them were wrong. The high mountain tea became sun moon lake tea and for the other two drinks the 0% sugar/50% ice became 50% sugar/0% ice.

Asked the barista girl to properly brulee our creme and add extra sugar, but she refused. She seemed like she didn't want to work there.

Amazing bubble tea place! Staff are so friendly, they’ll tell you all about the drinks if you ask! The drinks are well priced, and the menu is exotic with lots of options to try. Definitely stop by if you’re around.

Cute new spot in west of Mississauga at this amazing new plaza that has so much fun food spots! I’ve never heard of Gotcha tea before so we came by to try but the first time they didn’t have any purple rice for the yogurt purple rice, and ran out of macchiato foam. We came late so I figured they ran out for the day. But we came by again for a second time and came on a Sunday afternoon, for them to say they don’t have any purple rice still and will probably be discontinuing this item. They also didn’t have any chocolate flavouring. We ended up ordering a coconut milk yogurt and a strawberry macchiato. They drinks aren’t bad! I think they just need some more time to get settled into the new location first maybe.

Made me wait longer than normal and pricey for the quantity. But that Mulberry soda with popping yogurt was ADDICTIVE! Unique flavor in a cool soda bottle!

Asked for 0% ice, and the picture says it all. I've tried many bubble tea places, but only here does 50% sugar taste like 0%.

Service was rude from start to finish, but I still tipped since it's a new business - caution: tip with cash AFTER you try your drink.

Maybe it was a bad day, so I'll revisit this review if I ever go there again and have a normal bubble tea experience.

Also don't be thrown off by reviewers commenting on how cute the place is. Yes it's instagrammable but don't let it cloud the quality of the beverage itself.

It’s different. Tea is strong so for kids you’ll need to get 250% sweeter also prices are a bit high. Flavors are just the usual nothing special

Ordered the Crème Brûlée boba tea and was disappointed. Tasted like it was just milk with some brown sugar syrup. Also the top wasn’t even a slight hard sugar coating, the pictures looked better than the actual end result. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Very nice and modern. Great service and nice place to hang out. They were nice enough to swap one of our flavors since it didn't taste as expected. Give it a try!

I do not recommend this place. Got the golden passion fruit green tea via Uber eats. I got it with 0% sugar. My drink was so sweet I couldn't even finish 1/4 of it because I felt I would get diabetes. It also seems like it's not made with real fruit, but extremely sweet fruit syrup. I also could not taste any hint of tea in my drink, nor passion fruit, just pure sugar. Terrible drink for an expensive price.

The boba tea has a weird fishy taste to it. I've had bubble tea from pretty much every place but I can't shake the weird taste here. It's also very expensive compared to other places
