Gray's Florist prepared the florals for my recent local wedding in Dundas. They did a great job at executing my vision for the day! Since my engagement was 2 years long, I had Gray's prepare a trial bouquet for me at the 1 year mark for my engagement photo session - I would recommend doing this as it gave me a sense of what the florals would look like on the day of and also an opportunity to fine-tune my vision. Jessica was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Gray's Florist to future brides as well! Side note - I have also purchased arrangements from Gray's for other occasions i.e. Birthdays, Mother's Day, etc.and have been very happy with the results each time!

Disgusted by the owner of this flower shop. Was quoted one price and charge almost double for flowers that hadn’t and did not bloom. Took advantage of a grieving family and will never be forgotten. Not usually one to write a review but had too because I would NEVER recommend.

We ordered flowers for our wedding from Gray's Florist and couldn't have been happier with the entire process from initial consultation to the final product. Jessica listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to take our vision to the next level! We won't hesitate to recommend Gray's!

Jessica and her team was amazing to work with. They did the bouquets and boutonnières for my wedding and they came out amazing. I am so so happy with them, so happy in fact I’m preserving my bouquet! Any kind of florals I need I will 100% be going back. I added photos of my bouquet, and the photo does not do it justice. Thank you again!

Out of all the vendors for my wedding the experience with Gray’s was the most positive and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Jessica was so helpful and even was able to accommodate a special request for my culture to incorporate a Jai Mala. Amazing experience with them

What a lovely experience it was working with Gray's Florist for my wedding flowers. They did an exceptional job bringing our bouquet, boutonnière, and arch swag vision to life, and managed to keep our flowers in perfect condition on one of the hottest days of the summer!
We are truly grateful to them!

We did not have the best experience with our order. The arrangement was not as stated, the colour and flower type were not what we were told. For the amount that we paid it was extremely overpriced. I have order many bouquets from other florists and paid the same if not less for better service. There were maybe seven flowers in the whole arrangement, the rest was leaves, and there were actual open spaces in the bouquet not the full arrangements like posted online. I have saw some positive reviews, so we were hopeful, but this was not our experience.

***I will edit this in response even though it is your word against mine. The flowers (Cala Lillie’s were supposed to be purple, you said you had one sunflower left that was not included) and I did wait for you to call in response to resolve this issue, I gave it time and never heard. Rather than try to blame the customer a resolution would have been nice but that was not offered and a call was never returned my way. Regardless of this review it could have been returned. I’m sorry but I don’t feel this was a bouquet worth what was sent. There are two roses, two calla Lillie’s (not purple) and yeah maybe you as the business owner could have checked with the customer about the sunflowers. Don’t try to put this on me.

Popped in from out of town for a small birthday arrangement. Wasn't sure what we would find. Pleasantly surprised & delighted with selection. Beautiful arrangement & wonderful customer service. Will return again when in Dundas or order for delivery.

This review is in support if my grieving brother, and his children. He ordered funeral arrangements in honour of his Beloved wife and the Mother of his children. There was a consultation with an eye in regards to his expectations and standards. This was discussed thoroughly prior to the funeral.
The floral arrangements were beyond repulsive, quite embarrassing! When my brother expressed his disappointment, the employee offered no validation for his feelings at this vulnerable time, not an apology, nor a resolution. The customer service was beyond poor, it was a huge let down. A florist’s job is to convey feelings of sympathy, joy, or hope through flowers. They are to design florals to suit customer’s requirements.
Gray’s Florist should be ashamed of their actions. They re not acknowledging accountability for providing a poor product. In my opinion, there was a lack of professionalism, and this florist appeared unconcerned about customer satisfaction.
Under the Consumers Rights act, my brother is entitled to some compensation, whether it’s a store credit or another source of resolution. It is truly dada s sorrowful that through this tremendous loss of his wife he has to experience further stress due to Gray’s Florist lack of compassion and empathy.

We used Gray's Florist for our wedding and we could not have had a better experience. I did not have a super specific vision for the flowers other than a classic, elegant feel and general colour scheme and they way everything came together exceeded my expectations.

The experience working with Jessica was also very easy and pleasurable. She was prompt and responsive to my emails and questions leading up to the wedding day and was flexible with changes that I inquired about after a last minute decision to purchase an arch for our ceremony that I wanted to have decorated. We got so many compliments on the bouquets and arrangements at our ceremony and reception - everything was so beautiful it really made the day feel special!

I got a small arrangement for my mother here and not only was it beautiful, the staff were super helpful and friendly. I missed their closing time on the day I was supposed to pick it up and they made sure it was waiting for me outside so that I could still give it to my mother. I highly recommend this place, not just for their flowers (which are stellar), but also for their excellent customer service.

Met with these guys back in March of 2020. Probably the second worst experience of our wedding planning. We drove all the way out there, and honestly, the person who did the consultation made us feel like we weren’t worth the time. Absolutely zero interest, no creative ideas, just a straight up basic questionnaire (honestly, you could have emailed me and saved me the drive). After the consultation, we didn’t even receive a quote. Absolute wast of time, and gas.

We were so appreciative of the absolutely beautiful floral arrangement that you made for our close friend's funeral service on Saturday. I have used Gray's before and knew it was her favourite florist in Dundas. It was truly a work of art.

I went to Gray's for my wedding flowers and had no idea what I was looking for, except that I wanted the flowers to be simple and inexpensive and Gray's definitely delivered! It's been almost a week since we got married and the bouquets are in our home and still doing lovely. Anytime I've brought home a flower arrangement from a wedding they've last at most 3-4 days, these flowers are doing really well. These are the bridal bouquets too, and they took a lot of abuse.
Above all, they truly delivered on everything they said they would and were a dream to work with! I would highly recommend them. Thank you Gray's for making our wedding that much more beautiful and for all of your hard work.
