Drivers park in the middle of through traffic lanes on main streets (eg Queens Quay and York St) forcing residential traffic to have to go into oncoming lanes to just drive down the street.
No stopping traffic lanes are just parking lots for them until passengers get back from whatever they are seeing.

Just came back from Nashville. Our tour guide Brenda was so organized, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She made the trip so much fun. Bus driver Kevin was fabulous. Bus was always clean. We arrived on time everywhere. All the tours were great as was the hotels. Highly recommend.

Trip to Nashville in September 2023 was fantasic. The venues and hotels were great. Kevin the driver and Brenda the tour director were amazing. Trip was busy and so much FUN! You need to go!

Have enjoyed several trips with Great Canadian and never disappointed. Staff are wonderful to deal with. I love the no-fuss destinations! Great times.

A couple of us went on a day trip through great Canadian holidays to the casino in Niagara Falls for the day. The bus was clean and the driver was friendly. It’s nice to sit back and let someone else do the driving for a change.

Customers should be aware that if you don't pay for insurance for a 1 day trip you lose if you have to cancel. Of course, no one tells you that when you book it. My friends had to cancel for serious illness.illness

Just returned home from a three day getaway with Great Canadian to Pelee Island, including a stay at the Windsor Casino, a visit to Parks Blueberries, the ferry ride to Pelee Island, and of course, the sensational Rum Runners Tour. Every aspect of the tour, and every attraction was extremely well done; no details were missed. Cannot wait for our next excursion to Nashville in September! A very satisfying way to travel indeed.

Awesome company, professional drivers and tour directors who are always personable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Most also have a great sense of humour. I have taken at least 8 trips with Great Canadian (have now seen almost all of Canada!).
Truly memorable holidays, “Fabric of Canada” events are great.
No worries - no navigating, or hunting down decent hotels and restaurants, a truly stress-free vacation. Looking forward to my next trip!

Our Grade 12's hiked the incredible Bruce trails. Stan, our Great Canadian driver, started their trip off perfectly with his amazing sense of humor, his absolute care of every individual on his bus and his good conversation. He even shared family recipes. Thank you, Stan!

We had a fantastic trip! Bus driver was safe and knew the best places to park for easy access to our destinations. Our tour director was knowledgeable, fun and enthusiastic. Office staff were very helpful and answered all my questions.

This is the best way to go to Toronto to see the Blue Jays play. The coach was parked across the street from the gate we entered the ballpark. Such a stress-free day, looking forward to doing this tour again.

The driver was a lot of fun. Good quality bus. Wish it spent longer time at the falls or provided return with them next day option.

We had the greatest trip to Quebec City with Great Canadian! Personable, friendly guides and drivers; an excellent itinerary with lots of fun activities; just the right amount of time at every stop. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! We took a tour with Great Canadian to New York when there was a huge power failure. We're we ever glad to be traveling with a company that took care of us in all the confusion.

Booked with Roger he was very knowledgeable about the tour and insurance they offer. Great to deal with someone who knows the product they're selling.

Fingers crossed, that day trips will continue. Hopefully will be picked up at stated location. Will not be left behind

Went to two Blue Jay games at Rogers Centre this year on a Great Canadian Bus. Excellent Tour Director and Bus Driver on each trip. Everything that we had to do after we got off the bus was very clearly explained.
