Gave me the worst haircut probably ever in my life. I asked the barber to give me a haircut that I liked but instead she just gave a bowl cut instead, and screwd up my hairline a couple months later I had to get it fixed by someone else. Hire barbers that will listen to you please

Do not go to this salon. The barber wasn’t able to cut my hair symmetrically and even turned the chair around to the side in order to avoid myself from looking at the mirror. Left a gashing hole on the left side of my hair. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Do not recommend.

Have been going to this location for a couple years and never really had a problem. Went in recently to get my haircut and to get the usual fade style, got a brush cut instead (stylist choice I guess). I deal with the public with my job, so optics is everything. I phoned in to voice my disappointment in the cut and was told the owner would contact me. She did call and I explained the issue, she apologized about the cut but there was no offer of correcting the issue or any resolution except when I go back don't get my haircut done by that hairstylist.umm yeah good advice. Will be choosing a different shop to attend. Horrible customer service, horrible haircut, terrible attitude and disgusting conversation during haircut. Stylist should keep her views to herself also. (message to owner) ask her about the box cut rant she went on, you'll understand.

I visited them to receive a haircut after I was given a coupon code but the moment I reached I was told by my hair stylist it can't be used for any haircut other than basic straight. Then I was told I would be charged $xx but my final bill came out to be 2x the price. Moreover, the haircut which was basic layers and a bang was done pathetically. I should them the exact length, look and bang style I desired and they ruined it anyways. Have been wearing a hairband since. Would not recommend to anyone. Please visit professional.

First time trying Great Clips and there was nothing great about it except for no waiting and cheap price.
I asked for conditioning treatment and the stylist said no i didnt need it, that she would just cut the dry ends.
I also asked her to keep the length and add some layering. She proceded to hack away at my hair, not listening at all to my request! I expressed my concern as she was cutting and she proceded to tell me she knew what she was doing. Needless to say i will not be going back to this location on Manitou Dr.in Kitchener.

(0 stars) I went to get haircuts for my boys here. My boy's got their haircut by Yasmin and it was a horrible experience. She was extremely rude and wanted to cut my boys hair her way and not what was asked for their haircut. It was such a horrible experience that I don't want to come to this location again, EVER!

Went there a couple weeks ago to get the side of my head shaved and I didn’t like it at first but then when I come home I looked at the mirror and they were some hair left so technically they didn’t do a good job and I think the hairdresser was pretty fast…. You would think as a hairdresser you would at least take your time to see if the customer would like it…. No I don’t think I would go back there

Terrible haircut. Person cutting my hair should not be allowed near clippers. Told her that I can see a line, and she tried blending it in with scissors. Just bad. Friendly, otherwise would have gotten 1 star.

Don't want to point out someone specific, but the barber seemed pretty new to her work. My cut took more than half n hour and result was not worth seeing. She totally messed up my style even though I showed from the video I wanted 3-4 times. I pointed out what I wanted but at the end she messed up the whole thing. All I'm saying is, please do not put those individuals on the floor, cuz I'd my hopes up for this place but it turned out to worse. Thank you!

I am not one to complain. But I visited the manitou location friday. I was the first customer of the day. I explained I wanted my layers shortened and my bangs cut so they can be feathered back on either side. And to keep the length in back. My hair was considered long and somewhat curly. When I got home I noticed sections of my hair that were about 2 inches shorter than other sections on my left side. I went back tuesday and asked if someone could look at it. A lady looked at it and said she would fix it. I came out with my hair about 2 inches shorter on my right side than my left. Needless to say I wont be recommending that location to anyone.

Very well maintained and easy check in process. Hair dresser Julie was very friendly and cooperative. She understands what I needed and it was a great cut. Basic hair cut cost is $20. I also got 2 coupons for $15 because of my first visit.

Great service and friendly staff. No appointments just check in online. I would say this is the high end of the walk-in hair salons.

I also like the idea of clip notes, so I don't have to explain it every time.

I always get a great haircut from Great Clips they are very cordial and do exactly what I want. That is the only place I would go for a haircut.

Great Clips in Faiway mall had excellent and professional staff. All staff members are very humble and helpful. Gave my family superb customer service.

Walked in without an appointment and was served right away. Salon was bright, clean, and disinfected before I sat down. Felt like a very friendly atmosphere. Everything was well organized and efficient. Julie had a fantastic attitude and did a terrific job! I was very happy with the final product. Worth every single penny! Thanks Great Clips! I'll be back for sure!

Won't come here again. The lady started cutting my hair without my permission. Styling the way she wanted to. Left alot of hair on the sides uneven, specifically asking to make sure it looks neat and tidy for my profession requires me to have a nice appearance.

Got a very disappointing hair cut from a stylist named Shabeena. The length of my hair is uneven. Hair looks so unsymmetrical. It was a total waste of money and time. I wound never recommend the stylist to anyone.

Took way too long to do my haircut and was way too close to ruining my hair. Would appreciate if great clips gets more staff that understand what cut a customer wants. But fortunately I came out with a decent cut.

It's a slightly more affordable place for a haircut. For about $20 you can get the job done and they do a decent job. You can book your appointment online or just walk in because it's first come first serve. Great clips got three stars because of the price and it's an average haircut place not a high end one. So if ya want a haircut this is the place.

I think I’m the last customer for the evening, The hair dresser lady was very rude, impatient, inhuman, and kept saying unnecessary thing, did not even dry the hair after the haircut, I had to go back as it was snowing and used the hair dryer myself, not at all happy with the service.very poor and pathetic service.rating 1 as cannot rate 0

Been here a handful of times, There are a few hairdressers that work here some are still learning it seems and some have experience.ive always walked out happy. Anyone visiting make sure you explain what hairstyle you want.all my hairdressers so far have been nice.the online check in is great

The app is fairly accurate, which is helpful when you're looking to find something in a time crunch. The one in the fairway plaza is excellent; Luis is amazing! I'll never go to anyone else again.

I've been here three times and all three times I was judged or even told NO to the style I asked for. Some of the staff are extremely rude and judgemental. "Are you sure you want that cut? You'll look like a boy"
I've also been turned away even though I called ahead.

A good place to get a haircut at a reasonable price. You can walk in or book online. They keep a record of your visits so they know how you want to have your hair done for subsequent visits. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Mediocre haircut at best.only go if your on a desperate budget and are willing to get clippers done. This is not a first time in and first time review, i have had about 5 haircuts there and at first it was fine but every time i go, i feel like they are getting sloppier and care less.

It's better to visit during weekdays because during weekends there are too many people waiting and it has adverse effect on the service provided.

Don't believe about the online check in.they don't care about it. All they care is who is in store before you.

Been there twice. Both times pretty good. I'm very simple when it comes to hair cuts. So I normally toss out numbers like 3on side and 4 on top etc. But the first time the lady told me it would look better another way. I said "your the professional I trust you" and I was not wrong. Cut came out amazing. I liked it. But more importantly the wife liked it. A few months later "today" I went back. Had a nice lady cut my hair. I want to say amy. I completely forgot her name. But she was great. Asked if I wanted the same as last time as the first hair dresser put it in the computer. Very friendly. They also seem to love giving out coupons. Which I don't mind. Lol. Will be going back here always:)

Worst haircut. They are not professional. The Lady Irma made me look like a joke. She cut the front hair uneven. If you dont want be the joke. Dont go there. Atleast avoid Irma.
