Absolutely incredible service! I went in to get a necklace repaired and only realized after it was repaired, that I wanted to have it sized down. They were so accommodating and did exactly what I asked for. Every single staff member was not only helpful but so friendly and knowledgeable. If you need repair services, they’re able to do it right on the spot - at least for necklace repairs and soldering.

While my repairs were being done, I looked around for another necklace and their prices were very fair. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for repairs or even purchasing jewelry!

I have usually shopped at this place for some casual jewellery, though today when i went to buy a couple of items, one particular sales guy suggested that my 3 year old son clean the display window and he would bring him a cloth to do so. Never ever experienced this kind of service here.

My fiance wanted a custom wedding band. Visited the Whitby location and Alex helped us out. Alex clearly explained everything from the customization process, to the return on our deposit if we weren't happy. There was no pressure or rush to decide on the ring, and Alex stuck to our budget. We are so happy with how my fiance's wedding band turned out! It truly is one of a kind!

It’s my favourite store. Customer Service is unbelievable accommodating & amazing to work with.
