Great Canadian Midway

Games are ok, my issue is with the customer service! My nephew won 150 tickets on a game and it only paid out 50 so I called over an attendant who handed me 4 tokens, I said I don’t want tokens I would like the tickets, he very rudely replied not my problem. The game was 2 tokens and I gave you 4, I only had to give you back 2, I suggested I just wanted the tickets we had won. And he shrugged his shoulders and rudely walked away. If you do go buy your tokens online it’s a better deal. The cashiers were super friendly and so were the prize attendants, it was just this one very unpleasant worker!

We have been to this arcade on 2 trips now and the kids absolutely love it! Buying the token deal online before you get there is awesome. You just have to go to the counter and have them spit out the tokens. The kids really like the duck games. We have over 100+! I think we may have a duck problem We definitely make this a stop every trip we come up and we go multiple times in each trip! It's an awesome arcade. This arcade definitely came in handy on our most recent trip (12/26-12/30) because it was rainy, foggy and miserable except for our last full day! The kids are already talking about trading in their ticket receipts when we come up again!

This is an amazing place to spend a few hours with the family. Almost all of the games were working, and while a few may jam occasionally, the attendants are quick to respond and fix them. They even compensated us for the lost coins that the machine ate. The bowling was super fun to try out. Highly recommended when in town. "

Come here all the time and used to work there, never fails to make a great night, if you wanna avoid the crowds go before 4pm, staff are so nice to customers, and Alex at redemption always leaves everyone smiling. Great place to go for fun, probably the most worth it attraction on the hill. Tech team is nice too, Always help with issues:) prizes are good price compared to retail too.

Our favourite spot on Clifton Hill! Always a blast. Great variety of games, staff are friendly and helpful! Tip: Buy tokens online to get a better deal.

Loved the place from last 5 years. Staff people are chill and nice and everything is well maintained. For playing games, we have to buy their coins which is universally accepted over all arcade games. Most games (not Air-hockey or Dance rev) gives you tickets in return depending on performance. With those tickets, you can get a gift like stuffy toys, pillow etc etc. Place has great vibe and I love it every time I visit.

Best arcade i went to. The games are nice and I won a 100 ticket jackpot while on the other hand my little brother hit 500 tickets. Well it was a fun experience.

Please keep the physical tokens and tickets for the arcade.the fact that the largest arcade in canada had the tokens is crazy, and would bee a good idea to keep the tokens for the arcade, as its more fun then digital tickets

Very Big, Fun Arcade for the entire family! They had so many games, and fun prizes. The arcade still uses Tokens and Tickets, which is much more fun than the electronic cards! Very Clean place, over 100 games to play and many prizes to win.

The games we played were fun, ok selection.

However a few games we tried were broken with no indication of being broken, and just took our tokens. Very crowded. Very dark. Personally I would not come back and thought it wasn't anything special compared to other arcades.

Such a fun arcade, I loved this place as a kid. When the machines are out of tickets, my experience is that they give you benefit of doubt and first refill the machines, afterwards they will give you your tokens back. I cannot remember if they gave me tickets as well. I would come back here.

When i was a kid in 2007, one of the games malfunctioned and vomited out so many tickets! Whatever came out they gave and it was alot! Good memories.it was like kid gambling haha

We almost always end up here when visiting Niagara falls. Easy to "bribe" the kiddos for a $20 game play. The games and toys are nothing special. The only thing this place has going for itself is the location.

It's fun to play games and rack up tickets. My favorite game is the monkey ball one. Despite how crowded it gets, it never feels cramped, which is a rare but fantastic feeling to have in a place like this. My only complaint is that a few of the games are broken. 5/5. Another one of those "you gotta see it for yourself" kind of places.

My 1 gripe is you cannot buy less then 10 tokens from the cashier. That is inconvenient to your customers who just want to play one game and don't have cash on them!

Great place to have fun for $20. My family loves going before walking by the falls for a cheap night out. A must go if in the falls

A good arcade place with lots of machines to choose from. Since it is located in a tourist area, expect the cost for playing the machines to be a bit expensive. Keep an eye to your kids when you're here since it's easy to lose sight of them with several people and machines scattered about.

Entrance is free so check out the machines you want to play before buying any tokens.

Kids loved it, was like a loud mini casino for kids. The prizes for your wins are so miserable but the kids were happy with 500 tickets for a whoopie cushion. All in all fun for anyone who loves arcades.

We are huge redemption arcade players, and this was a bit of a letdown. Sure, you can boast lots of games and floor space, but let's face facts. The money you spend to play the games isn't going to net you enough tickets to get more than a few trinkets at the counter. The games are set with super high jackpot scores that even we had trouble obtaining and they don't reduce like other arcades to become winnable. The ticket prices at the counter are also bordering on ludicrous when you take all the factors into consideration - just know that you are there for the "fun" and you'll be okay.

I tip my hat to Harry Oaks the visionary behind the entire midway side of the street. Enter a new world of fun and games, gokarting, mini golf, and a pleasant ferris wheel ride. The oaks family has contributed to not only tourists experience and memories, but to the Niagara city and economy at large.

Awful. Machines not working, technician never coming to fix it, every machine we tried had something wrong and ate tokens without letting us play or take the tokens back. Skip this arcade and go across the street, the Captain Jack’s Fun Center was much better!

Large indoor midway. 2 floors. Second floor is attached to Boston pizza. A few parking spots on the road out front but usually full. Parking lot is a few blocks walk. Technicians are great if you have an issue with a game. There are 3 midways in this area and I find this one to be the best. Grab the coupon in the Niagara falls flyers by the door for bonus tokens. Has a wide selection of games for all ages.

A place that will make you feel like a kid again. Have had loads of fun everytime we been here. To get the best value for your money, buy the tokens online. For $44 you get 160 tokens!

Stopped in here as a part of the fun pass. There's quite a bit of games and rides in this place to keep you busy for hours. Was impressed to see all the games in working order. Lots to pick from for younger or older groups. Check it out

Came to the arcade as part of our fun pass. Used a coupon to get extra coins (from one of the Niagara coupon books). Enjoyed playing games and staff was very helpful when we had a problem with a game (no tickets coming out/jammed).

We purchased the online token deal. 160 tokens. Kept the kids busy for quite a while. Prizes from tickets were great. Staff was very helpful

It was nice and fairly cheap but there are better places to visit. Great for having some fun with friends

Bowling lane 10 is broken and you knowingly sell games on it and act surprised and ask for a sales slip when you dont even print them. We called your fat woman employee out on that and she finally gave us our money back after a quite akward exchange. You need better lanes balls and employees. And incase anyone is wondering my phone wasstolen here less than a year ago and 90 percent of the cameras are fake or dont work.

Not a bad place. The best thing to do is to buy the tokens online and then retrieve the ticket at the skyway (the big ferris wheel), it is a 2 minute walk from it.

As a business owner myself, never in my life have I ever been so disrespected and yelled at by the game technician with the glasses at this establishment. I had put two tokens into a bowling game for my 3 yr old son to play and it didn't work. I had noticed the technician with the glasses as he was walking by my husband and son and I had said excuse me. But I thought he hadn't heard me the first time and again I said "excuse me" and he turns to me and yells, I heard you the first time ok? And he walks away. This is not how anyone should be treated and spoken down to and when he came back after a few minutes he was so rude while fixing the game in an a brisk and angry manner and started to walk away with giving me a rude look. Not a great experience for a child to see how patrons are treated poorly.

Such a fun spot to go. Great atmosphere, tons of fun games, good drinks and food. I prefer to go here to play some cheesy arcade games and have fun instead of wasting my money at the casino. Love going here

My brother and I spent a few hours here on a Sunday. The game selection was quite large and they have a lot of coin pushers which we both enjoy. Some of the games were broken and the prizes were incredibly hard to acquire if you want anything decent. That's pretty much expected though and overall we had a good experience.

Kids of all ages seem to really love this place. Nice to visit during the day to get some indoor fun. Loads of games and it seems like winning tickets is pretty easy. You need a load of tickets to get good prizes, but not a big deal since the tickets are just a bonus. You can purchase tokens with cash debit or credit.

This was a modern arcade that had a nice assortment of new and old games. I'd like to see them move over to electronic tickets for redemption, but that would lead to an end of oldschool tokens.

I would certainly suggest it as a family stop.

Always fun here.games are rotated periodically so theres new stuff fairly frequently which is great for visitors who are more local or come more often. Will be back again soon.
