GO HERE TO PRINT YOUR STUFF! Skip Staples and other shops. I am happy to give these guys 5 stars! I called on Wednesday morning at around 9am to place an order of 20 brochures and 2 posters. It was super last minute as I needed it done by 11/11: 30am for a same day event and I was almost sure they were going to tell me they couldn’t get it done in such a short time (as did Staples and other print shops). To my surprise and content they said that as soon as I sent the e transfer they could get the machine fired up and have it done by 11am. I was so happy they were able to prioritize this and put a rush on it for me. During the process they even called me to let me know that the first brochure came out a bit blurry and asked if I had a file with higher pixels to send in. As this was for a work event, it would have been terrible if the brochures were blurry so I was so grateful they cared enough to call before just printing them all. I’m sure some places would have just printed it and not cared after receiving the funds. Overall great customer service. The guy who seemed like the manager was also very friendly when I went for pick up and the posters and brochures looked amazing. They saved my day. They even waived a fee for a process change and decided to just do it without asking me to pay the additional fee, since I was in a rush. I also appreciated that I could simply place my order on the phone and email in what’s needed to print. For some places you have to place an order online and wait 12-24 hours. The option to place an order on the phone is so much more convenient and really speaks to their customer care as some people just aren’t comfortable placing orders online, it can be such a hastle!
