Called a few days in advance to confirm we could be picked up at Pinehurst trailer park on a Saturday night and was told this was no issue and was quoted. Then the night of, call for a cab at 11: 30pm and was told "sorry we can't help you, you are outside our zone" incredibly disappointed in the customer service and mixed messages being given out. This leaves people in a very difficult position that is completely unnecessary if there was proper communication.
