Will not be visiting this place ever again. Took my son for a haircut today and “Laura” was his hair dresser. First of all, she was using the trimmer way too fast, and not gently at all. And was done with his haircut in less than ten minutes! I paid and tipped only to come home and find bruises (scratches) on my son’s neck area and side of the head. I asked him and he said it stings and that she was cutting it too aggressively. I immediately called and spoke to Laura and she said yes my blade is too new and sharp. If that’s the case, don’t use it on children! She kept saying it’s a really good trimmer etc and I told her she should have been gentle. She said sorry and that was that. These scratches and bumps on my kids neck are still there 8 hours later. Needless to say, keep your kids away from this location.

Only worth it on coupon and really quick make it done in like 5-10 minutes bcz they don’t care about your style u have

Horrible experience, Please I beg you all don’t get your hair cut done at this shop. All old ladies have zero skill about haur cutting, they don’t hear properly, They all need hearing aid. They just use trimmer and trim the hair instead of fad which I wanted. This place might be good enough for old people but BIG NO for young people.

I don’t usually do review, but I thought that I gotta do this. Because I check in online and I don’t have to wait any of minutes. I just go in however it was all worth it.all the staff was good. Bella cut my hair and I gotta say she was pretty good, it was my first time at this place but she didn’t feel me uncomfortable, she gave me really nice hair cut.and she already know what to do with my hair.and Also she recommended me one of American crew matte clay for my hair i Would definitely recommend her.definitely I come here again. Due to some medical condition, I have a chest catheter and it was really hard for me to wash my hairs and ensure that my chest stays dry at home so I I have started coming to the salon for my weekly hair wash I am really impressed and happy with the service of Miss Bella and would like to say a big thank you to her. Keep doing the good work!

We got a haircut today, and the girl who cut my hair was unnecessarily rude she has curled hair. I had very long hair so was a little afraid when I showed her the picture she literally was saying don’t show the pictures with short hair if you don’t want one. Bro, I just wanted some opinion. So I would say, poor customer service.

I don’t like the way they provide services. Very quick and don’t care how looks like you hair cut. Just want to finish and make money.

We are most happy with my son’s haircut by Bella! She is so good with kids. He only wants to come to Greatclips. She cut my husband’s hair too and he was very satisfied as well. Wont hesitate to come here again

I have had very good experience getting my hair done from Bella at Great Clips. She is very good at her craft and very professional. My son also gets his hair done from Bella and is always very happy with the zig zag lines she does for him. The Great clips application is very good. Can queue up using the app from home and then don't have to sit waiting for too long. I would recommend this location for good hair cut. Thanks

It was just a beard trim, and it was on point! The ladies were tired but joking and laughing and engaging.

I went for Haircuts here and the lady was so much in a rush … I asked her to not cut my hair too short and she made so short …. And she was Rushing … I might not ever come here again … this is salon # 1148 and the receipt says Bella on it … not sure what her name was.visit time was 4: 34pm 08/02/2022.

Inspite of us confirming before getting an hair cut about the offer she refused to let us avail that advantage and gave us an additional coupon to use when we come next. Trust me I am not coming again and will let my friends know about the incident.

I am giving 0 star in fact, because of completely unprofessional behaviour of the stylist.
First, i booked in advance and was showing me 0 mins waiting but when i reached there there were almost 12 people in line before me. So, update your technical systems.
I got my hair cut within 5 mins literally and stylist has not done proper finishing. Stylist did not have customer centric behaviour at all and wanted to just get job done.
I was not there for getting the benefit of your special discounted price. Keep in mind.

I've been here twice and the experience has been great both times.

Bella was amazing with my son when giving him a haircut. He was moving around a lot but she was able to work with him.

She also gave me great haircuts both times.

They keep jacking up the prices. I come here because my haircut takes only 5 minutes due to little hair. I have to pay as much as a guy who spends 20 minutes in the chair? Nope.

The stylists here just RUSH their work. The stylist we went to was not very approachable or patient with my 6-year old son. Haircut itself was blotchy. Stylist didn't seem to take well to my polite request to fix areas. They seem generally uninterested and lazy. Not recommended.

Laura name lady she’s cutting too fast and in accurately with rough scissor cuts creating a red mark on my face sides.
She cuts my hair in 5 mins with out any interests and uneven on sides never saw like this in my life

I really disappointed with the hair dresser. She only try to make people fool. She cuts my hair very bad. They do-not deserve even a single star.

I had a nice experience at Great Clips. Perfect, timely service. My stylist, Dee, was amazing. She really knew her stuff, gave me the perfect cut Highly reccomended.

Refused to cut my 2 year old son without a mask resulting in him getting a lopsided and patchy haircut. Very rude staff. Update the franchise owner called me and was an ignorant argumentative person. There is no wonder why this franchise has so many upset customers. It seems like a regular occurrence that Laura and the franchise owner seem to lack customer service experience. I wouldn't trust them shaving my dogs behind let alone a human head. Update I have messaged @customerservice and they aren't responsive either.

I did not have the best experience here at all. They do not have good barbers. The only person that knows how to cut hair is Monica at least for men and boys anyway. One time when I went the lady cutting my hair (forgot what her name was) was very rude and kept insulting the way I wanted my haircut. At the end of the haircut she said that it doesn’t look nice and if I let her do it how she wanted to it would’ve looked better. She didn’t even give me a line up. Overall not a good experience. If you want a good haircut I’d recommend any other barbershop or salon.

I had hair cut here recently. Had very bed experience. She don't know how to cut men's hair. She ask for sides. I said 4 and 2 tapper. See used guards but while blending she messed up. After cut no one can tell that 4# length is there. All side looks like #2

A super pathetic location of great clips, hair dresser was in so much rush that she didn’t understand at all what hairstyle is needed. She just hurriedly cut off all the hair. What a bad cut she gave, i don’t remember her name, the lady with blonde hair. Never going back to this location.

Pretty good family haircutting services. The staff there are great with kids. I wouldn't go here for a a new, daring look I've wanted to try out.but for your basic haircutting needs. This place definitely does the trick. I especially love the online check in meaning you dont have to wait!

As today is my 6th Wedding Anniversary, I came to consult Eleonora Laura at Great Clips for hairstyling, just as I have been doing so since meeting her in 2019. As always, I got my hair beautifully styled by her. She is extremely efficient, patient and very involved in giving a superior customer experience every single time I consult her. As I maintain long hair, her immaculate advice and inputs on following a proper hair care routine has helped me see astounding results over time. The entire credit goes completely to Eleonora Laura alone. Therefore, in my humble opinion, Eleonora Laura is the best ever Salon Manager and professional hairstylist to walk on planet Earth. I shall always come to Eleonora Laura only.

First of all, Thank you Laura, the store manager and hairstylist Monica. And thank you so much for the customer service team, who have rendered a wonderful escalation services. Today I have received a call from the store manager and she truly apologized for the unfortunate event happened at her store and she offered me a free service, after a while I have visited the place upon Laura's request and she greet me well, even she was busy with her job. And she personally figure out the issue with the previous haircut and she fixed it very well. Once again thank you Laura.

Eleonora Laura is the best ever professional hair stylist and Salon Manager on Earth in my opinion. She is exceptionally talented and majestically brilliant at her work. I have been having my hair styled only by her since meeting her and every time she advises me on a proper hair care routine to follow and her advice has immensely helped me maintain healthy long hair. She is very caring and passionate about doing a stupendous job with my hair and hence I can say that she is in a league of her own. I trust her with my eyes closed and shall always come to her.

Worst location for the hair cut. Lack of customer service experience. One arrogant lady with full of attitude who don't know how to deal with the customers. She want everyone just accept whatever she cook and stay quite. Sorry to say not everyone is that healthy to digest uncooked food.

I just got my haircut from here and it looks really good the only complaint I have is the horrible customer service. The woman who cut my hair was nice but the woman standing at the front desk had a serious attitude problem. I work in customer service so I know how to act appropriately at my work place but this woman obviously does not. She rolled her eyes and made comments under her breath. She has no business working in a salon. I am reading other reviews about this location and I see that others are also pointing out a woman who has a lot of attitude and I wouldn't be surprised if we were talking about the same woman. Even on other occasions, my family has gone to this location to get haircuts and they have experienced the same treatment from the same woman so this is not an isolated situation. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because my haircut turned out good and the other two women were very friendly. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Waited for my son's haircut and was offered a pizza slice they purchased to eat and I loved it thanked them and went to go buy pizza from the pizzaedge while I waited. Thanks ladies

Just called in to Great Clips with a question about how to use the app, and it was the absolute worst customer service I have EVER received on the phone, as I was literally hung up on while I was still speaking. Ridiculous. At this point I wouldn't even want to come in to experience an actual haircut because of how aggressive the phone service was. She didn't have 'time to answer my question' because there was an existing customer there - but then what's the point of having a number to call in at?

I especially want to thank Karen and Monique at Great Clips 8990 Chinguacousy Marketplace in Brampton. These two ladies take their time and make sure that when you leave, you are satisfied with their work.
They are professional, welcoming and very pleasant.

Friendly atmosphere and a value for money service. I like the online check-in. The prepay voucher for 5 haircuts is a good option to save.

Good deal with the prepaid card. I like the ability to check in ahead I time online. If you very clear about what you want for a hair cut, you can get a nice cut. If you are vague and leave to them to do the usual hair cut, don't be surprised if you are disappointed.
