I went in for a wash and dry not style. What the heck do I need my hair styled for when I am putting a hat on my head. I told them what I wanted and they did whatever they wanted and charged me for it. I don't agree with what happen and I will not be going back.

I recently, had the best haircut of my life at Great Clips.

Olena gave me my haircut today and she was very nice and gave me a great haircut. It looked exactly how I wanted.

Way too expensive. I paid $27 and did not get a wash and style. They wet me down and trimmed my hair. Just took half inch off and was a straight cut with no layering. I will not be back,

The waiting is minimal with their online check-in. They even give you coupons for your next haircut which is awesome

Went in last week for a quick cut. I felt transformed by the amazing haircut. Really like their online checkin option. A big time saver. Overall a very good experience.

I recently had the worst haircut of my life at Great Clips, Highland location. The haircut was completely botched, and I left the salon feeling embarrassed and unhappy with my appearance. The stylist seemed to have no idea what they were doing and didn't listen to my requests. My hair was cut much shorter than I asked for. I can't believe I paid for such a terrible haircut. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning

Wonderful haircut. The staff is very friendly and kind. They give importance to every minute detail for hair cut and beard trimming.

Usually get my hair cut in pricey barbershops in Toronto but since moving here and trying various boutique locations, I have enjoyed my cuts here the best and the price is fantastic!

Went back again on a sunday, even tho they were about to close.the one stylist still did my hair and stayed 30 mins later to cater to me and she didn't rush the hair cut and still did a great job

Had my first hair cut and it was awesome.
I had a coupon so had a discounted price. This is a hair stylist studio thus they don’t use a razor, only trimmers.

Fast, convenient and reliable service. If you’re looking to set your beard, I wouldn’t recommend this place just because, only trimmers are used and you wouldn’t get a perfect experience.

I have been going to Great Clips for several years now. The staff are always friendly the hair cuts are great but most of all I love the signing in on line. I am not one who likes making appointments so when I decide I am in need of a hair cut and I currently have the time I can just sign in on line and head for the salon. Keep up the good work

I absolutely love this place, for a few reasons and here's why. First off the Hairdressers always do a great job cutting my hair, I've never left unsatisfied with thier work and recommend thier services.

Secondly their level of customer service is amazing. Whenever I go to Hairdressers I'm always anxious, wanting to get in and out but this place. The employees are always so welcoming and don't just cut your hair in silence, I don't think there isn't a time I haven't been laughing or left smiling so thank you Great Clips.

Really good with small kids. I brought my 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter. Loved the hair cuts as well.

First visit here on Saturday and it was a good experience. Very patient and friendly stylist who took the time to understand what haircut I wanted. Value for money. Definitely going back.

I took my 7-year-old daughter here last Sunday. She is very well behaved and a great listener. She sat very still while the hairdresser did her hair and did not complain while she yanked on her tangles extremely hard until we left, and she expressed how much the hairdresser hurt her.

I did not realize how bad her hair was in the salon since I looked at it from the right side -while she sat in the chair. The hairdresser used a buzz cutter to trim the hair and then went around with scissors. It wasn't until we got home that we realized how uneven it was.

I called the salon, and the hairstylist was quick to accuse me of lying about the uneven haircut, so I asked to speak to the owner, and I finally got ahold of him almost a week later. He seemed upset, raised his voice, and blamed my daughter for the bad haircut. He was quick to blame my daughter and said she was moving too much, but he could check the cameras to see that she was very still and well-behaved. His solution was she could come in Monday to Friday, 9 am- 2 pm, to get a different hairdresser to fix it, and our next haircut would be free (not that I would risk going there again). I explained that I could not pull my daughter out of school or skip work to get a haircut and I would like another option and time or my money back, and he said this was the only option and would not give me a refund for the haircut.

I would NOT recommend going here even for a child's haircut/ simple trim. I will be going elsewhere to get it fixed; the lack of customer service from the hairstylist and the owner is poor business practice.

Was ok customer service but they rush hair cuts and mine came out sloppy at the back and she didn't even get the hair they shave off the neck wouldn't recommend getting ypur hair cut here unless it's a last minute situation

They chopped off almost all my hair when I asked for a trim n small layers the sad part u don't get a refund or money back they said I'll get the manager to call u back n sure enough no call. Don't waste your money on these people.thwy don't even have a curlers or flat iron

Visited this salon after the lockdown, very clean salon they follow all safety protocols. Felt very safe. Online checkin works like a charm. Going back for sure.

The girl who cut my hair wasn’t rude or anything but she took my mask off and dropped it on the floor instead of just asking me to move it out of her way. The haircut looked nothing like the picture I showed her and she took probably 8 mins on it. Kind of want to seek a refund

If i could in words explain how rough the lady was with my 7 year old. The rush job and impolite behavior i have never seen in any barbershop. No people skills i would never return with my kids or myself. Very unprofessional and carp job i would give -5 starts if i could.

They except coupons from First Choice and Magicut but not from their own Great Clips from different locations.

I was a bit sceptical on going here since it’s walk ins and it’s only 20 dollars a cut plus a tip. But I went in expecting a mediocre cut with the picture reference I had but I got the hairdresser named Sara who was experienced with cutting shorter hair which I was really happy about. In the end my haircut came out better than I anticipated and I really enjoyed it. I recommend this place to anyone in the area and who has a budget.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My fiance went into to get a TRIM on his hair beard 4 days before our engagement shoot, and he left with two cuts on his neck, a buzzcut and an uneven beard. Even after he told her it is not what he wanted, she continued anyway and rushed the entire job. Even when I called to complain, the lady who answered the phone said the manager is only in store on the weekend, and didn't even care to listen about what happened. Completely unprofessional with a disregard for customer service.

The Chinese woman who works from Tuesday to Thursday is awesome. Talented at % she will make your haircut a success guaranteed. She's the very best hairdresser around.

Brought my 2 year old here for his haircut. They were amazing with him! It was the easiest time I've had with him getting a hair cut yet! And it looks fantastic. Great lips will be his salon from now on!

Went for a haircut & shampoo last weekend, the stylist took so much care and pride in her work. It is rare. Very happy.

This was the worst place, I show the staff my old pic and told to cut similar hairstyle and she came up with a total different and ugly one. I was going to use my haircut coupon, but she refused to accept that at this location. That was ridiculous. There was no such thing written on the coupon though. I hate them for that. And then I end up paying full charge of my haircut though I was having a coupon. I think those monthly coupons are nothing but just a scam.: (

Some of employees at the Highland Great Clips are very unprofessional and talk very rudely with their customers. Great clips hires employees who don't have the skill of giving an haircut properly and are not capable of understanding what the customer wants or say. They just want to finish the job quickly which results in a bad haircut and then take your money. They are very impatient with the client and speak very rudely when asked something. This place is not worth 20 bucks or worth the money. Way better to go to a salon or the nearest barbershop.

I received the worst haircut and service at this salon. Firstly the hairdresser was reluctant to cut my hair and when she was asked to, was extremely rude and cut my hair in such a haste. I can't believe that there is no symmetry whatsoever. I am sure it wouldn't turned out better had I done it myself.

Got a neat looking haircut for kid from a friendly stylist. Son loved the tattoo and balloons. Great place.

Been going here since they opened, generally it has been a very good experience. Most stylists are good.
Love the online checkin and their great card. My kids love the place, they get free balloons, tattoo stickers.

I went for a hair cut with my brother and dad, for the first and last time ever. Lady cutting my hair was rude and making face when I asked to cut more my hair from front. And lady rudely said that you should have mentioned it before, this is like almost a second hair cut. What, I cannot ask to cut more even after paying a price of 18$ per person. I have been to other salon and never had such experience, which were way cheap and professional.

Customer has every right to ask for what they pay, never coming back here.

Are you going to get the best haircut of your life at Great Clips? Not likely, but they do a competent job, they're fast, and they're pretty inexpensive. They do a good job with kids as well. Pro tips: you can load up a gift card and get haircuts for $14 each. Pro tip #2: use the online checkin on their website. You can get a sense of how busy each location is and put your name in the queue before you even leave your house.

Service is very poor. I was waiting there for around 20 min and no one asked me to come and sit for the haircut. As two of their employees were free and were using their cellphone in front. If it would be possible i would have given 0 star.

Was at the Evergreen location on March 14,2019 to get my son's hair cut. Was standing at the cash register desk waiting to check in when two hair dressers started fighting with each other. There was disregard that there were customers in the salon, including two minors. When it was time to pay, the total was around 20.00 dollars. I told the hairdresser that my son is a child (11 years old). She then told me very rudely that children are 10 years and under, that's the law. I have gone to First Choice and Magicuts, never have I paid 20.00 for my son's hair cut, and that's with tip! On the way home, my son asks "Mom, why were those workers fighting about money? " This was our first visit and our last! Left this business with a very bad first impression.

Still lowest priced haircuts in the area, been going there for a couple of years now, generally you get good haircuts and service

Not amazing. Coupons to get people in, but then service is wham-bam/in-out, and not exactly what I was asking to get done. Good for a fast trim.
