I had my wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved at Style and Grace because it was recommended by multiple friends. I was very impressed even though I had to drive from Etobicoke. I had an initial consultation with Nadine, and she’s so knowledgeable about all the different types of stains. The dry cleaning and preservation service was excellent. I forgot to take in my veil and they said I can drop it off anytime. They were also so good at communicating, very responsive. The service wasn’t cheap, but you get what you paid for. Free delivery at the end of the process was excellent too.

This was my first time ever using a dry cleaning service and I was not disappointed! I got my church robe dry cleaned (one that was passed down to me) by Style and Grace and it came back in stellar condition. They provide wonderful service for a reasonable price.

I got my wedding dress cleaned a year after my wedding. I didn't think I'd be able to get all my stains, but style and grace cleaned my dress so well, it looks like it's never been worn! I found Style & Grace online and after doing some research about their reputation, I decided that this was the best place to take my daughters' wedding gowns (yes 2 gowns, married within 1 year of each other). I was not disappointed! I have never had service like that given by Nadine and her staff! Not only did she thoroughly explain the process for the cleaning and storage of the dresses, but she reviewed the dresses thoroughly in front of me to make sure we addressed any and all the cleaning issues that needed to be noted. I could not believe the level of technical knowledge of the cleaning process and the pride of both service and performance was clearly evident. It was as if she was preparing to clean her own wedding gown. And on top of all of that, the communication and rapport between Nadine and her clients is unbelievable. She addressed me by my first name as if we had been friends for years and it really feels like we have been. After several updates and reminders about the big day when I would be picking up the gowns, they were ready as promised. When I picked up the gowns, plus two other cultural wear pieces, I was equally impressed as I had been for the drop off. Everything was impeccably prepared for final delivery and the preservation boxes for the gowns were pristine. I had received pictures of the final "cleaned" dresses prior to my arrival which was really unexpected, but made perfect sense, since they were preserved in sealed boxes when I arrived. This was an added touch and very much appreciated.
Honestly, I really mean it, I have never had such great service. I would take any of my special clothing pieces to Nadine in a heartbeat! Thanks so much Nadine. A beautiful ending to the love stories and now gowns that can be viewed and perhaps used by my grandchildren in the years to come!

Style is Grace Cleaners absolutely blew me away from day one right up until I received my gown. During my consultation everything was explained to me in detail and what I should expect after the cleaning process. They went over each stain on my dress and veil and explained the procedure that would be used to safely remove the stains without causing any damage to my dress. During the cleaning process I was sent photos of before and after and the delivery was so easy. Once I received my dress it was preserved in a beautiful box and the staff made sure to return any ribbons or bags that my dress was previously in. So much detail was had in this whole process. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dress and the beautiful hand written card!

Style & Grace came highly recommended for the preservation of my second-generation silk wedding gown. I was nervous about finding a place to care for the delicate, older fabric. Very thorough explanation and examination of my daughter's bridal gown and my dress. Fair price for the extensive and high level expertise work that will be required to clean, restore and preserve the bridal gown. And also for my dress - very reasonable. Took my wedding dress here last week for cleaning and preservation. The consult exceeded my expectations and I knew I could trust them with my dress. She really took the time to examine my dress with me, going over all the areas that needed to be mended and cleaned. Wow what can I say, Nadine and her mother were just absolutely amazing when it came to my wedding dress. The amount of work and effort they put in truly showed and I was floored when I went to pick up my dress. It was absolutely spotless, after purchasing from The Brides Project second hand, and Nadine did not rush through the process at all. She explained everything that was done and gave us great advice for next steps with the dress. She also gave me a copy of the artistic drawing they made with their artist and a personalized note which I didn’t even find until after I unwrapped my dress, what a lovely surprise! You can absolutely trust them even with the most delicate of dresses, I highly recommend this beautiful family.

I wanted my dress to be cleaned and preserved in house and not have to worry about it getting damaged in transit etc. Grace Gown Care was one of the very few options that offered an in-house service. Grace and Nadine were excellent to deal with and I knew my dress would be treated with respect and handled with care. I was very happy with the end result and the cost was reasonable for the size and detail of my dress.
