The system is just fabulous and very user friendly and has a lot more to offer than what I imagined when we signed up with them. Their staff are responsive and will check in to make sure that the solution is meeting our business needs. By using this tracking solution I have a better understanding of what is going on when our employees are taking our vehicles out to different job sites. The timecards are a great way to confirm if there are ever any issues with the hours. We have been able to identify more easily bad driving habits through the system and being able to bring them to the attention of the drivers. As a result, we are able to build better driving habits with our guys and using the system to create company policies with regards to the driving rules/alerts that we have setup.

We are really focused on customer satisfaction and the system lets us easily track where our drivers are so that we can provide our customers with updates when they ask where their delivery is. We use it to monitor driver behavior as well as for ELD for Hours of Service. Amanda and the team have been great.
