Just purchased a trailer from these folks and couldn't be happier. The service as excellent, communication second to none. Quality of the trailer was better than the other 4 that we has looked at previously. I certainly recommend these folks if you are looking for a trailer.

I bought a trailer for a move from Ontario to Alberta. The purchase was easy and the trailer was ready very quickly, even with some extra add ons I purchased. I was very happy with the price and impressed with quality. The trailer towed perfectly and it was loaded up to the max.
I would recommend grand river trailers to anyone thinking of buying one. Allan is very knowledgeable and responsive to questions.

Showed up interested in purchasing a trailer 5 minutes before close on a Saturday and still got all the help I needed and questions answered. Emailed Sunday with a couple more questions and promptly got a response from the owner, just as helpful as the employee I dealt with on the Saturday. Purchased a 7x16 side load aluminum trailer Monday evening. Will recommend to anybody and everybody. Will definitely do business with grand river again if I ever need another trailer but probably won't have to with the build and quality of this one

I have been looking online for a trailer for a while. Came across GRTS and was impressed with the looks of their trailers and prices. Sent a message in the evening and Allen responded the next morning answering all my questions. We spoke on phone and due to his excellent customer service, bought a 6x10. The purchase was so painless- I picked up my trailer today. Allen was there to hook me up. He hooked it up to my hitch and he even greased the bearings more when I said I was taking it on a long haul. Thanks Allen for you exceptional customer service. This was my 3 rd brand new trailer, but the first buying on internet, sitting at home. Great service! Excellent quality. Bought a duel axle 7x16 with a 4 foot V nose enclosed. Best built trailer I found. Very solid heavy tubular aluminum construction. Very large trailer and only weighed 3300 pounds.

Recently purchased a 7*18+5ft Vee trailer from Allan. Fits three 137 inch track sleds very comfortably. With a few in reverse likely can fit 4. Really happy with my purchase. Tall ceilings, great hardware and tows like a dream, I ordered a couple weeks back and Allan answered his texts and phone every time I called with seemingly endless questions while I awaited delivery. Ordered a custom trailer from Allan in mid April. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about everything I wanted in a trailer. The trailer came in the exact time frame that was given to me.
He went above and beyond while I went to pick it up with lending me a hitch to get home as i had the wrong size. Impeccable customer service, id give more stars then 5 if it was an option.
