I got a haircut from Lucy and I am not satisfied.

Mismanaged. We were ahead of a gentleman and checked in online before coming. Unfortunately we had to wait before those who checked in after us got their hair done. The whole purpose of online checking in is to be out on time.

Katie is great, kind, and gives great haircuts. Lucy is also good. DO NOT recommend anyone else.

Very BAD experience at this location. Hair stylist was rude, didn’t bother to understand the hair texture and flow of hair. After he was done I pointed out mistakes as hair cut was uneven on one side of the head. Very bad hair cut.

This is a great location with very friendly staff. I have used a variety of hair stylists and have never been disappointed, Tina is my go to these days, she does a fantastic job. Their online booking is also very convenient and easy to use.

Terrible service and extremely rude staff!
The hair stylist (his name is Nyan i think) literally asked two questions then started cutting hair. He was too fast. Then suddenly he removed the cover and told me “you are done”! He didn’t ask me how i like it, did not give me a mirror to see the back, nothing!
I told him i think i want the sides more faded, he got upset and started laughing as if I’m asking for too much! He did shorten it in a few seconds then pulled the cover again abruptly saying “you are good to go”!
When paying I told him that this is a bad service and he should ask the customer how they like their haircut and he literally stared at me and said “how do you like to pay”!
Never had such a terrible hair cut experience!
