First, the food was pretty good. Value for your money.

I know it was 10 daysbefore Christmas, please hire more staff. Waiting for our food for nearly 2 hours is not acceptable. Especially at lunch time

Amazing place! They served one of the best Salmon I had in the last few months. At the end when they wanted us to swap tables to make room for a large group, they offered free drinks! Woohoo. Will visit again

Nice joint and they are only getting a low rating because of the way they treat delivery partners (Uber, doordasher, skipthedishes) a place where there is no parking asking drivers to walk around the block to get to there back door to be served

WOW what an impressive place! Authentic Italian cuisine and our server David could not have been better! The attention to detail, professionalism and overall sweet and kind attitude made my first time at Grazie unforgettable. He was SO attentive to our table and super funny. The pasta was delicious and being vegan I asked for no cheese and was delighted by how much flavour the pasta (Trapani) had still! Gorgeous chilli oil and balsamic with warm bread was served as a free starter, and we were able to stay for a couple of hours during our business lunch!
Absolutely loved it and will for sure be back!

Food is just so so. Service really bad. Not a place to take your time and enjoy your food. Restaurant has a weird smell.

I recently went to Italy and have been wanting to have amazing Italian food back home. I ordered the Tasca, I enjoyed the fresh pasta so much! It was a good portion and the sauce was tasty. Our waiter was friendly and helped to give us wine and dessert recommendations. Dessert was in house made coconut cream pie, so good! Will definitely come back to try the pizza.

Wonderful Experience! Walked in a Saturday night places was packed, soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by the owner and host and felt welcome! Waited about 10 min for a table, our server Derek was great! Very hospitable and down to earth. Food was also really good! His recommendations were great.

This place is OK but I honestly had a higher expectation. The food is good, don’t get me wrong, but I wish it was better. Nothing against the restaurant, I just feel the food fell short vs the fuss I hear about it.

Grazie seems a very popular restaurant. For weekday this restaurant was quite full and bustling. My first visit here and it was so wonderful that I would definitely recommend it and go back there again especially for the tiramisu, the pastas and the friendly staff. We had a very friendly team of Carlos and Lucas (not sure if I got the name right) who made sure we had a memorable experience.
All the food we ordered was perfect and well presented. The flavours were spot on.
This is obviously why this restaurant is bustling and busy.

Their food is just LOVE though the servers were super busy to kept us waiting for over 10 min to take our order. The Italian ice tea is also super.

We were in for lunch for 4 on a Sunday. Food was delicious and our waiter was awesome. I was super happy will be back in the future.

Good food. Loved the pizza. Somewhat different from other places. Brushetta was good too. Little expensive though but that's what you gotta pay for the place I guess.

We've been here twice, and we had such a good experience. Great pasta and pizza, and customer service! We ordered a pizza/flatbread which we didn't like because of the taste of the fish in it (the one besides the pasta on the picture), and asked them to change it for us, and they kindly brought the second pizza which was perfect!

Pasta was so fresh, the sauce was excellent. Dishes tasted better than I expected. Friendly server. Will definitely return.

Nothing special.pasta was good I can cook it at home, but I was not fond how the restaurant do not appeal the plate with the ingredients on the menu (tomatoes, olives whatever it says) it’s barely there and the taste.

The veal was cooked perfectly. Paste sauce was on the watery side. Creamer mix would have done well (mushroom pasta).

Salad was served where I have to cut my own pear and leafs. I don’t want that. I wish it was mentioned on the menu, else I can’t enjoy my food and waste time cutting the huge spinach and pear wholes.

Dessert was poor, Gelato and Tiramisu, better off with not ordering them. Service was friendly but I can skip the jokes the talking please. Go for the meat and cream based pasta here on 2*

I first came here a couple months ago and everything was great. This time? Not so much. It's so disappointing when you love a place and on your second visit everything tastes so 'bleh'.

Very yummy. And so reasonably priced! We came here for an early dinner on a Thursday and left suuuper satisfied. The pasta menu is HUGE so I would recommend looking at it beforehand or you’ll spend a half hour deciding what you want like us hahaha

We ordered the brie and mushroom bruschetta (scrumptious), the Avellino (the best), the Nico (really good), the Brunello (also good), and the Catrina (still good). I tried a bit of everything and loved it all. Will definitely be back!

Clean, spacious. Staff were very friendly and did check for vaccination status. Our server gave a good description of the wine my friend was looking to try and of the daily specials. Was around 20-30 min wait on a Friday evening. Lots of pasta and pizza options, digital menu. The pasta I ordered was the Basta (a spinach linguine with shrimp in cream sauce), it was a bit bland initially but got more flavor closer to the bottom, I probably wouldn't order it again but it was a good portion.

We had a great experience at this place. Their food is delicious and the customer service is amazing! We were really pressed for time on the day we visited as we had another appointment that we could not miss. We let them know that we were in a bit of a hurry, and they rushed our order to make sure our food was out soon and we kept our commitments; all that without any compromise done to the quality of food they serve. I would definitely recommend this place.

How WAS it? How IS it? ! This is, hands-down, one of the FINEST Italian spots in the city. Understated and unassuming yet hosting some of the most exquisite cuisine available. The Caesar salad will blow your mind. Remember to treat yourself every now and then and put Grazie on your list of "must tries". You will NOT be disappointed:) Preparation is everything and these fine men and women nail it.every.single.time. Wonderful staff and the ones you DON'T see will turn your world upside-down.

Wonderful experience, delicious food and attentive and skilled service this evening! During this difficult time of Covid, it's rare to find all three at one restaurant. It takes a strong team to deliver at this level of customer satisfaction.

Baked goat cheese salad with roasted peppers& grilled eggplant wrapped in phyllo pastry was a delicious surprise on a bed of arugula.

The Roberto pizza was yummy, with an abundance of mozzarella, prosciuttino, eggplant, artichoke hearts & black olives.

For me, the Nico pasta was the ultimate winner of the evening! Pappardelle with sauteed veal strips, sundried tomatoes, and mushrooms in a veal jus with a touch of cream. An abundance of flavor, tender veal, and perfectly cooked fresh pasta. I can't wait to return for another helping of this treat️

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in the city, taste great, portion sizes are generous and the inside of the restaurant was renovated with new furniture. Highly recommended.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews unless the service was really disappointing. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the staff. I’d like to specify that our bad experience was not really recent.

My husband and I had a great time here. The food was great and the service was outstanding and so kind. Our waiter Matthew ensured that we had a perfect dinner

The staffs are super nice and friendly we really enjoyed communicating with them.
The food is tasty and the prices are reasonable. I had mussels which the sauce was delicious but I felt shell between my tooth many times. We also had tasca that was insane. Loved that. Their homemade tiramisu is also delicious and it serves by scoops. They also have a really tasty coffee. Highly recommended and we will back soon

Update: We went back and we could not be more delighted with their complimentary bread as well, served slightly warm and yummy. Upon or request we were also brought an olive oil-vinegar dip.

Fun, lively location. We appreciated the food and the friendly service. The appetizer focaccia bread is huge, and the same could be actually said by all their plates. Great drinks. Wish the complimentary bread was served warm. The salty butter was a nice touch, but olive oil and salt would have worked even better

Neighbourhood favourite for years and it is easy to see why. A great vibe with good food, some nice wines and very fair prices makes this a goto any day of the week.

The food was outstanding. I heard it was good but the pappardelle pasta with veal I had was excellent. My group shared a pizza and and some Sila Salad and it was absolutely delicious. I have always wanted to go here and my only disappointment was I didn't go sooner. I can't wait to go back. Staff and service were also first class. Highly recommended.

YUM. Had pasta and wasn't disappointed. Table for 2 arrived for lunch on a Tuesday around noon. We were greeted and seated right away. We will be back.

This isn't necessarily a place you go for quality Italian. It serves a local high density neighbourhood. It survives no accounting for taste. However, my mother recently went with a friend. Both are over 80. Her friend ordered a single glass of house white. They charged her $32 for the glass. I checked, they sell bottles for 32 not glasses. My mom asked the server and was told that was the price.

What you need to know is that there are numerous seniors in the neighbourhood. If Grazie is willing to take advantage of seniors in the neighbourhood then that's their choice. However hopefully you will not support them for allowing this to happen

Good food, nice people. The acoustic is a little bad which makes the place too noisy. But other that that, really good. They have plenty of gluten free options and the flourslss cake is a-ma-zing

We ate (and drank) very well at Grazie! They are tasty, quick, have an excellent variety from lower prices to higher. The Tom Gore wine was exceptional. The service is always amazing! Thanks for the dinner experience, we will be back!

We ordered delivery through UberEats. The restaurant contacted the Uber driver to let him know the food was ready for pickup, so he arrived at Grazie and was given part of the order, then told to wait. He waited over 20 MINUTES until he finally gave up, and we felt he had every right to do so. We placed the order over an hour ago, and are now left without dinner. Our order? Two pasta dishes and an order of bruschetta. If Grazie is incapable of handling more than their in-house customers, they should not be offering delivery that they can't follow through on.
