I went in person to submit my resume for jobs. NO RESPONSE FOR 3 WEEKS.
I called in for an update, the lady on the phone said we only accept applications online even if you submitted in person you are not in our system.
(which took me around 20 mins there to fill the application in person with all my details and preferences)
I submitted it online sent the resume through email as well. And got a reply “received”.
It’s been over a month I haven’t received any response from them for any jobs!
Please Don’t go there and waste your time.
They have a huge board in front of their office saying “ Now Hiring” which is totally untrue!

They might only be giving offers to their friends and family!

Poor company!

Great experience with Grand River Personnel. I was at a loss of a job during the beginning of this pandemic however, within a week of first contacting Grand River they were able to find me an amazing full-time job although it began as a temporary position it grew into a permanent one.they were able to handle and correct anything wrong that I may have experience with ease and overall provide me with nothing short of a great experience and even better workplace opportunity. You get treated like a person, not a number. They are very understanding with circumstances individuals face, and they try very hard to place you in the right position / job that suits you and your abilities. I highly recommend them as they don't judge you or stop calling you if you decline a placement.

In dealing with this office there is a more prompt response for employment placements, and they are willing to tailor the job to what you can / can't do. They understand that it's pointless to jump blindly into any job for the sake of a paycheck if you might not last permanently. They would rather help you find a job you can physically do and end up getting hired full time instead of be hasty and quit the job. After all a bad referral also looks bad on them.

The "president" of the company seems to use your personal information to cover for his wife's unprofessionalism. Your PERSONAL information isn't secure here. My friend has shown me what they do to you. Know your rights and go to Liberty for work!

I had a great experience here with Leanne to find me a position. What sets this place and Leanne apart was as I was leaving after the first interview, Leanne made sure I had her business card and told me to contact her if the position wasn't right for me or I needed further accommodation. This made me feel like this company doesn't just want to cycle through a mass of temp workers but actually cared about the people's best interest.

Cold response over phone by an operator however amazed to see polite gesture from another team member who took an effort to connect with me further through LinkedIn, apologised for that response and took interest to assist in job hunt.thank you!

I dont recommend, not a good place to look for a job. They will just send you away. Better off getting welfare.

Best employers to deal with. Professional and cooperative employees (specially Ahelia). Never had a single issue during hiring process, payments or while leaving. I do advice all who are looking for a manufacturing jobs to visit this agency
