Tried to have some pre-authorized service work done but was told no because we did not buy the trailer from them. At the time we could not due to supply. The reason given for not wanting to perform service is because Forest River "will not pay them". Makes no sense, they are an authorized dealer. Very disappointing lack of effort to service a possible future customer. We are no longer a possible future customer.

Awesome as usual, always there to help.customer service, sales ppl are the best also parts depth Rich and the contractors they hire to repair things etc Maurice for floors and upholstery and another guy Jason EXCELLENT.

Went in on busy day and anthony was super helpful outside and Victoria has been awesome thru the whole experience.

PS I was back today for parts for my hot water heater.pilot assembly. The attendant Rich was amazing. He took the time to remove a screw that was rusted solid into the unit u connecter. Thanks so much Rich! We had tried everything to do that! I am a happy camper.

We bought our East West Alta hear 2 years ago and the sales department was very helpful etc, but the service department has been consistently available and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Our few small items were addressed and Rich and his team always are happy to help.
