Recently had our reception at Grand Empire. The hall exceeded our expectations as the venue for our wedding reception. Phyllis and her team went above and beyond to make our day truly magical. The elegant decor, impeccable service, and attention to detail left a lasting impression on our guests. The spacious and beautifully adorned hall provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. From the delicious cuisine to the flawless execution of our event, we couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend Grand Empire Banquet Hall for any special occasion; they helped make our wedding day a dream come true.

Very nice banquet hall. You are paying a premium for the place but everything is new and clean. Obviously there are issues with parking because of the shared parking lot but you can always book a room at the hotel nearby

Beautiful palace, looks very nice with right decorations. Just need better acoustics for music systems and faster wifi

We had my daughter's sweet 16 party here at the hall.
Everything was very smooth and well organized.
Felicia and Gurjeet were amazing at helping us make all the necessary arrangements.

Attended a wedding here! Beautiful venue, staff was great, place was very clean and it was a lovely night.the place is very easy to get to, and has multiple ways in and out which help with traffic buildup.

Amazing venue for large or small events! It's very well maintained, the hall and entry ways are grand and very picturesque! Washrooms are also squeaky clean! Decorations and DJ were great! Only issue was that the MC was occasionally losing the connectivity of his microphone!
Food may improve a bit. But, very impressive

Average maintenance of premises, chairs are narrow, washroom not properly kept, food is not good.

We had our son's wedding couple weeks back. Thanks to Gurjit and Phyllis for all their efforts. The ambience was great. Special mention about Phyllis.
She is a wonderful person to work with very accommodating and professional. You don't need a wedding planner because she. Does everything for you. The food was awesome too.
We all enjoyed ourselves and would be more than glad to refer our friends.

Grand Empire has the most amazing staff that is always willing to work with you to make your dream event come true. We just did 4 events back to back with them and each event went extremely smooth. Wait staff and bartenders were polite and timely with serving food and alcohol. The food was phenomenal and they work with your outside catering vendors to make sure the food is being served in an organized manner.
Management checks on you during each event to ensure that things are going okay which was important to my family and I since we had multiple back to back events. A big thank you to Phyllis and Gurjjt for their kind hospitality!
Grand Empire is located in a convenient location, close to 2-3 hotels which makes it a great place to host events with out of town guests.
Overall, my family and beloved guests loved our experience here and I would definitely recommend this venue to others!

We recently had our wedding reception at Grand Empire. We originally booked the venue for May 2021 but postponed to May 2022 because of covid. We worked with Phyllis, who was so accommodating and helpful! Phyllis and Gurjit moved our reception date with no added costs or issues. Phyllis was so helpful during the planning process, offering us vendor contacts and expert advice. She happily accommodated all of our asks and made suggestions to improve our event. Phyllis was so easy to get ahold of and acted as our event planner, communicating with our vendors on our behalf to ensure everything was in place for us. On the day of our event, Phyllis was present making sure the event ran smoothly and was constantly communicative with us throughout the evening to ensure we were happy with everything. Our event was a huge success! Everyone complimented the stunning venue and the delicious food! Highly recommend booking Grand Empire and working with Phyllis - she was truly a pleasure to work with and made the process of planning our reception much less stressful!

With all the changes and back and forth due to Covid I can say that their Manager Phyllis has been so accommodating and easy to work with! Went to a wedding last night & it was beautiful. The way the place was decorated, they’ve done an amazing job. The food was great, but a few of the glasses that was placed on the table were very dirty.

We had our wedding reception at Grand Empire this past weekend and couldnt be happier with our choice of venue! We worked closely with Gurjit and Phyllis. Phyllis was very easy to get a hold of by phone and email. She is very detail-oriented and worked to ensure that our entire vision of the night was taken care of. We had a dance performance with our friends and family and Phyllis allowed us to hold the practice at the hall the week before the reception! Gurjit was also very receptive and provided lots of tips and tricks. Both Gurjit and Phyllis were present on the night of our reception and worked all night to ensure everything went ahead smoothly and this really allowed us to be stress free! The hall itself is recently renovated throughout is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It appears modern and very clean! The in-house sound and lighting system is also spectacular! Hosted a birthday party in March at Grand Empire. Very impressed with the service, planning, and execution by the venue staff! Gurjit was very helpful and Phyllis went above and beyond in ensuring all details were communicated and carried out on the day of the event. Food tasted great and presentation of buffet was perfect.
