Grand Genesis Medical and Walk-in Clinic

Dr. Jinoos Jianfar is very kind and accommodating. She is my wife and daughter’s family doctor and we highly recommend her services!

I went to the clinic for an injured shoulder on Friday, Nov 24,2023. All employees were well-behaved and behaved and polite. When I went to Dr. Ahangari's visiting room, her assistant, was asking me questions for preparation and was working on her cellphone at the same time, and she seemed to be upset because she was not paying attention to my words. I repeated the story several times, and when the assistant was writing the text for Dr. Ahangari, I saw that she was writing the information wrongly, I was in severe pain, I asked her to meet the doctor, and she deleted all the writings.she left the room and slammed the door. After waiting for a long time, Dr. Ahangari came, without even allowing me to speak, she told me that she would write an ultrasound for me, but follow up with your own doctor (don't see me), in addition to the severe pain, I felt very bad. Because of the doctor's behavior, she gave me a bad attitude, and I felt sorry that she acted unprofessionally as a doctor instead of asking the patient questions. I know my right as a patient, and I respect all the health care departments in Canada. I appreciate their efforts, but I am disappointed with this clinic when I'm coming walking or in an emergency.

I'm sick and I know it. But it sounds like this place would be a waste of my time. I will be looking for another walk in to go to.

Nasi Shams is from the staff of the clinic and I am very grateful to her for good management in the office and for understanding the patient very well and doing exactly what is right. I hope all clinics have someone like Nasi. Thank you Nasi & Thank you Dr. Ahangari

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dr. Shirin Ahangari is extremely unprofessional and does not respect your time. I have been visited by her several times and mentioned several different issues, yet she couldn’t help me in any way and the medications she prescribed had severe side effects. The staff are very rude too! They make you sit for hours and are impatient. WORST CLINIC!

Besides the extraordinary skill and knowledge on both ordinary and complex cases, there couldn’t be more kind and respectful experiences than found in this office.

Doctors like to get more respect from society but when it come to respect other some Doctor, like Arash Vaez-zadeh forget who they are and allow themselves to disrespect patients, just look at your reviews, howmany people complain about rude staff and Doctors in this office, time to change or close, enough is enough.

Dr. Marinosyan is a true professional and has always treated my family with such care. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great physician. Petya at the reception is always friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Brought my mom in a wheel chair for walk-in. "we have no time" they said with only 1 person sitting there waiting. Really couldn't put aside 5 mins for a senior in a wheel chair.

I'm a patient of Dr. Nourin in this clinic. I highly recommend him because he really pays attention to the patient and follows up and tries to calm the patient. By the way, the clinic is very clean and well-equipped and it's in a good location with easy access.

Very rude and unprofessional staff.the doctor is rude too! Doctor Shirin Ahangary has no respect for your time and expects you to respect her time.once I got into the doctors office, the receptionist told me that there are 8 people in front of me, and I should count each one for about 20 minutes.even though I had an appointment I should have waited for 2 hours.when you tell them that this is unprofessional they shake their head and say this is how we do it in this office.they never pick up the phone or check their voicemails. I can assure you that they pay no respect for you or your health nor your TIME.
I wish there was a 0 on here so I could give them no stars.

Worst experience with the receptionist, very rude & unprofessional, we won’t be back again.

We had the worst experience here, not once, not twice, but every single time we visited this place, mostly because of the receptionist’s unprofessional manner, and also due to lack of organization overall. Despite poor past experiences, we decided to go back and give this place another try just to support Grand Genesis in our way, but apparently they don’t care about the experience their patients have at this centre. Such a pity! On my past visits there I’ve also seen other people being unhappy because of how they’ve been treated by the receptionists and the overall experience…

The office location is perfect for anyone living near the centre of York. I have been to this doctors office for many years and have experienced quality care.

Hellen one of this centre secretary is one of the most impolite and unprofessional one that i have ever seen, doctors reputations will be affected with their office staff behaviors, not only she doesn't help, the doesn't listen just repeat her incorrect idea, no supervision and very messy office, don't recommend them at all

No response on calls, voicemails and emails. Worst Admin I've ever seen in medical clinic.

Dr Azad is extremely rude and has no respect for walk-in patients if you are not their clinic’patient.
I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL
