I had been looking for a vinyl plank floor for my bathroom Reno that looked and felt like large marble tiles. I finally found what I was looking for on the Grand Floors website. When I went to their showroom in Barrie I was not disappointed. All the people I met there were very helpful. I was told the flooring I selected was coming from California and would take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive. It arrived in 15 days. It is now installed and it is perfect! Thank you to Diana and the staff at Grand Floors. You are very knowledgeable and helpful and you have a an excellent range of beautiful, unique, quality products from which to choose! I am very happy with my shopping experience at Grand Floors!

This year we returned to Grand Floors for a third time. Over twenty years we have had a main floor carpet replacement and hardwood install, a return 20 years later to refinish and stain to a different tone, and this year to replace carpet and rebuild stairs and second floor luxury vinyl. Service and product quality, and coordination of several workers for different job parts was smoothly done and end product is the best. Highly recommend.

During our first visit we met Sue and she was very helpful. We were only looking for ideas to update our stairs. We visited our locations, but returned to Grand Floors to review our ideas with Robert, Both were very accommodating and no pressure. We purchased a home and had an issue with our original flooring supplier, last minute I was in need of 1200 square feet of luxury vinyl flooring. Robert was super helpful and went above and beyond to find flooring that matched our aesthetic, was in our price range and in stock so we did not have to postpone our installation. Sue was able to accommodate our requests regarding delivery/pickup and she was super friendly when we visited the store. The flooring we purchased from Grand Floors is high quality and looks absolutely fantastic!

Installation of our flooring was done efficiently and in a timely fashion. When some floor damage was incurred from a different type of renovation later, Grand Floors repaired the damage for us and it turned out perfectly. Our floor looks amazing! Highly recommend!

We have hired the Grand Floors to install an engineered hardwood floor in our new basement. Diana was our main contact point. We enjoyed working with her. She was very flexible and dilligent guiding us through the best installation conditions. Installation was done in two days and the results were great. We would recommend Grand Floor to our friends.

Professional, quality service. Provided suggestions to best mask highly damaged hardwood, as well as stain colour to get the different hardwoods throughout the house a very close colour match. Floors turned out elegant and beautiful.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Other patrons served before us, even though we walked in the door first (5 mins before). Even when she was finished with the others, she went to the counter on her phone and still ignored us. Robert was very helpful, but the experience was ruined from the start. She was dressed unprofessionally and her attitude was extremely rude. Treated like second class citizens. I guess our money was no good.

Grand flooring installed a new handrail and spindles in our home. We had a very mixed experience with our project. Sabastian did an amazing job and was very nice to work with. However I found the sales rep who handled our job to be unprofessional and really very disinterested. I did read the reviews for grand flooring and they were positive, so I moved forward with them. However if I had been a walk in to the show room and was dealing with this showroom person I would not have purchased the work we had done.
I would give sabastian five stars and thus a two star for customer service. Disappointing experience.

Grand floors came in install laminate flooring in our condo. We were able to match the flooring that the previous owners had installed. The quality of work, the staff and sales reps and Delivery persons were amazing to deal with. The quality of the installations was so precise. After completing the installation, it was as if they weren’t there. They cleaned up and left our home cleaner than before they came. They removed all of the carpets, underlay and nailed boarders with them. Thank you to all the team for doing a great job. Doreen and John Brassard.

We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isn't easy when you can't be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. We did all of the selections over the phone, emails and text. The team was very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeline, service and price. The team at Grand Floors were professional, detail orientated, knowledgeable and accommodating. We had the oak hardwood floors and stairs in our 1955 sidesplit sanded and stained. Diana and her team were there every step of the way and made the process enjoyable. Nelson did an amazing job and everything looks brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. They have a wide variety of products with very friendly staff.
I also am having them install my 3/4 inche hardwood floor and the quoted a very reasonable price and they seemed very knowledgeable about the product and how to make it work for them.

Edit: Jose was my installer and did a fantastic job. I would happily hire Jose and Grand Floor to do any future floor installation.

Diana and the team at Grand Floors were very helpful and knowledgable in helping us pick a vinyl plank floor for one of our basement apartments. They also were prompt in returning emails and phone calls and went out of their way to ensure timely delivery.

We shopped around for a contractor to cap our stairs, replace railing and spindles and install hardwood on the upper landing. Gregory's professionalism on our initial meeting and when quoting sold us. We couldn't be happier! Diana worked her magic to make sure their schedule met ours, and was always responsive with emails and phone calls. Maria did a fantastic job matching the stair and railing stain to the hardwood. Anton and Victoria were meticulous when installing. It's been 7 weeks and we still can't stop admiring the work. We won't be shopping around for our next project, we'll call Gregory and only Gregory.
