Grace Villa Nursing Home

Management is the most unpleasant, rude, and unsympathetic I have ever approached in life. They need to improve their culture; otherwise, those awesome employees will move on to better jobs.

As a resident here for the past year and a half I implore you Do Not Send your loved ones here! It has gone from a homey atmosphere to very unhappy unsafe environment environments

I actually went to this home as a support staff first time sent by an agency. Not only the charge nurses were making fun of me, the way I was wearing my PPE; but also rudely treated me while I was there, which was not even 10 minutes. In my mind, if you’re bullying and rudely treating your own support co-workers, I can’t possibly imagine how horribly they would treat my love one who is incapable to advocate for themselves. These LTC home residents have been through so much during this pandemic, the least, we could do for them, is treating them with dignity, respect and love.

This place is an absolute dump. My mother was housed here and died here. She died here from a serious staff infection that was missed by the staff here. The facility is understaffed, my wife witnessed and recorded many instances were people fell out of their wheelchairs or tripped and fell and no one was at the front desk to assist these people. Even when we called for help no one was there for them.
I can’t even recall how many times my mother sat in her wheelchair in soiled diapers because the staff ignored her requests to change her.
Please if you love your parents do not send them to this facility.

If I could, I would give no stars.my father was in this s###hole from 2002-2004 abused, underfed.twice management contacted then CCAC without POA consent stopping transfer to other ltc facility.they were not in compliance with regulations and MOH did not respond to family complaint.wouldn't condemn anyone to this place

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I do not have nothing nice to say, so I will not say anything at all.

Very impressed with 4 or 5 staff members I came in contact with. Very professional and curious.

Great BBQ's and extracurricular activities eg summer concerts, carnival for grandkids, petting zoo, country bands, ice cream truck.

Very friendly environment! Staff are very nice and helpful! Thank You everyone for the great work!
