Good food. Great service. Lots of free parking if you're into an athletic club. This is the one lots of tennis, ice skating, squash and a pretty cool gym located in the mid middle of the city. Pretty easy to access. Most of the restaurants are under construction every two or three years which is a minor inconvenience, but it is what it is

I just participated in the Job Fair today and I am really positive to joining the Winning Team.

Definitely one of the best private recreational clubs in Toronto! The main club restaurant is being remodeled now. So we visited 1875 Sports Bar restaurant for lunch. Beautiful patio seating area. Good quality food and service. 1.5 years waiting list for membership! ️️️️️

Very nice facility. Friendly services from staff and teachers. However, elevators were slow and inconvenient.

Granite Club is prestigious. Very good facilities & restaurant serves good food.
It would be better if someone is to check if everyone at the courts are observing the rules.

This is a very high-end sports facility, the oldest and reputable one. The membership is very expensive but of course the athlete trained here are excellent and very competent too. The Place is huge ang beautiful located in the woody part of Bayview and Lawrence Avenue. The view is wonderful specially during autumn season. They have restaurant inside for the members to enjoy. They have indoor skating tennis and other sports.

It was an absolute pleasure working on this project and doing our part in Constructing History. We wanted to share some ‘before’ photos and give a brief summary.

As Toronto and the GTA continues to grow, so do some of its most premier clubs. The Granite Club is a good representation of that, as MGI Construction was hired by Graham Group Ltd, to assist in the extension of the existing club building. We were responsible for the interior demolition and abatement of the connecting parts of the existing building in addition to the excavation for the foundation that the extension rests upon.heavy civil services were also completed by MGI to develop the infrastructure that is necessary for all buildings.

I was invited for lunch here by a member. The building is very nice and has a 5 star hotel feel to it. We had lunch outdoors in the cabana (the main restaurant is currently being renovated). We got the Cobb salad and it was delicious and fairly priced. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive.

I had a walk around the facilities and it’s primarily a sports club with tennis courts, large indoor pool, skating rink, gym and lots of workout class spaces. There is a waitlist to become a member and membership fees are quite high.

It's okay. Don't really know what the rave is about. I've been here for many events. The staff is professional and the place is clean, but then again, the price tag for the membership should guarantee that this should be so. Not sure why everyone I meet needs to announce that they are Granite members like I'm supposed to be impressed with that. It's not what I would consider a high end exclusive club. For goodness sakes, it should have at least a Michelin Star restaurant the way people talk about it.

Today I saw a staff-member provide a tour to a couple of potential members. I overheard some of the things she said and I thought to myself, if only they knew how greatly they were being lied to by her! I have been a member since 1990. I remember things like the Sky-Light Lounge and swimming lessons where the instructor actually knew your name. This has changed entirely and I would not recommend an application for membership to anyone I know. The quality of the food is on the level of that which would be fed to a prisoner, delivered to you incompetently by staff who, over the past two years, have dropped water and salad dressing on my lap. The programs the club now offers treat you as a number (forgive the pun), and class instructors have told me in conversation that section managers could 'care less about the quality of the programs members go to so long as people are paying. ' It is nice to know that the staff they have hired have so much faith in the programs and their managers. The Granite Club is absolutely pathetic now and I will never, until I die, recommend that someone join this club. I await patiently a response to this review.
Edit: I have been in the Heritage Lounge today and several teenage members have worn baseball caps while inside. The first floor was always very formal but I suppose those kinds of rules no longer exist.

Amazing facilities, staff and great management that keeps their buildings clean, up to date on latest innovations and, most importantly, hygienic!

Would highly recommend. As a top brokerage in Canada We need a wonderful place to enjoy and refer people too. This is one of those places.

I visited the Granite club today to see how their membership is working, so I interacted with a rude lady in the front desk she almost destroyed my excitement about joking the club.

“Membership take 2.5 years”
Non member r not allowed to enter the property.she said.
I don’t know it was club policy or profiling.

Could never afford to be a member so was there only as a guest of a member. It's clearly done often enough so the staff at the welcome desk didn't have a problem with me. Once they knew why I was there they made me feel very welcome. They have different levels of membership so joining isn't impossible, it would be interesting to try it for a while.

A cut above. Would highly recommend. As a top agent in Canada I need a wonderful place to enjoy and refer people too. This is one of those places.

The granite club is an amazing place that has all the things that u would need and extra things like a hair salon and a shop. But the only thing I don’t like about it is that it is very busy after school and on the weekends especially Saturday morning

My parents were here last night for a dinner and were sick all night because of it. I'll spare you the details but.dinner at the Granite Club, immediate upset stomache and you can do the rest of that math yourself.

Pros and cons but overall very positive experiences.

First of all, the staff (most of them at least) provide exceptional customer service, are friendly, and go way out of the way to help people.

The facilities are generally in exceptional condition (I especially love the swimming pools and was a fitness member for years).

Food has always been high quality (in both Intersections Snack Bar and the dining room.

Defs out of price range.and lots of add-ons to use various facilities. Very formal in some areas with strict rules (ie only white clothing on tennis courts), but that is OK.

I'm not a huge fan of the whole idea behind "section" memberships.believe all members should have unlimited access, but I suppose it keeps #s in place.

Also on that note I do believe the staff should be given an unlimited club membership too.

I was invited for a lunch meeting at the bar and bistro on the 1st floor. The parking attendant was very friendly and I was a guest of a club member.

Parked on B1 and apparently there are 6 levels of parking. The bathroom facilities were very clean, freshly stocked and had a vanity area for anyone looking to freshen up.

There were clean hand towels and a pleasant washroom attendant. Our lunch was delicious and I ordered the soup and tofu poke bowl.

I went here for an interview.i was surprised to see what a wonderful place it is.
There are restaurants, tennis courts and many more things. It is extremely well maintained and tidy. All the employees who work here are very welcoming and always smiling.
Five stars.
Recommend it.

My car broke down last night in the parking lot when I was here working an event. The front desk service and especially the parking attendants/managers were amazing and so helpful. I had to leave it there overnight, but they are helping me make sure that it gets to the dealership. I can't thank them enough for the kindness they showed me in a very stressful time - especially to someone who is not a member of the club.
