Grand Motel

I called in advance to ensure a room would be available. Upon arrival shortly after midnight I had to buzz the front door only to have the 'attendant' say that they were fully booked and was upset that I woke them up. He ended up coming out of one of the rooms extremely high on something and partially choking just trying to breath. We got shown to our first room, fully infested with cockroaches EVERYWHERE, filthy place, you could hear neighboring units complaining about their bad batch of drugs. We left immediately to find my truck being looked at by 2 guys who just previously robbed another addicts unit. We were shown another room and 3 cockroaches scattered out before I had the door fully opened. Any good reviews about this place are either fake or paid for. Almost forgot, there were also blood stains on the bed comforter and adjacent table. I still feel gross just writing this review.

Just check in and the guy on front is so rude and he even don’t no how to deal a customer the room has no lock and have two beds but both were dirty lots of bugs coffee on bed and floor I don’t even recommend to stay for free at this place and owners should read the reviews and plz change your receptionist his need rest not job
I just check in and went in room just after 5 min i put the key in letter box and just came back I didn’t talk about return because I don’t want to talk with that mental person

Smelly room, broken furniture, lights not working, paper thin walls and bed bugs. I checked out next morning. I've stayed in Bed and breakfast in the Arctic better than this place.this was Canada’s Bates Motel

It's not good, but it's cheap and there were no bugs. Very bare-bones, but you have everything you really need just for an overnight. The shower was surprisingly clean. There are nicotine stains and cigarette burns here and there. The weirdest part was that the heat kept coming on, in the middle of the summer, and there was no thermostat or even an openable window in the room. Regardless, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were fantastic! I don't want to discredit the staff. The rooms were clean enough and didn't have bugs. For some reason the heat was on in August and the rooms do not have temperature control. The wifi did not work and the tv also did not work. There was also an odd light coming from the floor vents.

It was the cheapest motel I could find. It showed.
Passable, but only for somewhere to sleep.

This hotel is Okay, my room had a microwave and mini fridge shower with bath and decent granite counter top, friendly staff willing to help out, but with such a cheap price you there are downsides, mainly very dirty walls, and ceiling of the bathroom is starting to peele, and a very stiff bed, they have what looks to be an up to date camera system, overall a good place if you’re on a tight budget, but I’m definitely booking ahead to a hotel with nicer bed next time

If you just looking for a place to rest you head all I can say is it has a pillow. Other then that don't expect to much

If your looking for some where fast, for few hrs to sleep & it was late for us, being so tired we grabbed this one the stay was just to shower & sleep? ️

There is NOTHING Grand about this motel! It's the worst motel i have ever stayed in, in my life! Nicotine stains all over the walls, ceiling, door handles, etc. Things held together by black duct tape. One electrical outlet worked. You had to stand outside in the parking lot to get the "free Wi-Fi". I'm actually embarrassed for the owner! This place is disgraceful! Avoid at ALL cost!

The tv kept losing it's sound and had to unplug every 2 minutes and the plugs kept falling out of the socket. Very frustrating. Will never use this motel again
