Registered on line and only waited 2 min for a stylist. The cut was great and fast and she was quite pleasant and accommodating. I will return for another cut soon

The online check in process in a bit confusing the first time but a really nice thing is they save what you had done to your hair in see next time you go there’s a different hair dresser

I wasn't quite sure what hair cut I wanted at first but I talked with my stylist and got a great haircut and had a pleasant conversation.

I went to GC ancaster for first time today. Wonderful service. Don't remember the name of the lady that attended me. Maybe Stephi. She looked like Asian descent. She was fun but what surprised me was her skill. I have curly hair and have never had a satisfactory feeling after a haircut. This time it was great. Thanks a lot Stephi!

Went there Sunday to get Grandsons hair cut and will definitely will not or recommend this place to anyone, Terrible service & the hair cut was not worth 10 cents, it seamed that we were a bother, I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Now, let me start by saying that every experience I've had here until the last was relatively positive. I had Heidi cut my hair and she's very friendly and usually does a great job. However, there was something wrong with her clippers this time and it grabbed a clump of my hair as soon as she began and just tore it right out. There was blood on my collar and everything. Now, to be fair, she apologized multiple times and when I was finished went to speak with her manager to, what I can only assume, was to ask what they could give me to rectify the mistake. She came back and gave me $5 off my next haircut! Lol! Really? ! You'd think the next visit would be on the house at the very least for something like that. Especially considering I still tipped $5, which was clearly foolish on my part. Was a very unfortunate situation and I don't think I'll be returning, just solely based on principle. Clearly that manager doesn't value their regular customers much.

Some people rip on Great Clips but it's damn convenient and I'm usually in and out in under half an hour with a decent chop. You'll get a little inconsistency and the dressers try to push products on you (I get it, it's retail goals, etc) but the convenience for me is worth it

Great place for a haircut the staff is really nice and they have convenient hours. I run my own business and am very busy so it’s hard to go to a barber.but their hours and super friendly staff make haircuts a breeze with the online booking. I’ve had my haircut a couple times here and have been very pleased with the work

Unbelievable. We called to book an appointment for our 2 year old toddler. On the phone it was explained that no booking can be done over the phone and just drop-ins.
We did just that, came over and then it was explained at 5: 15 pm that it would be a 20-30 minute wait, so we listed our name on the waiting list and went to buy a few things at longos next to the place, 30 minutes later at 5: 45 pm we stepped back in only to hear that during the time we waited there were 2 online booking! And that they take priority over those who step in and enlist on the waiting list. So now we need to wait for that!
No thanks, you've wasted enough of our time, there are other places we can go to.

One more thing, when we decided to go, upset that online booking that came after we were on the waiting list take priority over us who were actually physically there, the lady was very rude saying "ok, whatever, bye! ". Bye indeed.

Went for a wash and straightening for my very curly hair. They had lots of staff on hand and the hairdresser gave me a great wash. It was very relaxing. My hair was dried and straightened in about 30 minutes, which is record time for me. I was very pleased and it is now my new, go-to place. Price was very good also. First Choice starts at $60 for this service. Great Clips price was $30.

A young lady in her 20s with purple highlights at the bottom of the hair. I called Great Clips on Friday asking how much it would cost, they told me a minimum of $22 depending on hair length. (My hair is average up to chest)

Today, while she was doing my hair (straightening it), I noticed that it wasn’t professional and she clearly didn’t know how to do a nice job. I never said anything about it thought until the end. She asked me how it was. I told her, in a polite and honest way that it was “not bad. ” Afterwards, she became very very rude with me. Her job is to SATISFY the customer. Did she want me to lie to her?

Her attitude was when I was about to pay. I had $20 something ready and I was just standing patiently and quietly. I should have been complaining about how horrible it was. Instead, she in a very rude way says “$39! ” In a calm manner, I said “$39 for this? ” And she said “YES, $39! ”

I know that the only reason she charged me the maximum was because I was honest with her. Don’t pay $22 or $39 for crappy service and a horrible style. I could have done a much better job for myself for FREE.

The reason I am complaining is NOT solely about the price. I'm very upset at the job she did on my hair. It was horrible and not worth the price. It was her aggressive and very rude attitude that made me angered (but I KEPT my anger to myself). Her face spoke anger and every single other person in the room definitely saw and heard. As someone who also deals with customers EVERYDAY, she needs A LOT of training. She's super inexperienced and rude. Not professional at all. I personally wouldn't want someone like this representing a company that deals with customers on a daily basis. I have never felt so compelled to write a negative review about something I experienced immediately. That is how horrible the experience was.

I don’t understand why this review keeps getting taken down. Is the truth harmful now? I removed the stylist's name even though if it were up to me, I'd keep it!
