So much fun! Great employees that are very helpful. They made the experience very enjoyable!

Amazing experience everytime we've been there. If you're doing the longer route from Paris, must try the fresh water springs on the way, they are so cool and refreshing.
River water is clean mostly, mud looks muddy at several spots. Also, there can be bugs closer to the shore in some areas, so make sure that the area is clean before you decide to take a dip.

Overall positive experience. Things to watch out for.

The grand river rafting is inside grand river conservation park. Forget the Jennings road.

Your entrance fee to the provincial park is included with your rafting fee and if you wish to swim in the beautiful provincial outdoor pool you pay a mere $2.50 per person.a great surprise bonus!

We were surprised with some basic safety measures missing such as flimsy wobbling hand rail steps down to the water with a big drop that could be a problem for most older adults.

The students working seemed to be serious and somewhat disconnected and disinterested in their duties. One of the owners spoke and was knowledgeable yet not very practical with giving specifics on how to guage just where you were in the journey.

We expected staff to be coming along the journey in case of anyone needing assistance, but no.you are totally on your own whether you know what you are doing or not.they said the water was only 3 feet deep.that is incorrect. I checked several times an found at times it was 5 to 6 feet deep also.

There needs to be more markers on the way to indicate where you are on your journey so you can at least tell someone where you are in case of needing help. I only noticed one sign I happened to accidentally view since the floating tube I was using does spin around once In a while.

Overall it was a peaceful and fun activity that we were pleased we went on. Fortunately everything went well.

Well priced for what you get I felt. It was fun.

This was our fourth visit, first time on the 2 person yak rather than the turbo tubes. It was a cloudy day and chilly but ended up have a great time anyway! Looking forward to visiting next summer again.

Fantastic experience. Helpful staff and great service. They provide all the equipment. We did the five oaks yak and it was our first time. The river is pretty calm and not deep. Was a lovely day overall as we started at 930-10am before the sun was too harsh.

First off we were not told that if it was windy you had better be in really super shape.the first 2 km were horrible, the wind was pushing us backward against the current, and totally exhausted us so that we could not enjoy the rest of the trip. Be prepared to paddle the whole way. I was so disappointed thought this was going to be a drift down the river and relaxing, sure some paddling and it was not even close.

Such a lovely experience. We've tried group rafting twice. Amazing and so much fun. Good service, as well.

Very friendly staff, but explained everything quickly which was impossible to remember. Did not give out maps nor mentioned the maps of the river and points of interest. The tandem kayak was great and rafting down the river very enjoyable. The woman went on the bus to explain the bus rules like we were little kids. There were two picnic areas on the way and we watched for them carefully but did not see any. There were no signs to help us direct to the picnic areas along the river. The same woman mentioned chips they would give us discounts in the area stores but at the end of the rafting the same woman was there never mentioned or offered them again. For a person who did it first time it was not well organized. But the river was still beautiful.

The best lazy river I've done in Ontario. Bring your friends, bring your coworkers, bring your family. Lots of options, lots of fun!

The communication during booking was easy and clear. We rented two Kayaks, and they offered free shuttle. The staff was very friendly and easy going. He offered lots of information, and offered some training before we hit the water. If you want to have a nice rafting experience, this is your go to place.

Fantastic experience and amazing coordinators. Everyone is very helpful and the rafts are well kept.

This was so much fun, and with the right people and a sunny day, makes the experience that much better! Good times!
