Spent a lovely Tuesday night here and enjoyed a honey milk soak, mud scrub treatment and the salt cave. Perfection from start to finish and the staff there is so lovely. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place. Very clean and prompt service. Relaxing atmosphere. Massage therapists are wonderful.

I had a disappointing experience with the their service and their receptionist as well. They didn't provide the full service hours as promised, charged extra fees unnecessarily, and the billing process took up valuable time. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory encounter that left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with their services. Pathetic sevice and very unsatisfied experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently booked a massage therapy session with this establishment, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did they fail to provide the full duration of the session I paid for, but they also charged me unnecessarily and wasted a significant amount of time during the billing process.

When I arrived for my appointment, I had high hopes for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, those hopes were dashed when the therapist ended the session well before the agreed-upon time. To make matters worse, when I raised the concern, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude.

Furthermore, the billing process turned out to be a complete nightmare. Instead of efficiently handling the payment, I was kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. I have informed them about my insurt ahead of time and they didn't even put those in my files. It's astonishing how they managed to waste so much time on something that should have been straightforward.

To sum it up, my experience with this massage therapy service was beyond disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer satisfaction, and apparent focus on charging customers unjustly is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before parting with their hard-earned money.

I 100% regret buying a gift card for my husband from here. He has a job that is hard on him so I got him a gift card for a massage for his birthday. After 6mths he still hadn't gotten around to booking it so I did for him. Closet appt for his availability was 2 months later. Sure. He goes to the appointment and they have no clue what he's talking about and book him another 2 months down the road!
Day of the appointment he had a work emergency and was not able to make it so I call. The lady I spoke to said he would have to pay half the amount for the missed appointment. (Although nothing was offered to him for when they made their mistake and wasted his time.) And to call back with a credit card. When I said I regret even getting him this gift card she ever so sweetly responded with "oh a gift card, well you can just call with the last 5 numbers of that instead" well Geez thanks! Needless to say this hasn't been a good experience and I definitely can't see myself recommending them to anyone.

I loved getting my reiki done by Sara! She is super sweet and you can totally feel her healing energy working through you. Will definitely keep coming back again:)

Had a fantastic time, they really help you relax and treat you so nice.

The soaks were amazing, never seen this offered at other spas and tub fit my taller body with room to spare

Booked a session in the salt cave and sauna for my sister’s birthday. The front desk staff were pleasant and offered us refreshments while we waited. We commented that we had never done the sauna experience and had no idea what to expect or how to prepare (some details in the email would have been helpful). They mentioned we would get robes for the sauna. We did the salt cave first after which we were escorted to the sauna and told how to operate it. We did not receive robes before or after our session nor were we told that a shower was available to us (which would be nice after sweating so much in the sauna). This was an incomplete experience. I mentioned it to the front desk staff when I paid but they were more concerned with who helped us rather than apologizing. Better customer service when a customer addresses a concern and clarity on services and what to expect prior would go a long way to improving this otherwise pleasant spa.

This place was amazing, friendly peaceful spa and I had such a great time. They also took the time to answer any questions I had. ️

Tried to email to book massage appointment. Asked if there was availability for a specific day and response was “no sorry. ” Was not provided with any alternate dates. Very clear they are not interested in my business so I’ll go elsewhere.

The massage itself was fantastic. 5/5 experience with Miss Law.

The unfortunate part was reception. From when I first came in they didn't ask if I had been there before, it was my first time so I would've liked an idea of what the rest of the spa had to offer. I wasn't offered a refreshment or even told where they were while I waited for my appointment.

After the massage, I wasn't even asked if I wished to book a future appointment. Just paid and they told me to have a nice day. Not a good first impression from a business but atleast the massage experience was excellent.

I recently went for a mani/pedi and massage package. The massage was nice, nothing distinctly notable good or bad. The RMT was nice and I appreciated the offer of chit chat or quiet.
What is of note is that the benches used for the pedicure seating are incredibly uncomfortable. The seat itself is too narrow and the back rest is 100% vertical. I mentioned it to the staff and they agreed and said the facility was aware as it's a common complaint. The pedicure itself was great but I won't go back and voluntarily sit on that seat again.
Something strange happened with my shellac manicure and it started peeling off in sheets within hours. The service desk was wonderful and booked me in for a redo almost immediately. The second one is definitely not peeling but still isn't perfect. The polish lines are uneven and there are odd variations in shellac height. I have had better quality (especially for the steep price tag) and won't return for this service either.

My friend and I booked a massage followed by a pedicure. We both packed a small bag so that we could shower and change after our treatments for a ladies lunch. The massage was nice, but the room was a bit too bright for it to be relaxing. The pedicure was very good. The space has a Nordic decor which is quite beautiful. However, I think it is more of a multi space that offers services and not a spa. Usually when you book treatments at a spa you are offered complementary use of pools or steam rooms. When I inquired I was told that all services are an additional price and must have a reservation. I was tempted to try the beer bath but there are no shower facilities or actual change rooms. Instead you must use one of the two bathrooms. Sadly not the spa experience we were looking for.

My mom and I went and we did the salt cave and soak for two.

The soak was lovely! I had the harmony soak and my mom got the beer soak. The water temperature was great, the tub fit me just perfectly (I'm 5'5 - 165cm), there were various colours of rose petals, and it smells amazing! It's about a 25 minute soak.

The salt cave was interesting. Halotherapy is great for detoxing and preventing infections. We did 45 minutes. The chairs are reclining patio chairs. I don't recommend it if you have dry skin or dry air ways (nose and/or throat). After 45 minutes, my nose was quite uncomfortable. I think the salt cave would be better to do in the summer as it's 18c in there and can get quite chilly. But they do give you blankets and all the complimentary coffee, tea, apple cider, and cold drinks you could want.

They also have beer, wine, and I believe a few cocktails that you can purchase to drink at the spa. They also have a few snacks and knick knacks such as candles, honey, and lip balm you can purchase.

Overall a nice spa experience!

Best part of my month is going to see my Osteopath Victoria here. Definitely a quiet relaxing place, all staff are great

We got the Salt Cave spa as a gift. It was great. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Check before going since masks are still required (as of June 1/22)

Would give it zero if possible. Front staff very rude. They made a mistake with my booking then had to re book. I was 30 minutes from going to my appointment. I called to verify the time as I have the booking in an email. I get told that there is no booking for me. So they rebook me for the next day. With in 5 seconds I get a text telling me policy is 50 % charge if I cancel late or 100% charge if I miss appointment. I have no problem with this policy. I call back and ask what discount do I get for there mist appointment booking. I rudely get told it is human error and that I will get nothing. I ask if this is fair. They say they do not care it is company policy. Because I ask a direct question about policy they tell me to calm down or they will not talk to me and hang up. So I tell them I do not want to do business with a company like this. I seem to be now blocked from all emails and phone calls. This is not a professional attitude to have towards your customers.

My husband and I were gifted the soak bath and salt cave experience for two at Grand Wellness. Bathing in a cedar tub full of beer while sipping on a variety of options of beer, wine and cider was absolutely a great experience. From the first moment we arrived at the spa - the staff welcoming was friendly, to our awaiting private room - the prepared bath setups were absolutely beautiful with the aroma of fresh picked roses and earthy teas, and then the soak bath experience itself - absolutely relaxing and calming! Topping off the remaining experience, the salt cave was quite relaxing which I did catch myself snoozing away for a few mins. Would we come back? - Absolutely but this time, we would both add on massages prior to the bath.

Loved this wellness centre! Was instantly relaxed when I walked in. Loved that they serve alcohol, a nice touch! The salt cave and soak are two things I'd highly recommend! Definitely will be visiting again!

Booked a spa day for my birthday, what a great experience! Clean establishment+friendly staff. I got the infrared sauna to start followed by a beer bath soak then salt cave which I napped in + a pedicure. The ladies here are awesome and very welcoming. I will deff be coming back here. 100% recommended:)

Went for the 1st time and the soak was so relaxing. The salt cave was amazing, opens your lungs up

I participated in a yoga class and a salt cave session. It is a beautiful building, historical I believe from the 1800s with exposed brick, beautiful wood and just good vibes. The yoga class was awesome, good energy, great instructor and the room was inviting. The massages were fully booked but would definitely try it if I'm out that way in the future.

My daughter and I not happy with eyebrows, too much taken off and so thin, won’t be going back!

I went in for a lash lift and tent I wasn’t happy with the results my lashes looked no different from when I went in. I was left with glue on my eyelids in clumps of dye in my eyelashes, that I had to pick out. For $90 I was definitely expecting a better more drastic results than what I got, this is some thing I only do a couple times a year for special occasions to treat myself. I was not impressed and would not come back and get this treatment or recommend it to anyone.

It's quite ironic that I've lived in this neibourhood for the past 5-6 years and have not noticed there's such a building here!

If I put "line cook", "drummer", and "computer network student" together, and tell you find the similarity, you would only find "tensed up back" in common, and that's exactly what I am experiencing. And Grand Wellness solved the problem for me!

The service is fantasitc, the therapists are friendly, professional, and have a great sense of humour. I've been with them since the beginning of the year pretty much right before the COVID-19 became pandemic, and I've recently just got a massage again, and I just gotta say there's no way I'm going anywhere else for massage!

Beautiful spa with an array of different services to choose from. Just did the beer soak and had a great experience, so relaxing! Highly recommend grand wellness centre.

Was there for the first time yesterday and my experience was so wonderful,! I would definitely recommend going here and I am forsure going back, just what the body needed!

The staff and the atmosphere of this place is absolutely incredible everyone is very wonderful and accommodating I had the most amazing service and care that anyone could possibly receive Anna spa thank you ever so much for making my day so much brighter

Loved it! Staff was sweet and helpful.

Just one suggestion though, certain time slots for kids in the salt caves should be put in place. There was a young boy teasing his sister that was quite distracting.

Other than that, amazing! Will return.:)
