GRAND TAXI

I have never seen such a reliable taxi company in my life. People with a very sincere and clean principle.

I would’ve given this “company” zero stars if I could because I did a seven week coop using this cab service as (picked by my school) my rides and I have been late to literally all of my shifts because the cab would arrive at 12: 05pm when my scheduled pick up is at 11: 45am because I just end up feeling as if I would get there late again so just in case I’d like to at least get there sometime AROUND 11: 45am not right when my shift starts at 12pm. And then 5 o’clock hits, and I’m off I would have to always wait outside in the cold waiting for the taxi scheduled for 5: 05pm, the average time it’s picked me up is literally 5: 30pm. Anyways this cab service is a joke. All of their vans smell like cigarettes and they are always late. The lady that answers the calls always lies and says her usual script “they’re on the way, they’re on the way” always cuts me off and says that. Very hurtful and careless.

Lunatic driver almost sideswipes me changing lanes without looking, then goes ballistic, starts screaming, wildly gesturing and shadowing me *while there's a (terrified) passenger in his front seat*, continuing to honk and scream after I turned away up another street.

Would give a zero if I could.
1) van wouldn't have passed a safety test (windshield cracked, could hear ball joints and axles needed to be changed).
2) van was completely disgusting inside. Seats, floors etc were beyond dirty so clearly these vehicles are not vacuumed or disinfected.
3) driver had ZERO cash so made me pay debt which then charges you an extra $3 for surcharges. Never did he tell me had no cash so customer was forced to spend more than the fare.
I will never use this taxi service again, completely unacceptable.

Make sure you call in advance when the snow starts to fly due to increased number of calls. Well in advance.

I wish that the cars were cleaner inside regarding the individuals who drive their personal vehicles. Cigarette smoke is obnoxious also.

Best service, good people. I know as a woman who drinks I can arrive at home safe and sound. The treat their customers like family. I wouldn’t use any other business!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Emplyees extremely hostile, apparent owner “Bulent Malkaya” threatened me after saying his taxi was too expensive. Received over 15+ calls having him verbally abuse me, and tell me he was going to hurt me and fight me, he even tried coming to my house to attack me. DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE

Service was good and timely but omg.the van was so dirty and smelled awful. I understand that they are used and can't be spotless.but visible buildup of dirt on handles, stains on the roof and the odour were just off putting.

Recommend you just regularly give the inside a wipe with scented lysol

Get this! I've got these guys listed as Grand Taxi aka Death Ride in my contacts. That should be enough explanation. Yes, I did give them a chance - 4 occasions over the past 2 years.

The driver yesterday was telling me about how the vans need to be updated or whatever and as he's explaining the van shuts it's self off in the middle of the intersection 3 times in a row on the day after the snowstorm.could have caused a crash or two, wish something would be done about those van issues.

The drivers are so kind and caring, and are extremely punctual. Will continue to give GRAND TAXI my always
